My Little Pokémon

The World's Strongest Dragon

Unova. The train to Roshan City. Nightfall.

Recently, Spike had just reached Windy Station and had taken the train that comes by. This was the last train for the night before tomorrow morning so he was lucky to catch it. Roshan City is the nearest spot to Kyurem's Ice Castle, just far east from it. Once Spike gets there, he'll challenge the Worlds Strongest Dragon and see how far he's come.

But right now, he was asleep on the train, dozing off while lying on the side. Due to him being so small, he was able to get comfortable with three seats while Axew and Deino also dozed off. The train moved across the tracks, heading for Roshan as everything felt silent on this night. Apart from the sounds of the train moving that is.

Roshan City was only 3 hours away from here as the moonlight shined through the windows of the train. Its beautiful silver and blue light gave a spotlight to Spike and his Pokemon as if it knew of their quest. Flying through the night sky were the Minior, acting like shooting stars flying by. Someone was definitely making a wish out there. Ledian were flying about, gathering starlight to consume since they do so during the night. All the nocturnal Pokemon could be seen roaming about as well.

Aside from that, Spike wouldn't get to witness this beautiful night sky view. Neither would his Pokemon. But the people and their Pokemon within the train could certainly witness it. But, even if Spike couldn't witness this view, he had one other thing to look forward to.

Kyurem.

And even in his sleep, he started mumbling words about the Boundary Pokemon. "Just you wait, Kyurem..." He mumbled while making himself more comfortable on the seats.

And speaking of Kyurem, the Cryogonal that are mostly seen with Kyurem had flown next to the train, heading for the Ice Castle. They had heard Spike's mumbling words about Kyurem, knowing that this baby dragon was heading for the Boundary Pokemon to challenge him.

"Cryo-Cryogonal. With that, the Cryogonal flew off, heading to who is essentially their boss, ready to tell him about the upcoming challenger. They flew over the train, heading to the far east.

Kyurem's Ice Castle.

As the name entails, a castle that is made out of nothing but ice. It was created after Kyurem and Keldeo had their own battle here at Full Court. The battle was so great that it destroyed Kyurem's old home. So, as a replacement, the Boundary Pokemon made a replacement via its own Ice manipulation abilities.

After all that, Kyurem had become more known to the rest of Unova. At least, the ones nearest to him like in Roshan City or Windy Station. The same can be said for other Legendary and Mythical Pokemon, especially Mythical Pokemon. As the years go by, more trainers discover them, making their existence well known and widespread.

There, the Cryogonal had arrived, entering and heading towards the Boundary Pokemon, who resided in the very middle of the castle. His golden eyes glared through the smoke, focusing on the Cryogonal.

And through the icy smoke, there he was. Kyurem himself. Standing 3.0 m and 9'10", this absolute powerhouse of a Pokemon was a bipedal Pokemon of indefinable but seemingly draconic basis. From grey, blue, gold and light blue with a sharp exterior and a seemingly damaged part of his body on the right side, the Boundary Pokemon's full glory could be revealed.

Well, most of his full glory. After all, Kyurem used to be one single Dragon when Reshiram and Zekrom were once a part of his body before they separated. A form that could easily make Kyurem live up to his title.

The Original Dragon.

"Cryo. Cryogonal. Cyro." After coming up to him, they told the Dragon-Ice-Type who was coming here to challenge him next.

"That so? Then let him come." The Boundary Pokemon spoke through telepathy in a deep and imposing tone as the ice smoke moved from his breath alone. "I'll be waiting."

Roshan City. Day.

Finally. Roshan City. A city that was once attacked by Kyurem and the Cryogonal when in pursuit of Keldeo. The city took some damage from this hunt but over time, the people and Pokemon have rebuilt it and it hasn't been attacked by any Legendary Pokemon ever since.

The chill of Kyurem's and the Cryogonal ice could still be felt, making summer a bit different than usual.

Roshan City is a sprawling city accessible by train. Underneath the city are disused subway tunnels, and one of the old stations has been transformed into a museum for old transportation devices. There exists a train track that leads to Roshan City which also connects it with Windy Station and probably other locations as well.

Ash and his friends had once been here during the intense Kyurem and Cryogonal chase. And now, Spike, Axew and Deino had arrived here at last.

"Finally. Roshan City." Spike and his Pokemon got off the train. "Just closer to Kyurem. So uh...that Ice Castle's just between some pine forests somewhere nearby this city, huh? Can't be too tough to find a place like that."

"Axew."

"Deino."

"But first..." Spike went over to a bench, hopping onto it for a seat before removing his bag. "A quick morning snack. How does that sound?"

"Xew-Xew!"

"Deino!" Deino and Axew would most certainly like something to eat in the morning. A good early snack helps to fuel the body especially when you're getting ready to battle the World's Strongest Dragon in some icy place that is not really beneficial to Dragon-Type Pokemon. Ice and everything is a big upset for them.

Spike sent out all of his Pokemon to feast, but right now, thanks to what Deino did yesterday, they were a bit low on food. They still had a good amount to eat but the next time they wish to chow down, there will be a considerable amount missing.

Luckily, the Pokedollars that Rarity lent Spike were still present. He hadn't spent them yet so any extra food can be brought with ease. And speaking of Rarity, due to her being essentially an up and coming rising star in the PokeStar Studios business, movie posters involving her face could be seen.

"Hm?" Spike glanced over at the posters while eating his gems. So far, Rarity has made a name for herself as she was featuring in three movies. Two of those she's the star and one of them she's a supporting character. "Mm. Rarity's really getting there. That Pokemon Festival really boosted her status up, right?"

"Sala." Salamence nodded in agreement while eating his food.

"We're gonna be big too, ya know. Once I become a Dragon Master, everyone's gonna know of me. Might even get some students of my own. Hehe!" Spike grinned with a chuckle as bits of gems and crystals could be seen around his teeth.

"Deino..." Again. Deino was a surprisingly heavy eater with fast chomping skills as she had already finished most if not all of her food while laying on her back. "Dei..."

"Axew-xew." To mess around with his fellow Dragon-Type, Axew decided to repeatedly pat Deino's stomach as if he was playing the drums. "Axe! Axew!"

"D-D-Dei! Deino-no-no-no!" Obviously, Deino got a reaction from that as she started laughing while also flailing her legs around with sounds coming from her stomach each time Axew gave a pat.

The two of them were definitely the most playful of the dragon group. Deino is still technically a baby while Axew is a bizarre mashup between a baby and a full-grown adult due to his ability to transform. It's unclear if whether he started as a Haxorus before the Fusion magic got to him or he was always an Axew.

Salamence could be considered in the same boat. Body of an adult. The mind of a child. However, Salamence seems to have been maturing over time after being with Spike the longest. His playful nature still existed just not as rampant.

And Druddigon was just a full-on adult through and through. He could be considered the oldest of the group and a big brother to all of them. Spike watched as his Pokemon were having the time of their life before the inevitable showdown against Kyurem.

But while he watched them, Spike was thinking back to his first Pokemon ever. Goomy. It's been months since he'd last seen his first partner after he was sent to be trained by the Dragon Trainers. Spike was wondering how Goomy was doing right now. He was hoping that they would meet up again and Goomy was revealed to be a powerful dragon in the end.

Aside from that, another thing caught Spike's attention. Up in the sky, just nearby and casually floating around, Cryogonal could be seen. They don't usually appear in the summer because of the heat but thanks to recent events involving Keldeo, that had been changed a bit.

"Oh! Cryogonal!" Spike stood up. "If Cryogonal's here...that means Kyurem's nearby!"

"Nogonal." The Crystallizing Pokemon then flew out of view while looking at Spike for a while. A sign of Cryogonal was a sign of Kyurem. Spike quickly started chomping down on his food, wanting to follow the Cryogonal since they could lead him and his team to the Boundary Pokemon.

"Mmm!" Spike rapidly ate all his food as fast as he could. Perhaps a bit too fast. He ended up starting to choke on his own food due to the rush. Wanting to follow the Cryogonal sort of turned the tables on him as he started beating his chest. "Mrrph!"

"Ax! Axew!" Axew and the others quickly rushed over to try and help their trainer before he's taken out by his own favourite food. The Tusk Pokemon held Spike from behind, trying to squeeze the gems out of him while Salamence was starting to panic.

"Sala-Sala!"

"Here, here." Luckily, someone was kind enough to solve that problem by bringing over a glass of juice. Spike quickly grabbed the glass, gulping down the juice. That was needed as the crystals and gems smoothly went through Spike's throat, saving his life.

"Ah..." Spike breathed in and out. "Thanks...Need to catch those Cryogonal...They'll get me to Kyurem."

"Don't be in such a rush. Kyurem isn't going anywhere after all." The man who saved Spike said.

"Yeah, I know. My bad. But, I'm really eager to challenge Kyurem right now." Spike held his chest. "That's the World's Strongest Dragon just sitting there."

"Well, good luck with that." The man walked away, waving to Spike.

"Okay..." Spike took a deep breath. "Yeah, I should just take it easy. But Kyurem's close right now. It's the third day so I'm kinda living up to that schedule."

"Xew?"

"What was it that Ash said that one time?" Spike thought back to Ash's words from a time when he wasn't knocked out or had Aura Ataxia as a reoccurring problem.

"Always remember guys! It's your choice. If you wanna rush it, then go on ahead. If you wanna take things slowly, then go for it. As long as you reach your goals and dreams anyway. Me. I wanna take it slow to become a Pokemon Master. Right?

"Pi-Pikachu!"

"Oh yeah." Spike nodded. "I'll pick fast." He made his decision after recalling some of Ash's words. "Alright, you guys. Let's head to Kyurem and take him on!"

And his Pokemon agreed. They raised their claws and legs to show that they were more than ready to tackle the Boundary Pokemon. However, collectively, their stomach's growled, showing that they were still hungry.

"But uh...maybe some more food wouldn't hurt."Spike laughed, holding his stomach as another snack break was needed for clarity and full energy.

Equestria. Canterlot. Day.

It's a different day in Canterlot today. One that had a less stressful atmosphere. After the pushback of the invasion, everything had calmed down. But, there was still work that needed to be done.

Celestia obviously had a few things to solve. One of which was getting this World Pirouette Spell down. And the second, the most important one, was rescuing Pyrestar who had done all she can to stop the invasion from happening sooner than expected. She succeeded but at the cost of her getting captured.

However, Celestia could still find time to take it easy. And another who was taking it easy was Flurry Heart who was now staying in this world since she is essentially wanted in her own world by her own auntie and an entire empire.

Right now, Celestia, Flurry Heart and Premium Polish were in Premium's guest room, looking at Pokemon cards together for fun. It was fairly early in the morning so Celestia had some time to indulge herself in entertainment before heading back to serious business.

"Oh! That one is so cute! Which one is this?!" Flurry Heart, who was still very new to Pokemon, pointed her hoof at a Mawile card.

"That would be Mawile," Celestia replied. "Don't be fooled by its cute appearance. Those massive jaws on the back of its head can crush even iron."

"Ooh...Something that cute can do that?"

"All Pokemon are really strong," Premium spoke to the younger alicorn. "Even the super cute ones! Oh, check out this holo Duosion card."

"I think I'll take..." Celestia navigated her hoof over the assortments of Pokemon Cards that she had personally gathered before choosing one. "This Cobalion Card."

"You're only picking that one up because you have a crush on him, Princess." Premium pointed out.

"Who's Cobalion?" Flurry Heart replied. "And crush?"

"Uhh..." Celestia put her hoof over her face in embarrassment. "T-Thanks for the input and reminder Premium...How about we start putting these cards in special orders. That way, the collection will be more organized and decorative. Put them in these." She used her magic to bring over multiple sleeves that had specific decorations for certain cards on them.

"Okay!" Both Premium and Flurry Heart replied. They both started putting the cards in orders while Celestia opened new card sets to see what they could find. Generally, they were just having a great time.

And watching them through the windows was Luna who was still holding a bit of stress. Even with the whole invasion pushed back, the fear of what is happening to Pyrestar is flooding her head.

"Still worried, dear?" Eventide spoke to his daughter.

"Mhm." The Moon Princess nodded in confirmation. "I should go there and help her but..."

"It's okay. She'll be rescued for certain." Sunlight reassured Luna. "Thanks to her, we'll be able to improve with extra time. So just hang in there."

"I will." She sighed with a low tone. "I'm just not sure what will happen next. Everything's become so unpredictable recently. I fear that things are only going to escalate later on."

"Probably." Eventide looked up. "This is the most conflict Equestria has ever had to face. Even more so than when the unicorns, pegasi and earth ponies were just tribes and even before Equestria was founded."

"Whatever happens next, we'll just have to be ready for it. But with the Pokemon on your side and especially that Reshiram out there in the gardens, I'm certain that you'll win for sure." Sunlight grinned.

"R-Right. Perhaps, I need to take it easy like my sister. Maybe some Pokemon Battling can cheer me up..." Luna walked off, heading for her room where her Pokemon resided.

"Is Pokemon Battling taking it easy?" Sunlight wasn't so sure about something as intense and high-octane as Pokemon Battling was the number one relaxation method. Eventide just shrugged in response.

"I worry about them, dear. This timeline is certainly unpredictable, isn't it?"

"It is." Sunlight nodded. "But what can we do?"

"Nothing. However, I've been thinking." One of Eventide's many brainstorms were coming up. "Our daughter's Boundless Cutie Mark."

"What about it?"

"I think I may know what purpose it may serve." He was on to something. The unexplained and mysterious Cutie Mark that had been permanently given to Celestia ever since the Ghetsis incident. The Boundless Cutie Mark. The mark that hods every mark from past, present and future. Eventide, despite knowing barely anything about this mark, had a theory that he wanted to see was true.

Unova. Near Kyurem's Ice Castle also known as Full Court. Day.

At last, Spike and his Pokemon were heading for the castle. By riding on Salamence's back, they had witnessed it for themselves. The Ice Castle where Kyurem resides.

Salamence had followed the many Cryogonal. Then again, the Cryogonal helped out by leaving a trail behind via their own bodies and snowflakes they dropped behind. Because of this assistance, they had led Spike and his friends to the castle.

After all, Kyurem was waiting for them.

"There it is," Spike spoke, setting his eyes on the caste. "Yikes, it's bigger than the Crystal Empire..."

"Axew."

"Sala." Once he was close enough, Salamence descended, reaching the ice bridge as they were in a good range of the castle. The amount of ice here was so prominent that it gave the area a darker colour. Even the brightness of the sun was struggling to give this place some vibrance.

Everything about it was imposing. From the thick and cold icy smoke, the ominous howling and of course, the gigantic Dragon waiting inside that has been hailed as the World's Strongest Dragon.

Spike and his Pokemon had every reason to be nervous. Which is what they were right now. Nervous. Once Spike got off Salamence's back, him, Axew, Deino and even Salamence were shuddering at the castle. But, Deino wasn't shuddering because of Kyurem, she was mostly shuddering due to the temperature.

"Well...Here we are." Spike gulped. "Just in there, Kyurem is waiting. World's Strongest Dragon and everything..."

"Axew..."

"Thanks, Salamence. Return for now." Spike recalled Salamence as he hadn't yet taken a step to the inside of Full Court. Even Axe was fearful of this and he could become a fearsome Haxorus by will. Spike could also feel Druddigon and Salamence's Poke Balls trembling as well. In truth, all of them, aside from Deino, were nervous about meeting Kyurem, but they were willing to tackle this obstacle anyway.

That's when the voice of Kyurem reached out from within the entrance of the castle.

"What are you waiting for, boy? Enter."

"Mm!" Hearing that imposing and terrifying voice had only startled and intimidated Spike and his Pokemon ever further. They stayed completely still for a few seconds.

Spike then recalled a part in Ash's story of how Keldeo was in a similar position. Keldeo had already battled Kyurem once but that was when he was headstrong and brash. Once he lost horribly to the Boundary Pokemon, Keldeo was terrified of him. So when it came time for Keldeo to have his second battle, the Colt Pokemon was frozen with fear. But through that fear and the encouragement of Ash, he managed to step forward and eventually battle Kyurem a second time.

While Spike didn't have Ash here to do the same, he had his Pokemon to count on. Even though they were all nervous themselves. Except for Deino. Afterwards, they finally stepped forward as the gates to Kyurem's castle opened.

It was time.

The group had finally entered with all the Cryogonal flying off to give them some space. The last they want to experience is being caught up in this soon to be highly destructive Dragon battle. But they were certainly going to watch it.

Once Spike and his Pokemon entered, they were greeted with the arena of Full Court. It matched the appearance of a typical Pokemon battlefield only with a crater smack dab in the middle.

It had a bit of a darker tone in here but the number of sparkling ice crystals made it so that some shine was given, making Full Court have some vibrance in all of this toned-down ambience and aesthetic.

But, Spike wasn't here to admire the sight. He was just here to challenge Kyurem as he stood near the arena with Axew and Deino behind him.

"Kyurem! I'm here to battle you! And I'm ready to do so!" Spike declared.

"Hoh? Do you think you're worthy of battling me?"

"Worthy?"

"Well, do you?"

"Y-Yes! 100%!" Spike nodded his head vigorously. "I'm aiming to become a Dragon Master. Right now I'm just a Dragon Trainer. So I'm here to test myself and see how far I've come. That's why I came to you after hearing about Ash's story."

"Ash's story?" Kyurem then emerged from the thick icy smoke with his eyes glowing. When he walked, his footsteps could be heard as it sounded like a hammer being struck on the ground at full force. Not only that but tremors could be felt as Spike and his friends witnessed an overwhelming figure appear before him.

Kyurem's footsteps also caused a powerful ice smoke to flow across the ground, causing parts of it to freeze over. Spike and his friends shuddered as their bodies were already gaining ice from just Kyurem's movements and presence alone. But, they endured the cold as they shook it off.

"Then you must know of what would happen if you're not fully prepared to battle me."

"Uh..." Spike's heart was beating fast as he wasn't expecting the sheer size and scale of Kyurem. It was fairly overwhelming to look at just like how Buzzwole is overwhelming to look at. "I-I do. With what happened with Keldeo before. But I'm confident that I'm ready. I won't run away. I'm going to battle you until I'm unable to."

"Hmph. I like that fire in your eyes and spirit. Very well then." Kyurem admired Spike's bravado and confidence. He accepted his challenge. By doing so, he made the proper arrangements immediately.

Aside from the circular battlefield, Kyurem summoned a massive ice gate archway in front of Spike. This was a means of testing if Spike was truly brave enough to take part in this.

"Pass through the gate."

With bravery, Spike and his Pokemon had passed through the ice archway, officially having the courage to stand up to Kyurem as there was practically no going back now. Once he passed through, Kyurem summoned more sharp ice yet again. This time the ice surrounded the battlefield in a circular shape as they all stood up tall, towering over Kyurem and Spike. Now, the entire battlefield was perfect for them.

"Now. Let us begin. Don't hold back. Or I will crush you."

"I won't. Deino, I want you to watch the whole thing, alright?" Spike took out his first Poke Ball which was the Premier Ball. He then tossed it, choosing his first Pokemon. Go! Druddigon!"

"Druddigon!" Druddigon appeared, standing before the Boundary Pokemon. The size difference wasn't even funny. Kyurem made most Dragon-Type Pokemon look like ants before his presence. Druddigon couldn't get nervous here. Not for Spike.

"Let's do this! Druddigon! Use Metal Claw!"

"Drudd!" The Cave Pokemon went first by hardening his claws with a glowing silver energy before lunging at the Boundary Pokemon.

Kyurem responded via Shadow Claw. He covered his own claw in purple shadows, standing in one spot. When Druddigon got close, he swiped his claws at the Dragon-Ice-Type. Kyurem then swung next as both claws had collided with each other, creating sparks.

However, in just one clash, Kyurem managed to easily overpower Metal Claw with a superior swipe. With this, the Boundary Pokemon knocked Druddigon's claw away with ease.

"Drudd?!"

The Boundary Pokemon then used his other claw to swipe Druddigon, sending him crashing to the ground with a swift yet hard hit. The ice shattered with tiny little ice shards flying up from Druddigon's impact. However, as a drawback, Druddigon's Rough Skin affected Kyurem. But not by much.

"Oh! Druddigon!"

"D-Druddi...!" Druddigon growled as he got back up. Kyurem then followed up by using Dragon Pulse. The Boundary Pokemon summoned an orb of blue draconic energy in front of him. Out of that blue orb, a dragon-shaped shockwave came flying out with a roar, ready to bite and crash into Druddigon.

Use Gunk Shot!"

"Gon!" Druddigon quickly countered by shooting multiple purple and black projectiles from his mouth. The projectiles pelted the dragon-shaped shockwave, but it couldn't break through or overpower. Thus, it ended in a clash via the usual explosion.

"Let's try paralyzing him! A slow down will work! Thunder Punch, go!"

"Drudd!" Druddigon barged through the smoke, lightning both his clas with electricity. After moving through the smoke, he appeared before Kyurem, ready to strike. But, Kyurem had another response via a headbutt.

A headbutt involving Iron Head. By covering his face in pure metal, the Boundary Pokemon thrust his head forward as hard as he could, smashing into Druddigon's fist. Once colliding, Druddigon felt a hard vibration move through his arms from Kyurem's headbutt alone.

"D-Drudd!" Druddigon cried out as Kyurem then used his hardened wings, turning around as he whacked the Cave Pokemon with them. "Gon!" Once more, Druddigon was launched, but this time, he managed to recover by flapping his wings. Druddigon doesn't normally fly with them so it's a rarity. Yet again, Druddigon's Rough Skin got to Kyurem.

"Gunk Shot!"

"Drudd! Drudd!" Another attempt at a status effect. This time, Poison. Druddigon spat out multiple poisonous gunk projectiles, trying to poison and strike Kyurem. But, Kyurem had another response.

This time in the form of an Ice Beam. By summoning a light blue orb, the Boundary Pokemon instantly froze the projectiles of poison before they could even reach him. Kyurem's ice is nothing to scoff at. He is capable of ultracold air after all. The frozen projectiles then dropped to the ground, shattering.

"Gr! Fine then! Let's start a rampage with Outrage!"

"GON!" Druddigon roared as his body was cloaked in a raging red aura. He would use all of his aggression and strength on Kyurem. This was sure to deal super-effective damage as he smashed the ground, causing large ice shards to fly towards Kyurem.

Kyurem narrowed his eyes as he used Shadow Claw to swipe the shards of ice away, preventing them from making proper contact with him. Druddigon then ran towards Kyurem with another lunge. This time, he would just unleash a barrage of hits.

"Drudd!" The Cave Pokemon swung his fist around, trying to strike the Boundary Pokemon. But, Kyurem put Shadow Claw up in an attempt to block his hits. Druddigon ferociously attacked Shadow Claw with all he had, trying to push through Kyurem's defence.

It was actually working. The sheer fury of Outrage was capable of adding a ton of pressure to Shadow Claw as Kyurem could feel the constant strikes of Druddigon were enough to make his own claws slightly tremble.

Knowing that he couldn't block forever, the Boundary Pokemon flew back, preventing another hit as Druddigon ended up hitting the air with his next swing. Afterwards, Kyurem used his next move. His signature.

Glaciate.

Kyurem released a cold blast of wind filled with shards of ice that surrounded Druddigon from all sides. They had also homed onto him as he was now trapped.

"Knock them away, Druddigon!"

"Druddi!" Still using Outrage, when the shards rushed towards the Cave Pokemon, the Dragon-Type began swinging wildly, attempting to knock them away. Druddigon managed to knock away some of the shards with his fists and tail, but he couldn't stop them all.

Kyurem had summoned too many. Due to a ridiculous number of shards, Druddigon could only stop so many before he was bombarded with an overwhelming assault. Druddigon couldn't do anything as the shards consumed him until he was buried by them.

"D-Druddigon!"

"Oh, no! Druddigon!" Spike gasped as the shards suddenly blew up, causing a light blue explosion while smaller shards flew out from it. Kyurem stood there, unphased while the shards flew by.

Taking an Ice-Type attack is always bad news for most Dragon-Type Pokemon. And unfortunately, Druddigon was one of them. Once that blue smoke cleared, he had fainted.

"Druddigon..." That was one down. Kyurem barely took any damage. He practically took none at all from the looks of it.

"Thanks, Druddigon..." Spike lowered his head, recalling the Cave Pokemon. "I'll make it up to you. Just watch."

"Xew! Axew!" Axew offered himself to be up next to challenge the Boundary Pokemon as he pleaded with Spike.

"Alright, Axew. You're up next. Transform and show Kyurem what you can do!"

"Axew!" Axew jumped over Spike with a frontflip. While in midair, he surrounded himself in the golden light. In just a few seconds, Axew had transformed into the Axe Jaw Pokemon as a golden flash of light illuminated the room of Full Court.

"Haxorus!" Out of the light and smashing the icy ground with shards flying up, Haxorus had emerged.

"This is new..."

"You haven't seen anything yet, Kyurem! Let's go, Haxorus! Close Combat on the leg!"

"Xorus!" Haxorus had a lot more to give. By bolting off the ground and causing tremors of his own, the Axe Jaw Pokemon approached Kyurem without jumping this time.

Instead, Haxorus was going for the leg. Once he got close, Kyurem chose to try and stomp Haxorus since he was near the leg area.

"Dodge!"

"Hax!" Haxorus being the quick thinker that he is, rolled to the side as he avoided Kyurem's stomp. The stop smashed the icy ground, causing yet another tremor with more shards rising. With Haxorus successfully dodging Kyurem's stop, he could strike, The Axe Jaw Pokemon suddenly smashed his fist onto Kyurem's leg.

Kyurem certainly felt that one as Haxorus continuously began striking Kyurem's leg as fast as he could. Afterwards, he then grabbed the leg of the Boundary Pokemon.

"Now flip him over!"

"H-Hax...!" Then, by using all of his strength, the Axe Jaw Pokemon put everything he had to try and carry Kyurem or at least flip him over. Kyurem was heavy so this was not easy, but Haxorus' great strength would make sure that he could withstand this.

But Kyurem wasn't going to let that happen. The Boundary Pokemon ascended into the air, bringing Haxorus with him. Haxorus was now in the air with Kyurem, hanging on.

"Xorus?!"

Kyurem then suddenly intensified his body temperature. The Dragon-Ice-Type rapidly went to -180 degrees. With the cold aura surrounding his body, Haxorus, who was still clinging on, had been affected by this chill.

"H-H-H-Hax!" The cold was shocking for him to handle as he lost his grip on Kyurem, causing him to fall. Once Haxorus fell with ice covering parts of his body, Kyurem was ready to strike once more with Dragon Pulse as he summoned the orb.

"Haxorus! Dragon Claw, go!"

"H-Haxorus!" Haxorus quickly got up, shaking the ice off him as he immediately summoned green draconic claws.

"Run on the ice pillars!"

"Xo!" Instead of heading straight for Kyurem directly, Haxorus went for a different approach. The Axe Jaw Pokemon jumped to the nearest ice pillar, running on it. Kyurem finished charging up as he unleashed the dragon-shaped blast, aiming it at Haxorus.

Haxorus quickly jumped to the next ice pillar, causing Kyurem's Dragon Pulse to destroy the one Haxorus was previously on. After missing Dragon Pulse, Kyurem gave it another go by shooting another one while tracking Haxorus down. But, Haxorus kept jumping and running on the ice pillars, evading each Dragon Pulse as fast he could. Kyurem had to keep on turning to keep track of Haxorus.

"Now, jump and strike!"

"Haxorus!" Haxorus, lunging towards the Boundary Pokemon with his claws wide open, roaring. "Haaaax!" With that roar, Kyurem tried to fire another Dragon Pulse to try and knock Haxorus down, but before he could do so, instead, Haxrous had landed his attack by swiped Kyurem's face at full force. Twice. One with his right claw and the other with his left.

Kyurem took super-effective damage once more as the force of Haxorus' swipes actually pushed him back, causing him to slide on the ground with a dent on his head as Haxorus landed.

"Xo!"

"Not bad." Seeing that Spike was no pushover, Kyurem decided to up the anty. And there was one way he could so. By transforming into one of his two different forms.

The Boundary Pokemon took the skies the splicers from his wings with their tendril-like appearance had shown themselves. They then connected with each over before engulfing the Dragon-Ice-Type in a raging flame. Spike and Haxorus looked up as a transformation was undergoing.

Kyurem was growing in size with this transform and even changing his body stance to a more upright position. And one the flame faded out, with a powerful shockwave that was equal to that of a tornado, out came one of the many forms of Kyurem.

White Kyurem.

"W-White Kyurem..." Spike gawked as he knew exactly what he was getting himself into. Things are only going to get messier from here on.

"Come."

As the journey continues.

Chapter 436 End.
