My Little Pokémon

A Legendary Rejuvenation of Myth

The Hyperdream.

The Hyperdream. The space where all dreams of past, present and future converge and exist in one space. From both worlds, not just limited to the one that Luna lives in. They existed as massive bubbles on strings that all connected depending on whose dream it was. Much like a filing cabinet.

"Now then..." Luna spoke after entering the Hyperdream with Darkrai. "Which one is Shooting Star's dream?" To find Shooting Star's in this collection of seemingly endless dreams of an unprecedented number of individuals, Pokemon included to make it more overwhelming, would be insanely difficult.

But thanks to the magic of Lunar Ire, that was not the case. Luna would capitalize on the amazing powers that she had as Lunar Ire. "Show me the dreams of Shooting Star..." She said to herself and the magic gladly granted that wish.

The bubbles all rippled as one connected string of them had come off. The connected string bubbles flew to Luna as they were tailored to the sole pony, Shooting Star.

Luna then hovered over to the bubbles, observing the lineup of dreams. A long lineup as Shooting Star has had a plethora of them over the years leading up to tonight. She had seen Shooting Star's first dream when he was a baby. Luna cycled through the bubbles, searching for the most recent one.

However, upon looking at them, Luna noticed these strange emanations from the bubbles that no other dream of anyone else had at all. "How come these are glowing?" Darkrai asked.

"The Unown," Luna observed, holding one of the bubbles. "Shooting Star's memories may have been altered, but the dreams of his past still remain. Especially dreams of who he truly is. Dreams never die out even if time is being influenced."

"So how do we go about fixing it then? We can't control time."

"We have to make him remember somehow." Luna ended up searching for a dream that greatly involved Shooting Star's parents. There were quite a few to choose from. "This one." She had found the best one to go for. "The dreams of a moment that is most dear is always the best option if you ask me. Quickly, Darkrai."

They found the right dream to enter. One that was the dearest to Shooting Star's heart. This dream from what the bubble showed, involved Paramount and Luminary. The right one to be at.

Pegalysium. Cold Frontier. Nightfall.

The Cold Frontier. Chilling as always. And its chill was greater during nightfall, no doubt. Feeling this chill, even when wearing the necessary Algidity Suits, were Waverush, Roseshy and Chicane, bringing an asleep Shooting Star along for viewing and possibly catching Pokemon.

They had an Unown of their own as always to accompany them as Shooting Star was also given an Algidity Suit for warm protection even when asleep as Waverush was the one carrying him. "Ugh...!" She groaned, having to do all the heavy lifting as carrying Shooting Star proved to be difficult. "Heavy and cold...Why did we have to come here of all places?"

"The Unown told me that if we wanted to make Shooting Star happy, there was a Pokemon here that could do it for them," Roseshy said as the Unown were the ones who encouraged them to come here. "I say we trust in the Unown."

"I'm losing my trust right about now..." Chicane sighed with chattering teeth. "What's this Pokemon that can make him happy?"

"They say it's something called a Snorunt. Such a cute name. And it does sound like a Pokemon that would live here." She explained to them before stopping promptly. Just up ahead was a certain cave that would be familiar to Shooting Star, if he woke up. "This is where we need to be. Right in there, there should be Snorunt."

"Hmm..." Waverush took a closer look, putting on some goggles that came with her Algidity Suits for a clearer view. So did Chicane. They gained a closer look at the cave, looking past all the snow that fell gracefully from the night skies of the oh-so-high Pegalysium.

Coming out of the cave was the Pokemon of the hour. Snorunt. Its little legs made cute yet silent squeaky sounds even when running on the snow with footsteps being left behind. They would finally get to see what this Pokemon looked like and Roseshy was right about the cute factor.

"It is cute." Waverush's eyes opened as more Snorunt showed themselves.

"Snorunt!" The Snorunt did a synchronized jump once they came out of the cave, only making their cuteness factor rise. Chicane could see the cuteness in them as even her cocky attitude was tossed aside for them.

"Aww....!" She gushed. "How adorable."

"Sno-Sno-!" The Snorunt giggled before stepping in their tracks. It was when one of them saw a familiar face, noticing this face before any of the other Snorunt.

This one Snorunt recognized the face of her friend. The pony that helped her get home through the harsh cold during her birthday, who was also currently being carried by Waverush. Shooting Star. "Sno? Snorunt!" Happy to see her friend again, Snorunt excitedly jumped over his brothers and sisters, approaching Waverush and Shooting Star with frozen tears.

"Hey! Why's it coming at me?!" Waverush gasped, attempting to fly off. Only to then realize the weight of Shooting Star held her back, thus, there was no chance of her fleeing. She closed her eyes, but there was nothing to fear for her.

"Oh!" Realizing that it would harm and wake Shooting Star up, Roseshy quickly pulled Snorunt away by dashing over. She grabbed the Ice-Type, preventing any direct contact.

"Sno?"

"Whew..." Waverush lowered her head, relieved at this even though there wouldn't be any harm done. Snorunt then flailed around, wanting to get close to Shooting Star.

"Sorry. But he's sleeping right now." Roseshy spoke to her. "It's best not to wake him up. Especially when it's this late."

"Snorunt..."

"Aren't we meant to wake him?" Chicane asked. "It'd be pointless to bring here only for him not to witness the Pokemon for his own eyes. But then again, I understand that beauty sleep is important,

"Right. Sorry." Roseshy giggled.

"Snorunt." Snorunt hopped out of Roseshy's hooves, walking up to Waverush. She then looked over at her friend, giving off an intensive yet tiny gaze while he was asleep. Shooting Star grunted within his sleep with his ears quietly twitching.

Just then, after that grunt, the Unown surrounding the trio of pegasi had taken action instead of floating next to them. Out of nowhere, the Unown had approached Shooting Star. But not just approach him, they had entered the young prince as if they had phased right through his body. Which is exactly what they did.

"Huh?!" The three of them, and even the Snorunt, were naturally surprised by that. It came out of nowhere. But it was not without a reason. The Unown, despite working alongside other Indigo Union members, followed the wishes of one singular pony.

Second Wind.

With the wish of allowing her plans to continue on, they had entered Shooting Star, aware of the actions of Luna and Darkrai. The Unown and their perceptive abilities were always something to be reckoned with, even if Wareush and the other two had no idea what was going on.

Pegalysium. High in the skies. Within the Rocketship.

After minutes and what felt like hours, they had reunited. Fluttershy's group had met with Rainbow Dash's group on the same island. It took a while, but they got there thankfully. And drawing her attention to the Rocketship in the sky was Twilight Sparkle.

How could she not notice the Rocketship from afar? Upon witnessing it, Twilight's teleportation spell helped greatly as she had already been within it once. Her mind was able to let her return to any spot within the ship.

And she did while also bringing Espeon along with her, of course. The moment she arrived on the ship, before she could let a sentence out, she was met with wind pressure that knocked her away. A wind pressure from Pheromosa running. "Gah!" Twilight screeched.

"Espeon!"

"Mosa!" Happy to see Rarity again and glad that she was in one piece was Pheromsa. At the speed of sound, she had picked up the unicorn, hugging her without any restrictions. "Pheromo!" Leavanny and the others rushed over, surrounding their trainer.

"Oh, Pheromosa! Leavanny! Rarity giggled. "Good to see you all again! I was horrified after seeing you all sink!"

"We saw all those attacks in the distance. Only you all could make such a ruckus like that," said Fluttershy. "Plus Audino heard you all loud and clear even from inside the Rocketship."

"Audino."

"Ooh..." Twilight held her head after the wind pressure. "Girls! There you are!" Soon, she grabbed the attention of her friends. "I should've known you made it up here to help."

"Nice timing, Twilight! Eve." Pinkie bounced over. "You're just in time for our reunion!"

"Reunion?" Twilight shook her head, blinking for a bit. "Uh...W-What happened?"

"A lot happened." Starlight helped Twilight up. "Well, not a lot but it felt like a lot. Didn't take us a lot to get up here though."

"That's a lot of lots. Glad we could make it, anyway. But, boy. Even if it was short, it was weird getting up here." Rainbow Dash chuckled. "You won't believe what we went through!"

"Yeah! We almost got erased from existence!" Pinkie Pie leaned in, startling the rest of her friends.

"Wait what?" Twilight, Rarity and Fluttershy said, naturally perplexed by this response.

"Don't worry about that right now." Starlight stood in between them. "Right now, we should think about the Unown. Which is...also the reason why we were almost erased. They're everywhere right now."

"We dealt with our own Unown." Rarity added. "But at least we have these three on our side. Though they are fewer than the array of Unown that we encountered."

"Second Wind's the one who has 'em all. Sent them to us to make Equestria her new place to hang out" said Applejack. "But we got past that. Thanks to Arceus."

"All that's left for us is to free Shooting Star's memories and make them what they used to be." Spike chimed in. "You were already ding that, weren't you Twilight?

"How did you know about that?" Twilight asked.

"Arceus." They all gave an easy answer. Arceus was the one who showed them and told them everything. They were already caught up to speed at this point.

"Oh! Is Garnet gonna be okay?" Pinkie Pie noticed the fainted Garnet.

"I'm up!" Garnet woke up right on time once her name was spoken. Much like before, her eyes would take a moment to witness what was around her. But this time, she was numb to it. "Ohhh..." But at least this time, thanks to the Unown, she gained memories of the true timeline back.

"Are you feeling better?" Fluttershy asked.

"I feel winded..." Garnet groaned. "So much has happened but so little has happened too. Shooting Star...Shooting Star!" She was suddenly alert. Once her memories came back, she remembered what she was doing earlier. "Oh, I forgot! I was supposed to save him but...I failed."

"It's okay, Garnet. We heard it all from Arceus." Pinkie went over.

"Ar...Who?" Naturally, Garnet wasn't even the slightest bit aware of Arceus, as seen by her raised eyebrow.

"We're off to do the same thing. Saving Shooting Star and all that." Rainbow Dash reassured.

"I don't even know where he is right now...You all probably don't know where he is!" Garnet vigorously aimed her hoof at them before standing up. "I was supposed to try and save him with my friends. Both from Feathercoast and the Drifting Peaks. But everything changed all of a sudden. I was reaching too high...Everypony's probably worried about me right now." Disappointed in her failed attempt to save Shooting Star, Garnet hung her head in shame.

Everyone looked at each other, feeling Garnet's disappointment. They could tell that Garnet and Shooting Star were fairly good friends and failing to save a friend was something they could understand all the distraught for. Starlight kept Hatterene's Poke Ball in check before Garnet could potentially let out stronger emotions.

However, while Garnet lost hope, Pinkie Pie and everyone else didn't. Twilight was the first to up to Garnet, wrapping her hoof around the teacher. "Don't lose hope there, Garnet. You tried hard to get to him, so you can't give up now. Not when there's still a chance.

"What makes you say that?" Garnet whimpered, pouting at Pinkie Pie.

"It's our thing. Take a good look at all of us. Because we never lose hope. Not once." Rainbow Dash crossed her hooves as her friends nodded in unison.

"Well, we did lose hope when we first met Discord." Only for Fluttershy to interject and correct them. "And there was that time with Ghetsis' Pheromosa hurting all of us, that one time we got captured by the Cofagrigus at the Royal Canterlot Wedding, when Tirek caught us all..." She continued to list a plethora of hopeless moments. "I guess only Ash, Pikachu and Princess Celestia never lost hope now that I think about it."

"W-Well..." Rainbow Dash scrunched her face, stammering. "We've gotten used to not losing hope!"

"Mhm! Plus, we've got my Slurpuff here to help." Pinkie showed her 6 Slurpuff. They've got a smell that's 100 million times better than all of us. They're already picking up on Shooting Star's scent and we'll find him no problem."

"Oh. I see..."

"So don't you start worrying there, Garnet," said Applejack. "It ain't over till it's over. And it won't be over until we have Shooting Star back to speed."

"RIght. T-Thank you all." Hope had definitely been brought back to Garnet. She teared up from their words, grateful that there were those there to help. "You ponies, dragons and Pokemon from Equestria sure are something."

The Rocketship was headed for the Cold Frontier, guided by the Slurpuff and translated by Fluttershy and Meowth respectively. However, whilst they were getting close to the Cold Frontier, witnessing the icy mist in the distance, their presence, especially within the Rocketship, still didn't go unnoticed.

The Unown.

The remainder of them tracked down the Rocketship and those who would oppose Second Wind. This time, with greater numbers than what Rainbow Dash's group had to face. They approached the Rocketship, covering it with their shadows looming over.

Audino was the first to hear their arrival whilst everyone else had soon noticed them. They looked outside the windows to see the swarm of Unown. And after swarming the ship, the Unown could hear the voice of Second WInd speaking to them from afar. They remembered what they needed to do to make her dreams possible. "Stop anypony that can interfere. Use whatever extent your power can go through to make it possible."

After hearing her words, the Unown would do just that. As if they already weren't doing fantastical things before. Now they could go beyond. With their haunting singing, the Unown focused everything on not the ponies inside, but the Rocketship.

"What are they doing?!" Spike gasped as the Unown had suddenly frozen the Rocketship in place with their combined power. James felt an instant brake that almost made him bump his head on the control panel.

"They're looking for trouble, that's what." Rainbow Dash held her Poke Ball out before then dashing upwards. She was expecting James to open the hatch, only for her to bump into the entrance. "Ow!" She flinched, holding her face. "W-What gives...?"

"I can't open it!" James exclaimed, trying to open the hatch. But it was no use. He also noticed how all the lights from the control panel had vanished. Their energy and electrical supply had been diminished right before his eyes. "The Unown have cut everything off! Which means..."

James had the right idea. With the energy off, the ship started to fall. No power meant that it would no longer hover. Even though the Unown froze it, they promptly released their freezing hold on the ship, allowing it to fall. Naturally, everyone started screaming their lungs off.

"GAAAAAAAH!" They all screeched with their hairs flowing upwards from this downwards momentum they were experiencing. No one could maintain their balance at all. Not even those who could fly.

"Not like this! I'm too pretty to perish!" Jessie and Rarity both screamed, holding onto each other as they felt like they were too pretty to go out and especially not in a gruesome way that would involve an indefinite crash.

"B-Bay!" But of course, their shining beacon of hope still existed. Bayleef's fate-changing leaves. However, aware of Bayleef's power, the Unown that had frozen the ship, didn't just allow it to fall. They had also entered it via phasing through. Catching up to it surprisingly quickly during its descent, the Unown had appeared within the Rocketship, maintaining their balance.

Except for the three Unown owned by Thunder Stamp. Their balance was thrown off. The rest of the Unown only kept this balance thanks to their combined power. Once inside, they had used Hidden Power on Bayleef before her leaves could act up.

"B-Bay!" Bayleef cried out as she was hit by the Hidden Power, crashing into the walls while the ship increased in speed.

"Bayleef, no!" Fluttershy gasped as Bayleef's fate-changing leaves had been cancelled out at that moment. The Unown wouldn't stop there. Almost everyone on this ship had something Rift related in them with the main exception being Garnet.

The other three Unown used their power to slightly gain some balance in this turbulent descent. They had gotten in front of their fellow Symbol Pokemon, trying to convince them to stop. But the wishes of Secon Wind greatly outdid theirs. Thus, they attacked their fellow Unown.

The three Unown used the rest of their power to cast a protective shield but it was not strong enough. The ship was about to crash near the Cold Frontier, right near one of the islands. It would be a hard one no doubt.

Twilight would use her amazing magic to try and keep her friends stable, along with Espeon's Psychic. The Unown attacked them still. Twilight and Espeon flinched and staggered when attacked by the Unown. Twilight already had her Desire removed from her, making her exempt from Rift Magic thankfully. However, that didn't stop her from being harmed.

"Gh!" Twilight grunted as the Unown had the superior advantage. With them maintaining balance and everyone losing balance, they could attack them with Hidden Power constantly.

"Axew! Transform!"

"A-Axew! Ax!" Axew closed his eyes, hoping to pull his transformation off successfully. But with little balance and the Unown having free balance, they had used Hidden Power on him as well. Axew somewhat endured, managing to pull off his transformation with a golden pillar of light showing. "H-Haxorus!"

He emerged as Haxorus, immediately having a heavier weight than normal, allowing his altitude and airtime to be less extravagant than the others. Haxorus attempted to stick his legs onto the floor and his hands through the walls, but it was no use. There was nothing he could do as more of the Unown kept attacking him.

"Haxorus!" Spike yelled.

"H-Haxo!"

"S-Sceptile! Break those windows and grab onto something!" Applejack cried out, freefalling in the air of the ship as she tried holding onto her hat.

"S-S-S-Sceptile...!" Sceptile grit his teeth before shifting his eyes to the windows. The Forest Pokemon had then used Frenzy Plant as his best bet, sending out one of his vines to touch the floor. And that connection was what he needed. Large roots had been summoned, breaking through the windows. The roots of Frenzy Plant then travelled with Sceptile spotting a tree nearby, Mainly on the island that they were about to crash into.

The roots wrapped around the tree with their immense size and length, however, this was all promptly stopped once the Unown had used Hidden Power. Hidden Power Fire had burned away at the roots whilst Hidden Power Poison melted them away. "Scep?!"

With the roots destroyed and a way to keep the ship somewhat stable, it continued to fall, nearing the island. Bayleef tried moving, only for the Unown to summon red chains on her. "Bay?!" The Leaf Pokemon had her legs all restrained along with her neck.

The others received the same treatment. They were all caught by the red chains that were summoned, pinned against the wall while feeling some altitude. The only one not caught by it was Garnet. The Unown had tightened the chains on them, causing them all to feel a shock go right through them. The Pokemon could resist because of their amazing defence. But the ponies and the sole dragon were another story as this was hard on them.

"Wait! Stop!" Garnet yelled, holding her hoof out whilst spinning in the air. She had then grabbed the attention of the Unown with her shout. "You can't do this! Please! They're the only hope I have left!"

The Unown took a moment to listen to her. Much like how Arceus describes it, the Unown certainly listen to those with wishes. Strong ones to be exact. And this was no exception as they heard her out.

"Please! I need to save Shooting Star!" Garnet still had tears in her eyes. "I have to as his friend! I failed to help him before even when I tried cheering him up! I have to try at least one more time and bring him back to us! To his family! If I don't then...I don't know what I would do!" Garnet pleaded.

The Unown had then heard and felt Garnet's will to save her friend. But the moment they felt her strong will and emotion, the ship was already about to crash. At that split second, the ship had crashed onto the island. The Unown had also protected the ship in that split second, granting it a shield. But the impact was still hard as the trees were blown away by the crash.

This alerted Waverush, Roseshy and Chicane as the Cold Frontier was close to them. They had already witnessed the ship in the sky when it got close. "Oh my goodness!" Roseshy gasped, already having the instinct and natural reaction to go and check up on the ship and see if anyone was alright.

"Hey, wait! Roseshy!" Waverush turned to Shooting Star who was still asleep even after that crash. She contemplated wondering if she would leave him behind, but he was too asleep to even wake up with all that noise. Waverush eventually followed her along with Chicane.

The ship was greatly damaged. Even with the Unown protecting it, the impact left a number on it. Parts of it had scattered across the island with the wires poking out. It might as well be broken in half. Somehow still functioning with electricity fizzling, but certainly totalled.

Roseshy, Waverush and Chicane appeared in front of the rubble, witnessing the horrific destruction done to the ship. This island appeared to be a beautiful beach. But not anymore with what happened. All the palm trees had been cast aside, toppled over in seconds. The air which would normally carry the sounds of birds and the soothing sounds of the beach was now thick with the scent of smoke.

But amidst all of this destruction, apart from the Unown that had emerged from the rubble, seeming fine with their protection, Starlight Glimmer had shown herself. She used her magic to protect herself in time, pushing the rubble away.

"Ugh..." Starlight groaned as more of the rubble was tossed aside. Garnet, Cold Colt and Jade Skies were still around. Mainly with Cold Colt using his magic as well.

Espeon, Audino, Bayleef, Sceptile, all 6 Slurpuff, Delta Riolu and the two Mew all came out of the rubble, feeling injured no doubt. Castform showed himself, flying out of Rainbow Dash's saddlebag which had fallen over. Haxorus broke the rubble before descending back into Axew.

All of the Pokemon did, including Team Rocket and Thunder Stamp. "That was too close..." James sighed, kneeling on the ground. "Did everyone make it?"

"Still in one piece here." Jessie groaned. "So is my hair."

"Wait! What about Applejack and the others?!" Cold noticed that not everyone had shown themselves. Bayleef immediately started using her vines to toss away at the rubble as Sceptile and Audino followed after.

"What happened here...?" Waverush gawked.

"Audi! Audino!" They rapidly searched for their friends, pulling the rubble away.

"I didn't have enough time to protect them!" Starlight cried out, stomping her hoof on the metallic rubble while also using her magic to move all of it away. Waverush, Roseshy and Chicane stayed back, observing for a while.

Eventually, the others were found beneath the rubble. And unfortunately, they suffered a harder impact than the rest. Twilight groaned as she struggled to get back up. All of her friends were on the floor with their hooves trembling. The world seemed to spin around them and a sharp, throbbing pain took hold of them. Shocks from the red chain still showed themselves with crimson crackles. Twilight had taken a heavy barrage of Hidden Power earlier, making her already harmed and fairly weak.

"Twilight! Everyone!" A mortified Starlight said as Waverush, Roseshy and Chicane noticed the familiar faces, staying silent and slowly backing up. "Are you okay?!"

"W-We made it..." Twilight uttered with a weak voice before then dropping to the ground. The others tried getting up but it was no use. With their bodies overwhelmed, the systems within them had no choice but to let them faint. They fainted in a horrible state.

"Oh no! Twilight!" Starlight exclaimed as they would do more than just faint. Audino rushed over, going for Heal Pulse immediately to restore her friends to full strength. Jade wanted to emote greatly to feel for her friends. This was the most harm she had seen them in so far.

But while she could not emote, there was a tear forming in her eyes along with Cold who definitely emoted. In their current state, it could go beyond fainting. "Say it ain't so." Meowth shook his head as Audino started using everything in her power with Heal Pulse to rejuvenate them.

"A-Audino!" She groaned with everything being illuminated green. But the green had been overshadowed by the black smoke of the destroyed ship.

"It wasn't supposed to be like this..." Garnet lowered her head, seeing that her ray of hope was dwindling. Twilight and the others were that ray of hope that inspired them. All she wanted to do was help her friend more than anything, restoring his memories.

And even still, the Unown felt her emotions flow through. They noticed the destruction that they had caused, mainly from their actions. It was them that harmed Twilight and the others, assaulting them with Hidden Power and the red chains. The other three Unown had tried to stop them but it was too late.

Feeling the guilt, the Unown had then shifted their focus from Second Wind and chose to fulfil the wishes of somepony else with a strong will as well. Garnet.

And there was one thing on their mind to help Garnet gain that spark of hope. And it was a big one. The Unown, and the three that Thunder Stamp owned agreed on using their power for one sole purpose. In unison, they had used Hidden Power, focusing it on Twilight and her friends. Audino backed away as her Heal Pulse was interrupted. She gawked as a golden light of cosmic power showed itself, erupting into a pillar that surrounded all of them.

Espeon and everyone could tell that this wasn't meant to harm them as their eyes closed from the intensity of the light. Twilight and the others were getting back up. But something was changing with them. Their body shapes, in a split second, could be seen changing before being blocked out by an explosion of energy.

The beach had also been restored with the palm trees returning to their original position. The Unown had not only undone the damage, but they had done something magical and grandiose. Espeon and the others looked onwards as the light faded. What they saw blew their minds.

Twilight and the others had become Legendary and Mythical Pokemon.

Twilight emerged as the Legendary Pokemon of Life, Xereneas. Applejack became the invincible Warrior Pokemon Zamazenta. Spike ascended into the air, appearing as the Sky High Pokemon and guardian of the Ozone Layer Rayquaza. Also ascending, Pinkie Pie had become the species as her partner Pokemon, Mew.

Rarity emerged as one of the Swords of Justice, Virizion, the Grassland Pokemon. Fluttershy was given the appearance of Meloetta the Melody Pokemon, standing gracefully. And finally, getting off of one knee was Rainbow Dash who emerged as the Thunder Clap Pokemon Zeraora.

They had all become Legendary and Mythical Pokemon. Courtesy of the Unown. Naturally, everyone was blown back by this as Cold Colt fainted at this amazing sight. And Starlight could only say one word at this stellar revelation.

"Sweet Celestia...Legendary..."

As the journey continues.

Chapter 722.
