Hello, my name is Robin. Well, it used to be Madison before getting ripped from my universe and thrown through the void.

So there I was getting ready for an awesome time at a convention before I had to return to my studies. I used to be a scholar of military history and tactics. I always enjoyed furthering my education and I saw knowledge as the greatest of powers. Turns out that's a great field to study if you're going to be thrown into a feudal environment!

So suddenly I find myself in Equestria, looking like Robin from Fire Emblem: Awakening, and the Royal Sisters are trying to hunt me down. I can't really blame them, I can get a little... enthusiastic when learning new magic.

This story is set in the Displaced multiverse.

This is the first story I've ever done of ponies and the first one I'm writing for FimFiction. I'm not the best author, but I like to think my writing is decent enough that the plot won't crumble. I'm always striving to be a better writer so don't be afraid to point out any mistakes you may find.

The story of an unfortunate boy who finds himself in an unknown world. With no parents or siblings to guide him, the boy has to face dangers by himself. He will have to grow up fast and learn what it means to be a survivor, even if he doesn't always like to do what has to be done.

A story of how a lone boy survives the horrors of the Everfree with his own body and clothes to call his own. Wait, scratch that, only his clothes. Now, let's see how he handles his new powers.

I really should have mentioned it here in the description, but it's a spoiler, and only comes into effect during the fourth chapter: This story, plays out in the same universe as the Displaced story, "The Flames of a Phoenix" written by FrostTheWolf who was nice enough to let me use the same world for Caesar.

After losing his last relative, Will is stuck in despair and sadness, only wishing to have a new family. And he's getting one, one that will never leave him.
His wish granted and ready for a new start, Will is purged from the sadness of his old life by accepting to lose some of his memories and is no longer human, in a strange new land with two brothers that will never leave him alone. Literally.

The events take place after the Main 6 defeated Discord, while the other side, Ash has just finished his adventures in Alola. The two worlds intertwine, making the Ash Ketchum and his partner Pikachu cross paths with Twilight Sparkle and her friends.
