My Little Pokémon

by Amarvax

For your sister and friend

Unova Region. Underneath Lentimas Town. The Pokemon Black Market Storage Room.Afternoon.

Right now, it was utter pandemonium. Due to the Pokemon that have been trapped her having their freedom thanks to Ember melting the bars, they were exacting their revenge on those that kept them here. The vengeful Pokemon and the criminals of the Black Market were going against each other.

As for Ash and Ember, they had successfully caught Gible. Now they were just looking for Twilight and the others. Thanks to Lucario's Aura, that could be done. The Black Market was huge so finding their Auras took a while. But eventually, he found their signals.

No one can detect Auras better than Lucario.

"Luca!" Lucario sent a pulse of Aura towards Ash while he was on Dragonite.

"Lucario says they're at the east in some sort of storage room with J!" Ash translated. "Let's hurry!"

"Good! Just you wait, Gible." Ember looked at her partner, hoping that they can get to Twilight and Ninetales as soon as they could.

However, some criminals ignored the Pokemon and focused on Ash and the others. Mainly, Team Rocket Grunts. They were most aware of Ash Ketchum, mainly because of how he thwarted Giovanni's plans during the whole Meloetta event. More importantly, they knew him for having the one Pokemon Giovanni wanted.

Pikachu.

"Stop right there!" A grunt exclaimed as they had their Pokemon out already. "You have something the boss wants! It's been 25 years in the making but we're taking that Pikachu! Arbok, use Fire Fang!"

"Golbat, Wing Attack!"

"Fearow, Drill Peck!"

"Persian! Power Gem!"

"Pikachu, Thunderbolt! Lucario, Double Team then Force Palm! And Dragonite, Dragon Claw!" Ash commanded while jumping off Dragonite's back. After doing so, Pikachu then lunged off the shoulder of his best friend, already summoning 100,000 volts from his body.

"Pika...Chuu!" Pikachu was the first to attack. By sending a bolt of electricity from his body, he gave Fearow an immediate smite before Drill Peck could even reach him.

"Fear!"

"Lucario!" Lucario split himself into multiple clones, causing Persian's multiple glowing rocks to hit the clones instead of the real Lucario. Afterwards, the real Lucario appeared behind Person, right from above too. The Classy Cat Pokemon gasped, quickly realizing where the real Lucario was.

"Per?!"

"Ca!" But it was too late to act. Lucario gave Persian a heavy downwards palm smash with the energy of Force Palm added onto it. One good hit and Persian had been forced down with an eruption of smoke. And only one hit was needed to faint this Normal-Type.

"Dra!" Dragonite had been hit in the stomach by Golbat's wing attack. She winced a small bit as the hit was harder than she expected. But, after being hit in her stomach, with Golbat close to her, the Dragon Pokemon retaliated via a swift yet heavy Dragon Claw. "Dragonite!"

"Gol!" Golbat had been smacked like a pinata by Dragonite's claw once she swung them. The hit was so great that Golbat went flying into Fearow, causing an immediate crash.

"Fearow!" Fearow cried out as it had also been knocked back. Soon, all three Pokemon had been taken out as well as Fearow and Golbat being sent towards their trainers. The Team Rocket grunts had fallen over while the remaining one ran off, retrieving her Persian after seeing it faint.

Ash dealt with this issue swiftly. Ember and her Drakloak didn't even need to do anything this time.

"Let's hurry!" Ash looked at Ember and the others before hopping back on Dragonite's back. There was no time to pause. Only rapid movements were needed for this.

Over at the storage room, Hunter J had Twilight, Rarity and Sweetie Belle in a corner. They had just freed Sweetie Belle from the certification thanks to Ninetales' Hidden Power. Now there were two main objectives. Find Gible and free him. And then get out of here as soon as they can.

"Get them! Crunch and Night Slash!" She ordered her Salamence and Drapion. The two Pokemon viciously advanced towards their targets, ready to try and end them for good. They've gotten in their way a few times to the point where J's own Pokemon were experiencing the same frustration she was.

"Eve, Dazzling Gleam! Ninetales, use Mystical Fire!" Twilight ordered both her Pokemon.

"Ampharos! Come out and use Power-Up Punch!" Rarity got out Ampharos' Poke Ball, sending it into the air as the Light Pokemon emerged.

"Ampharos!"

"Piplup, Aerial Ace!" Sweetie Belle joined in, wanting some revenge herself.

"Espeon!" Espeon and the others retaliated. The Sun Pokemon lunged forward at Salamence with a sphere of rainbows acting as her shield. Piplup ran by her side while Ampharos approached from above. As for Ninetales, he unleashed a stream of magical fire, acting as back support.

"Sala!" Salamence went for a Crunch on Espeon but was interrupted by Piplup's Swift Aerial Ace. The Dragon Pokemon's attack was delayed thanks to Piplup, causing the Sun Pokemon to slam into Salamence with Dazzling Gleam. "Salamence!"

"Lup!" Piplup continued. After Espeon struck the Dragon Pokemon, the Penguin Pokemon delivered another strike from Aerial Ace, hitting Salamence's head to the side.

"Flamethrower!" J bellowed.

Salamence growled as it had used Flamethrower as a rebuttal. Scorching flames emerged from his mouth as Piplup and Espeon had been pushed back by the flames. "Pip!"

"Esp!"

"Nine!" Ninetales showed Salamence his own flames, sending Mystical Fire towards Salamence. Salamence quickly retaliated with Flamethrower. Two Fire-Type attacks were now going against each other.

"Ampha!" Ampharos met with Drapion's claw. The Ogre Scorp Pokemon used Night Slash to counter Ampharos' Power-Up Punch. Ampharos was pushed back by a swing from Drapion's tail. The Light Pokemon slid back before lunging forward for another hit. Drapion put his claws up to block the incoming Power-Up Punch. However, Ampharos' attack was greater than ever thanks to Power-Up Punch's effect. And the stagger that Drapion felt showed that to be the case.

"Drapion!" Drapion then caught Ampharos off guard by his tail while blocking. The Ogre Scorp Pokemon had grabbed Ampharos by surprise before then unleashing a Dark Pulse from his mouth. "Dra!"

"A-Ampharos!" Ampharos was both gripped and blasted by a pulse imbued with dark thoughts. However, Ampharos grinned as his ability kicked in.

Static.

Drapion got a bit too close to Ampharos and greedy. As punishment, Ampharos' Static had caught him. The Poison-Dark-Type felt a rush of electricity shock his body as he was now paralyzed. "D-Drap!"

"Pharos!" Pharos then kicked Drapion's neck, forcing him to let go. The Light Pokemon then backed away as he had a bit of a bruise from Drapion's tail gripping him tightly.

"Excellent! Pin that tail, Ampharos! Power-Up Punch again!"

"Cross Poison, Drapion!"

"Drap!" Drapion roared at Salamence, going for a Cross Poison next by coating his claws and even tail in poison.

"Pha!" Ampharos continued with Power-Up Punch, jumping over the Ogre Scorp Pokemon instead of clashing with his claws. Ampharos had one thing in mind. Drapion's tail. He already saw it as a massive threat. So, to deal with that, the Light Pokemon aimed Power-Up Punch at the tail.

"Ampha!"

"Drapion!" Drapion wouldn't let that happen. He was ready to grab Ampharos with his tail.

"Piplup, Bubble Beam!"

"Piplup-lup!" Piplup quickly switched directions, shooting a barrage of bubbles at Drapion. If Ampharos was going to successfully pin the tail, he needed Drapion to be inactive. And thankfully, the barrage of bubbles allowed Piplup to promptly distract Drapion. And as a bonus, he fired some bubbles at the tail too.

"Dra!"

"Pharos!" Ampharos yelled as he smashed Power-Up punch onto Drapion's tail at full force. He shattered a bit of the floor as he had successfully pinned Drapion's tail.

"Pion!"

"Now, everyone attack, Drapion!" Twilight exclaimed.

"Salamence! Get to Drapion!" J cried out as she aimed her arm cannon at some of the Pokemon. However, Rarity wouldn't allow that to happen. Quickly, the unicorn had fired a blast of magic at J's arm cannon.

"Ah!" J cried out as her cannon had been attacked, harming her hand a bit as she pulled back. She made sure to make her arm cannon stronger than before, so it still functioned even after that blast. "Why you...!"

"Stop Salamence with Quick Attack, Ninetales!" J bellowed as Salamence ended the clash between him and Ninetales' flames, ready to assist his teammate.

"Ninetales!"

"Ninetales!" In a spurt of speed, Ninetales bolted of the floor, tackling Salamence from the side. That gave everyone enough time to attack Drapion consecutively. Eve had Shadow Ball, Piplup used Bubble Beam, Ampharos used Dragon Pulse and Ninetales had gone last, using Hidden Power Dragon.

All at once, their attacks had been fired in unison. And with that combination and with a wide-eyed Drapion looking at the incoming moves, they had landed with great power. A vicious explosion. One that J had to cover her eyes for, even when wearing the goggles. She looked ahead, witnessing a large cloud of smoke as a massive hole had been made in the storage room. Although, there was already one there from minutes ago.

The illegal items inside the storage room had also been destroyed from his outburst as the smoke was starting to clear. Out of the smoke was a fainted Drapion. No way it could take all of those attacks.

"Drapion..."

"Yes!" Twilight cheered as they finally took out one of J's Pokemon. She and the others quickly turned to J and Salamence with confident grins. "Now for your Salamence!"

"This isn't over yet...!" J's frustration was rising. She wanted Twilight and the others out of her hair for good along with Ash. So, she decided to see what else the gauntlet had to offer as she raised it. The Hunter then selected the Shadow-Type option, expecting great things from it.

And great things did happen.

Immediately, the gauntlet pulsated, sending out what seemed to be black and purple smoke. Instead, they were just black and purple streams that created smoke but more importantly, the way they affected Twilight and the others were surprising.

Immediately, the streams grabbed Piplup first since he was the closest. They moved at a speed as great as lightning, making them surprisingly fast for what seemed to be shadows. After that, they latched onto Twilight's group like glue, catching them before they could react.

"W-What is this?! Shadows?!" Rarity winced as she tried lifting her hoof.

"T-They don't feel like shadows!" Twilight growled, attempting to blast her magic through them. She made a hole through it but they ended up regenerating. "What are these things?! It's like something's grabbing me!"

And Twilight wasn't too far off. It felt like millions of hands were starting to hold them down, preventing them from moving any of their limbs. The streams just multiplied afterwards, covering the room in nothing but black.

"Oh, trading that pony for this was so worth it," J smirked, immediately figuring out what these black streams were. "How about I try this one then?" While the black streams held Twilight's group, she switched the Type options. J went for the Ground-Type option.

Immediately, some sort of nail came out of the gauntlet, dropping to the floor. That nail stabbed into the ground, hammering down. Afterwards, the nail suddenly caused an immediate magnitude to occur. That magnitude was equivalent to an earthquake. And that made sense considering the Type being used.

J felt the tremor, possibly threatening to affect her as well. However, she quickly found out how well-built this gauntlet was. The tremor only truly went towards her targets as a gigantic majority of the floor had been shattered. The only part that wasn't affected was where J herself was standing.

Unfortunately for Twilight and the others, they could do nothing to prevent this. The shadows restrained them from doing so. Thus, as the floor shattered, they fell through it.

"A-Aaah!" They all screamed with Twilight summoning magic around her horn, trying to do something. She managed to do so by putting some magic coating around everyone's body. It proved to be successful once more, but as they hit the floor, even the coating couldn't always protect them. They had already suffered some damage from the Hyper Beam earlier. They have barely had much time to take a break.

They fell to the lower floor. A sort of basement in this Pokemon Black Market. The shadows still covered them as they stuck like a child refusing to let go of their parents.

"Ugh..." Twilight groaned, writhing her body around. J walked over, looking at the massive tremor made by the earthquake. She currently stood victorious as Twilight and the others couldn't do anything.

"Well, this is fortunate," J spoke, smirking down at Twilight's group. To taunt them, she showed her gauntlet, displaying just how useful it was. "I'm like my own Pokemon with this thing on."

"J!" Rarity roared, moving her body around. But that didn't matter against these shadows.

"Now. Hold still." J then aimed her arm cannon at the group, ready to turn all of them to stone. She wasn't going to waste this opportunity. Out of her arm cannon, the beam came flying out.

In response, Twilight used her magic to prevent this. She could still use magic as her own beam met with J's beam. Alicorn magic could certainly handle something like this. Not only that, but Twilight's beam overpowered J's, almost hitting her in the arm.

"Tch! Accursed alicorn...!" J pulled her arm back. "Then...how about some more shadows to keep you from trying anything." Hunter J then planned to use the Ghost-Type option once more. If more shadows were to show up, then they would definitely be stuck.

"Eve! Shadow Ball! If it's a Ghost-Type, then something Ghost will work on it!" Twilight cried out.

"Espeon!" The Sun Pokemon nodded in understanding. Her head was sticking out but that was perfect. Shadow Ball always comes from her mouth anyway. In the spur of the moment, the Psychic-Type summoned an orb of shadows.

"I don't think so!" J aimed the gauntlet at Espeon, sending multiple black and purple streaks out. However, Eve then aimed her head upwards instead of downwards, sending it at the incoming streaks.

Shadow Ball met with the Shadow Streaks, cancelling each other out for them both being super-effective. J backed away from the explosion of shadows. Afterwards, Twilight decided to try and expand her magic to push the shadows away.

If she couldn't destroy them by blasting holes in them, then perhaps hitting them all at once with an expanding field of magic would work. In unison with her Espeon, they both attacked the shadows. Espeon's Shadow Ball actually managed to destroy the streaks of shadows, freeing Piplup and herself from it. As for Twilight, she was able to expand a magical field, pushing the shadows away.

She did this so that the streaks could not regenerate in time. Her alicorn magic was certainly ripe for the job as a purple light had obliterated all of the black and purple streaks. Everyone had been freed.

However, that didn't stop J.

"Ariados, come out!" Out came her next Pokemon after Drapion had been defeated. Ariados. J clearly had more to offer. She was the best Pokemon Hunter for a reason by many criminals.

"Ariados!"

She went back up to the group, aiming both her gauntlet and arm cannon at them. She had selected the Fire-Type option, ready to burn them and petrify the ponies and Pokmon afterwards. Ariados was already prepared to trap them all with its thick string while Salamence had either Dragon Pulse, Flamethrower, Hyper Beam or anything ready for the group.

Twilight was ready to reach for her next Poke Balls to send out Absol, Togekiss and Cinccino for assistance. The same went for Rarity. She was prepared for Milotic, Lopunny and some of her Leavanny to deal with this predicament. And Sweetie Belle wasn't exempt from this.

However, that wouldn't need to happen as some new guests broke into the storage room.

"Iron Tail and Dragon Claw!" The voice of Ash rung out, making J's heart race along with her eyes opening. As she turned around, she was greeted with the sight of Pikachu in the air alongside Dragonite.

"Chu...Pika!" Pikachu and Dragonite had attacked Salamence and Ariados from behind. A heavy Iron Tail to Ariados's head and a super-effective Dragon Claw at the back of Salamence.

"Mence!" Salamence, after being given that sneak attack, was sent flying back, almost falling into the hole with Twilight and the others. However, the Dragon Pokemon recovered by ascending into the air afterwards. Ariados recovered by just sliding on the floor.

"You!" J turned around, facing Ash, Ember and their Pokemon. Salamence himself looked down, noticing Twilight, Rarity, Sweetie Belle and their Pokemon below him.

"Twilight! Everyone! Are you guys alright?!" Ash bellowed, asking them from a distance.

"We're fine, Ash!" Twilight exclaimed. "Do you have Gible with you?!"

"Yeah! Just get Nine-" Ash would speak further, but was quickly interrupted by J who stomped her foot forward.

"Enough!" J cried out. If I get rid of you here, all my problems will fade away!" She aimed both her gauntlet and arm cannon at Ash and his Pokemon. However, someone was quick to stop her.

And that someone was Ember. She immediately noticed J's next move, flying off the floor and putting her own hands out. But not before placing Gible down for Pikachu to hold.

J had used the Fire-Type option while also shooting out the beam from her cannon. However, Ember had grabbed J, causing her to misfire out of balance as she flew into the air. Ember had quickly prevented Ash or anyone from being torched or turned to stone.

"Oh! Ember!" Ash looked up.

"Pika!"

"You meddling kids!" J threatened to hit Ember with her arm cannon, putting it right in front of Ember's face. In a spurt of quick thinking and an obvious answer, Ember had used her pink flames to counter this. The flame and the beam had met, proving to be equal once more.

They both blew up against each other as Ember and J went out of the storage room, right through the massive holes that had been made from the earlier battles. J had pushed Ember off as she rolled on the floor. Ember stayed airborne instead. J snarled at Ember before aiming her gauntlet at her.

She kept the Fire-Type option, spraying scorching flames towards the Dragon Lord. Ember put her arms up, thinking she could block the flames. However, Pokemon flames were nothing to scoff at. Especially when they had been implemented in a gauntlet.

Ember was consumed by the flames as she could already feel their pressure mounting on her. Ember putting her arms up didn't matter as she closed her eyes against these flames.

J let out her signature devious grin as she stood up. She continued to pour more power into the gauntlet, increasing the intensity of the flames. Not wanting to be burnt to a crisp, Ember retaliated by breathing her own flames. Pink flames erupted from her mouth as they had pushed the opposing flames back.

Soon, J and Ember had their flames go against each other. A Fire Struggle would be the correct term for this. However, this wouldn't last forever as J aimed her arm cannon Ember. Planning a sneak attack. Ember saw this as she pulled herself away from J, ending the struggle. And with great timing. J's beam flew out of her arm cannon, missing Ember.

J had more to offer. She switched over to the Electric-Type option, sending that same electric whip out. She seemed to favour it out of everything else. Ember's claw had been caught by the whip as it wrapped around it, giving her a shock of 50,000.

"Ugh!" Ember groaned, trying to hold the pain. But that many volts was hard to handle, even for a dragon, like herself. Afterwards, J swung Embr with the whip, hitting her against the wall with it, further injuring the Dragon Lord.

As for Ash and the others, they were dealing with Salamence and Ariados. And with their superior numerical advantage, they were having a good run-through. Ash held Gible instead of Pikachu, keeping him safe while giving commands.

"Pika...Chu-Pi!" Pikachu ascended into the air, sending an Electroweb towards Ariados. The web had pinned the Long Leg Pokemon down, allowing Lucario and Drakloak to finish the job.

Together, Lucario had used Aura Sphere while Drakloak used Scald. The two moved raced towards the immobile Ariados who was already being shocked by electricity.

"Dos!" Ariados received the full force of the attacks. The web of electricity had been blown away from the outburst of both attacks, forcing the Long Leg Pokemon to submit. But, it didn't submit by will. It couldn't withstand that, causing Ariados to faint. That was another one of J's Pokemon down. And now there was one more.

Salamence.

Dragonite was busy with Salamence as Twilight and the others came out of the deep hole made by the earthquake. Twilight was the first to arrive, helping everyone else up with her magic afterwards. But not before avoiding an incoming spark from Dragonite and Salamence's draconic duel.

"Twilight! Here's Gible!" Ash ran over while Dragonite and Salamence battled above. Debris and rubble from the walls and storage boxes were flying everywhere from their feud as Ash placed Gible down.

"Okay! Ninetales, Hidden Power!" Twilight looked to her partner.

"Ninetales!" Ninetales was already on it. His tails flared as the white aura emanating from his body flew over to the petrified Gible. Like a mother wrapping around her child for comfort, the light gracefully consumed Gible.

Everyone backed away, allowing Hidden Power to work its magic. The stone material was being eradicated by Hidden Power, revealing the true body inside.

With glorious success, Gible was free.

"Gible?"

"Alright! That's all of them!" Ash cheered along with the others. They had successfully freed both Sweetie Belle and Gible now without any harm Gible was a bit perplexed at the moment. But it wasn't over yet.

There was still the issue of J and her Salamence. Plus, exiting a place like this with many criminals roaming about. Speaking of Salamence, Dragonite had been pinned against the wall by her fellow Dragon-Type via a Crunch.

"Sala!"

"D-Dra...!" Dragonite growled as she held Salamence's head, pushing him away. Afterwards, Dragonite threw Salamence into the air, flapping her wings next. By flapping her wings, she used Twister, summoning a furious draconic tornado. Salamence was pulled in by this tornado, taking super-effective damage in the process.

"S-Salamence!"

And to end it off, Dragonite would use Hyper Beam. She wasted no time building up all of her remaining strength. With a bellowing voice and heavy usage of her own lungs, Dragonite unleashed Hyper Beam as everyone looked up, witnessing this.

Salamence took the hit while still within Twister. The result was a violent paroxysm that forced everyone to duck for cover as the ceiling and walls had been blown away. And as a result, the victor had been decided. Salamence couldn't handle anymore.

Flying out of the smoke was a fainted Salamence. Dragonite had won as her fellow Dragon-Flying-Type had crashed onto the floor.

"Dragonite." Dragonite closed her mouth with smoking fuming out. She then descended, feeling a bit injured from her battle with Salamence.

"Wait! What about Ember?!" Sweetie Belle gasped. And right on cue. Ember had been thrown through the open and obliterated walls of the storage room, landing by everyone else's side.

"Ember!" They all cried out. They looked ahead, noticing Hunter J. J wasn't in the best shape either. Ember had scratched her clothes, leaving her own marks. There was a strong struggle throughout this.

"Gible!" Gible quickly ran over to his partner, showing her that he was in top shape. A smile graced Ember's face, pleased that her partner was freed and A-Ok.

"R-Return..." J then returned Ariados and Salamence as she stood before Ash's group. She kissed her teeth, giving them all scornful looks. "All of you...Words can't even describe what I think of each one of you...!"

"It's over J!" Ash said. "We've won."

"Hmph." J aimed her gauntlet at the group, ready to use another one of the Types. However, she quickly found out that despite how powerful this gauntlet was, it had limitations. And that limit was energy. After using it so many times with the Normal-Type burning it out, the gauntlet was low on power. There was no way J could win with this little versatility. "Tch. Fine. You win."

She announced. Not before letting out a smirk. She put her hands in her pocket, seemingly giving up. And while she did give up on this battle, she wasn't about to let herself get caught. So to make her gateway, within her pockets, J flicked her finger, sending out one of her many items for hunting. Another pill had come out. But it wasn't the poison pill.

"Lu!" Lucario was the first to sense this thanks to his Aura. With quick instincts, he threw an Aura Sphere at the pill. However, hitting the item had actually triggered it.

This pill acted as a giant mist. Once Aura Sphere had hit it, an explosion of mist emerged, covering the entire area. It even had some force behind it, pushing Lucario back after he got a bit too close to it. J then made her escape, running through the mist. J knew her way through the Black Market. She also knew of an easier way out of this place rather than just taking the exit.

"Luca!" Lucario could obviously try and track her down with his Aura. And he was ready to do so.

"Lucario." But Ash promptly stopped him. They had done what they needed to do. They shouldn't risk being here any longer. Not with all the fighting between two sides.

It was time to leave. And thankfully, Twilight knew where the outside was after first appearing here. One of the many perks of teleportation. After it was all said and done, Twilight Sparkle surrounded her friends with her magic, preparing to send them out of this dark and shady market.

Outside. Lentimas Town. Late Afternoon.

And speaking of the outside, when they arrived, they were greeted with a pleasing sight. Spike, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, the Cutie Mark Crusaders plus Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon were tasked with dealing with J's grunts on the outside.

And they did a smacking job. Mostly thanks to the raw power of Spike's Dragon-Type Pokemon, Applejack and Sceptile's amazing coordination and Pinkie and Mew's sheer force. The fillies helped out too, that couldn't be denied.

Not only that, but Officer Jenny, along with other authorities had shown up. Spike was the one who called for them. Obviously, if they were near a Black Market, they couldn't miss out on the chance to inform the authorities about this.

"You're all okay!" Spike waved his arms around.

"Sweetie Belle!" Immediately, at impressive speeds, Scootaloo and the other fillies lunged at Sweetie Belle. A dog pile was due. Rather, one major group hug. The young unicorn was instantly overwhelmed by the affectionate hug of her friends as tears were flowing out of their eyes.

"Oof!" The eyes of Sweetie Belle felt like popping out as she puffed her cheeks. "M-Missed you too, girls!"

"Is everyone okay? How are things in there?" Jenny went up to Ash, questioning him and his friends who had just escaped the ruckus that was occurring inside.

"We're fine. But a bunch of Pokemon that got freed are battling in there." Ash pointed his thumb behind him. "Don't know which side is winning."

"Right. You all can head home. We'll take it from here. Come on all of you." Jenny and the rest of the police force would handle the rest, allowing Ash and the others to head home and go on with their life.

It was safe to say that the Pokemon Black Market would be shut down. At least, the one in Lentimas. There were other Pokemon Black Markets out there, scattered across every region.

Sweetie Belle desired some rest as she stayed close to Rarity. Gible bit onto Ember's head, but this time, Ember allowed Gible to stay there. He needed a good head-bite after all of that.

"Guess I'm not going out on my own again, am I?" Sweetie Belle said, pouting at Rarity.

"Oh, Sweetie Belle." A sigh left Rarity's mouth before patting her little sister. "I can still trust you to do so. But, you won't be alone. Your friends are with you."

"Yeah but...they almost got taken away too if someone didn't come and stop J."

"Good point. How about we discuss things back home. My hooves are already tired anyway." Rarity took Pheromosa out as the Lissome Pokemon immediately picked both sisters up from the ground.

"Mosa!"

"Okay!"

South of Unova. Nightfall.

As for J, she had made her escape via her van. She hid it out of sight, making sure no one would ever find it. She placed it near Reversal Mountain, right beside one of the lower caves.

After that, J and the few hunters she had inside of the van were making their way back to Unova. Right to J's secret base. Hunter J was already thinking of the various ways she could beat Ash and the others in the future. With the Protean Gauntlet, that could be made a possibility. All she had to do was get used to it and see what else it had to offer.

But as she had that in mind, something passed her eye. J gasped as she felt a deadly presence nearby. Her eyes widened. Her heart raced and her fears were building up. In a split second, J had turned her head to see what was causing that. And when she turned around, she saw him.

Ghetsis.

Ghetsis also had his eye movements. His single crimson eye stared J in her own eyes, sending shivers down her spine. But it was only for a split second. After that J continued on her way with the van speeding up. But that one meeting was something J wouldn't forget.

"Was that...Ghetsis?"

As the journey continues.

Chapter 505 End.
