Unova. Undella Town. Trixie's Great and Powerful School. Afternoon.
"Well, well. How can the Great and Powerful Trixie be of service to you all?" Trixie spoke whilst sitting in her chair. Currently, Ash and the others paid her a visit over one important thing.
Jirachi. Their quest for Jirachi was ramping up as they felt as if they were getting closer to the Wish Pokemon. Hopefully, they were. Twilight pouted her lips, knowing that this conversation with Trixie could go either way now that she was in the same room as her.
"Hello, Trixie..." Twilight sighed.
"Hi, Trixie!" Starlight had a different expression as she waved her hoof.
"Yeah, Trixie. You see, we've got something big in mind. And we need the help of you and your Zoroark." said Ash.
"And what would that be? State your request and I'll see if I have the time to do so."
"You see, we want to find Jirachi as soon as we can." Fluttershy flew forward. "And we know of one possible way we can do so. Jirachi could respond to one of its own kind. Another Jirachi. Some Pokemon respond well to the same species after all. Especially Legendary and Mythical Pokemon. Mostly Mythicals which are shy."
"Jirachi? Hm. Feels like I've heard that name before. Nopony would keep quiet about it. What's that all about?" Trixie drank some grape juice while relaxing on her chair. "And why should I help actually?"
"Because if you don't then the chances of us remembering the Pokemon and keeping the worlds' connected drops drastically." Starlight nudged Trixie. "Jirachi's the only Pokemon that can fix this."
"Hm. Good point." Trixie nodded, agreeing to their request. "Besides, this is where Trixie gets to shine. I'll be directly responsible for saving two worlds from memory erasure? How neat is that?!"
Trixie loves to stroke her own ego with any opportunity she can find. But she has toned it down over the months. Trixie used her magic to send out not one but 5 Poke Balls. Out of those Poke Balls came Zoroak and her 4 Zorua. She had been busy catching more than one Zorua ever since. And obviously, she had her trusty Mismagius with her, who was once a Misdreavus.
"Mismagius."
"Who's that Pokemon?" Rainbow Dash took out her Pokedex.
"Mismagius. The Magical Pokemon. Its cries sound like incantations. Those hearing it are tormented by headaches and hallucinations. While they usually torment targets, some chants bring happiness. Mismagius have been known to cast spells to make people fall in love, so some people search for this Pokémon as if their life depended on it."
"So. What's the plan?" Trixie asked. "And where do we go?"
"We have two options. here in The Pokemon World or our world," said Rarity. "Well, actually, multiple. Jirachi could be anywhere in any region or land."
"Ah, don't worry." Trixie got off her seat with Zoroark carrying her. "I know how we can properly drag ut this Jirachi. We'll visit both worlds, but with a mega-sized approach."
"Mega-sized approach?" Pinkie and Rainbow Dash repeated.
"Just watch." A confident Trixie grinned as she generally had something in mind.
Unova. Pledge Grove. North of Floccessy Town. Afternoon.
Pledge Grove. The small forest-like location was one of these choices. Trixie chose it herself as part of her plan. And her plan would go something like this.
"Zoroark is a Master of Illusions. She won't just be able to mimic the appearance of a Jirachi, but also even the scenery too. The plan is simple. If we want this Jirachi Pokemon to come out, Zoroak will have to be larger than life. Literally." Trixie explained.
"Larger than life?" Ash pondered before getting it. "Oh! I get what you mean! Big enough to be seen everywhere, right?"
"Right. Everyone in the Pokemon World will see one big Jirachi. And if that doesn't work, there's always Equestria. My Zorua are already planning to do the same thing. One Zorua isn't enough. But multiple sure are enough to match Zoroark's illusion capabilities."
"Jirachi can be found in space too, right?" Twilight spoke as she was currently holding her Energy Tracker. It would help to find traces of Psychic-Type energy in case Jirachi does show up. "So, will it be big enough to go past the earth?"
"We'll just have to see." Trixie shrugged. "Show them how amazing you can be Zoroak." She then poked her head through the nearby gateway to Equestria. "You too, Zorua."
"Zorua!" Over at the nearby gateway, the Zorua were being watched by Applejack, Rarity, Goh, Spike and Pinkie Pie while Ash, Twilight, Starlight, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash were over at Zoroark's side.
"Is this really gonna work? That easily?" Rainbow Dash asked Twilight.
"Think of this as a test." She answered. "This one might not work but we still have other plans to try and find Jirachi. Hopefully, they're effective. Right, Trixie?"
"Of course it'll be effective. My Pokemon are always effective." Trixie adjusted her hat. "Now! Begin!"
"Zoro...!" Zoroark and the rest of the Zorua were in perfect sync. By using their illusionary abilities, the two Dark-Types started transforming into one Pokemon.
Jirachi.
One Zorua became Jirachi while the rest would use their illusions to gigantify their fellow Tricky Fox Pokemon. Zoroark could do both by herself without issue. At the same time, the two Jirachi had started growing to planetary sizes, expanding past the natural landscapes.
Ash and the others backed up to see Zoroak grow. Soon, as they grew, everyone else nearby would notice. The Pokemon living in the grove and Equestria noticed this expansion as they had already moved past the clouds at this rate.
Nearby towns and villages gazed upon this growth. They all stopped what they were doing to look at this. How could they not look? Soon, cities would see this as well. Anville Town, Mistralton City, Manehattan, Vertress City, Themcolt, Appleloosa, the Changeling Hive and more.
Even Pegalysium saw this due to the massive height of this illusion.
"What the..." Garnet, Kaleidoscope and the other residents gazed at the sight of this sudden expansion. Every city and town in Pegalysium bared witness to it as well.
And over at Canterlot, Celestia knew what was happening. She gave an approving nod after seeing the Jirachi. Just like how they wanted, Pokemon were watching as the size matched and transcended the planet. The head of Jirachi was now poking out of the earth.
Everyone was watching, including Legendary and Mythical Pokemon that would be close. Rayquaza, who is mostly seen in space and way above the skies saw this. So did Deoxys and any Pokemon that happened to be roaming around the cosmos.
Over at Kyurem's Castle, Kyurem had seen this along with the Cryogonal. Plus, the Swords of Justice who were protecting their original world at the moment caught wind of this.
"Is that Jirachi?!" Keldeo gasped. "And when did it get so big?!"
"No. That is the same plan that Princess Twilight and the others gave out," said Cobalion. "Hopefully, the real Jirachi sees it."
Every region in the Pokemon World bared witness the suddenly giant Wish Pokemon just floating there. Delia came out of her home to see this along with Mimey. Professor Oak and everyone in Pallet Town did the same. Some weren't sure what was going on, however.
Yes, everyone did notice it. Especially two individuals who were in separate locations of both worlds. Both essentially the same Pokemon with similar origins but have never met each other.
Mewtwo.
They took notice of Jirachi, also knowing how it had the power to keep both worlds connected. Acting quickly, both Mewtwo had immediately gone after the gigantic Jirachi just to speak with it. They flew through the air simultaneously without even knowing, heading straight for the illusion that they couldn't see through, unfortunately.
But it wasn't just them. Team Plasma spotted this.
Colress never stopped his little spycam actions even after a majority of them had been obliterated. He had made sure to hide them in less predictable areas this time. Albeit a low number as compared to the previous abundance of spycams. And through those spycams, Colress had noticed Jirachi. Super-sized.
"This is interesting," Colress said. "The Pokemon that is the answer to all of their problems is right there. Larger than usual seemingly."
Colress took this chance. If there was ever a time to snag what was essentially the most important Pokemon in this entire cross-world event, now was the time. However, this time, Colress would make sure he and Team Plasma came with the right essentials. After all, they had previously tried chasing down Suicune and Zerarora. Suicune was a failure with Ash and the others interfering and Zeraora has yet to be found.
When aiming for Legendary and Mythical Pokemon, powerful equipment is needed. And after Team Plasma failed to capture Suicune along with the previous failures thanks to Ash and his friends meddling in their affairs, Colress had upgraded and learned from those failures.
Team Plasma would be making their way to the set location as soon as they could.
As for Ash and the others, Twilight's Energy Tracker was picking up not one, but two Psychic signatures. Little did she know, these were just Mewtwo. Both of them.
"Oh! I've got two Psychic ones!" Twilight gasped "I-I'm not sure which one's Jirachi though. Is it here or in Equestria?"
"Hmph. That only means one thing." Trixie crossed her hooves while standing in a bipedal position, smirking and laughing confidently. "The Great and Powerful Trixie and her Pokemon had managed to draw out two different Jirachi! Isn't that a milestone?"
"So do we get six wishes then if there's two?" Fluttershy asked, referring to the three pieces of paper that can always be found on Jirachi's head.
"It'd be pretty neat if we did." Rainbow Dash nodded, thinking of all the possibilities that she could have come true with Jirachi's wishing powers. Twilight and the others thought the same. They had their own ideas in mind, but it was mostly the wish of keeping both worlds connected that remained constant with them.
The Zorua were keeping the illusion up for as long as they could while one of them stayed there as a Jirachi, looking around. To many, it looked like Jirachi was lost with all of its head movements. Much like how a child was lost, looking for its mother. Or in this case, another Jirachi.
Pinkie Pie and the others looked around, waiting for Jirachi to potentially appear. Either from space or via sudden teleportation. Eventually, after 2 minutes, something was approaching.
But not what they were expecting.
Far off in the distance on both sides of the world, they could see two humanoid figures approaching. Audino's ears could hear the high-speed movements of something flying through the air. She immediately realized what this was.
"Audino!"
"Mewtwo?!" Fluttershy translated as everyone looked ahead. By squinting their eyes, they indeed saw the Genetic Pokemon Mewtwo approaching. Just like how they first met it. This Mewtwo was the one discovered 25 years.
"It is Mewtwo?!" Ash gasped as the Psychic-Type was approaching this location.
"What's a Mewtwo?" But Trixie had no clue who Mewtwo was.
"So if this one is Mewtwo..." Twilight said to herself, looking at the tracker. "Then Jirachi must be in Equestria! Right?"
"Pikachu!" Pikachu cried out to Mewtwo after seeing his arrival. Mewtwo himself had seen the group, recognizing the familiar faces there. Minus Trixie. The Genetic Pokemon came to a screeching halt after breaking the sound barrier.
"Ash. All of you." Mewtwo spoke before looking up at the giant Jirachi. "Did you do it? Did you make the wish?"
"Hey, Mewtwo Sorry but it's not what it looks like," Ash replied. "That's not really Jirachi."
"No?"
"What kind of Pokemon is that...?" Trixie gawked at Mewtwo. His general appearance was slightly intimidating. Whether it's his steely stare or surprising height. Zoroark then removed the illusion, reverting to his original form afterwards. He revealed himself to Mewtwo.
"Zoroark."
"So, it was just an illusion by Zoroark."
"But this means that right past that gateway might be Jirachi," Twilight said, holding the energy tracker out to Mewtwo. "There's still a chance."
"Wait. You know about our wish?" Fluttershy asked.
"I know about Jirachi. And especially how it is the only Pokemon capable of keeping both worlds together. It was only logical that you would all pursue it."
"Yeah. If we can just ask Jirachi for that one wish, then this will all be over. Bummer we couldn't find it today. And sorry for dragging you out here, Mewtwo." Ash apologized.
"Pikachu."
"Do not apologize. You're just trying to keep your friends and precious memories in whatever way you can." Mewtwo smiled, causing everyone to heave sighs of relief. "Now. About the other world? Jirachi is there too?"
"There's a second Psychic signature. So it has to be Jirachi. Only one way to find out!" Twilight immediately ran through the gateway with Espeon by her side. Ash and the others did the same, hoping to find Jirachi there.
Mewtwo essentially had the same idea as them. It was against the Rift but could see new bonds that Pokemon made with the residents of the other world, even if he was judgemental. Mewtwo was all for making the Pokemon happy. And seeing them more than upset and instead, losing their precious memories was something he couldn't allow. Thus, Mewtwo also moved through the gateway.
However, as soon as they got there, they saw Pinkie Pie and the others with open jaws. They were shocked as their eyes had witnessed something else. Soon Ash and the others saw it too.
The other Mewtwo.
"Hm?" She looked over at the gateway and the individuals that passed through. And just like that, both Mewtwo had seen each other. Both were made by scientists inside of labs. The only difference was that one of them was capable of Mega Evolving.
The two Mewtwo looked at each other with open mouths and shocked expressions. In all their years of roaming around, helping other Pokemon and witnessing various events, this was one scenario that they would least expect. Seeing another of their kind that was not a Mew.
"Who are you?" They both said before pointing at each other.
"Wait...Mewtwo?" Ash said before recognizing the other voice. He remembered the Mewtwo he met over 8 years ago during the Genesect debacle. "Oh! You're that Mewtwo!"
"Pika!"
"Oooh. This is interesting." Pinkie Pie grinned, moving head from both Mewtwo as Mew flew around his clones.
"Mew-Mew!"
"So it's not Jirachi. Darn." Twilight sighed as disappointment hit her heart. This was the fourth time she had misled herself to believe that Jirachi was close. "Why do I keep falling for this?" She wasn't even shocked by the presence of two Mewtwo.
"I thought I was the only one. How is this possible?"
"Wait. You spoke of this before." She turned to Pinkie Pie and the others, recalling their first meeting at the fields of Equestria. "Of how there was another one of me out there. And here I thought that was a myth."
"How great is this?!" Pinkie Pie got in the middle of the two Genetic Pokemon. "I told you we'd meet up again uh...First Mewtwo. Now we've got two of you meeting for the first time? Isn't this sweet? Mew thinks so too!"
"Mew! Mew-Mew!" Mew flew in front of the first Mewtwo, waving. This was not the same Mew Mewtwo met 25 years ago. But another one. However, he was still related either way. Mew also just enjoyed being around Mewtwo, as if they were bonded by their similar genes.
The two Mewtwo looked at each other for a moment. This was a lot to process despite it being easy to understand. Ironic considering their intelligence. They never thought they would meet another like them, apart from Mew. They gave each other stares as the atmosphere was silent for a bit. That is until something happened. They both held their hands out to greet each other.
"Well. This is a surprise. But a welcome one." He said while shaking her hand. It felt odd making contact with someone who was essentially the same entity as him.
"Right. I feel a bit at ease for seeing another one of me. Uh, minus you Mew."
"Mew."
"Were you dragged out here by an illusion as well?"
"I was. To find Jirachi. Seems we were both aiming to give out the same wish, weren't we? Your illusion trick worked well, all of you. Sorry to disappoint that we aren't the Psychic-Type you're looking for."
"Ah, pssh! Don't worry about it." Pinkie Pie flailed her hoof as Trixie pouted. Her illusion was effective and it did bring out Legendary Pokemon. Just not the one she was hoping for. Soon, she and Twilight felt the same way.
"Phooey." Twilight and Trixie said.
"If there's two of them now, what do we call them?" Starlight asked. "Saying Mewtwo and Mewtwo is just a bit repetitive, don't you think?"
"There's no plural for Mewtwo is there?" Rarity pondered. "Mewtwos? M-Mewlings? A flock of Mewtwo?" She had a hard time coming up or thinking of something that would work for these two. Unlike most Pokemon, Mewtwo is rare as two Legendary Pokemon of the same species are rarely if ever seen in the same location as each other. "What was that nickname you gave the second Mewtwo, Pinkie Pie?"
"Oh yeah. I called her Mewie last time. But how about..." Pinkie dug deep through the library of nicknames in her mind. Then, she had something in mind. Since the Second Mewtwo was a bit younger than the First Mewtwo in terms of their creation, there was only one logical nickname. "I got it! Newtwo!"
"Newtwo?" They all repeated, facing Pinkie.
"Please do not call me that." Newtwo wasn't fond of that name. But at least it was less embarrassing than Mewie which had a cutesy feel to it. "At least it's better than Mewie I suppose."
"Nice to meet you. Newtwo." Just then, Mewtwo started playing along to this name as a smile met with his face. Despite his seemingly cold heart, Mewtwo had a joking side to him. After all, he was a clone of Mew, so the playful side was lurking in there somewhere.
Newtwo lowered her eyes after hearing Mewtwo call her that. Unfortunately for her, she would now be known as Newtwo for a long time. Possibly forever.
They then sat down on some rocks, deciding to spend some time around each other. Why wouldn't they? If there was another of them right in front of their eyes, they would most certainly take the time to be around them. Twilight placed the Energy Tracker in her bag, declaring this plan as a failure.
"That's the first plan to bring Jirachi out of the picture. Maybe Celestia's way of fine-tuning it can work...I don't know." Twilight sighed.
"Don't worry, Twilight." Ash went up to her. "We can always try again but even better next time."
"Pikachu."
"So. You were made by Team Plasma?"
"Commissioned to be made. They had secret scientists somewhere in Unova just to work on me. However, they aimed to make me greater than the first Mewtwo made in New Island from Team Rocket. That would be you. For me to better, they gave me the power of Mega Evolution. Team Plasma had discovered my Mega Evolution by using small stones that had their energy within them. After making that discovery, they used it on me. The Mega Stone inside of me is essentially a part of me."
"I see. Seems that both Team Rocket and Team Plasma are to somewhat thank for our creation. I am a bit jealous that I am exempt from Mega Evolution. What do you do exactly? I made a duty for myself to take care of Pokemon."
"I roam by myself. I have nothing to take care of. I occasionally spend time with some Pokemon when flying by but...that's about it. Why don't you roam around freely? You and I were cut from the same cloth with an identical purpose. So you should be free to be wherever."
"We are identical yes." Mewtwo nodded with a smile. "But I suppose we don't share the same goals. I seek freedom, yes. But, I also wish to protect the Pokemon. Give them a safe haven and keep them from harm. Exploring the world detract me from that. The only time I truly move around is when searching for new lands to keep them safe or search for food."
"I've never seen Mewtwo smile so much. Have you, Ash?" Twilight asked.
"Yeah, I've seen them smile but not all the time. Being around each other since they're the same brings it out of them, huh?"
"Pika-Pika." Pikachu agreed as the Mewtwo kept conversing.
However, as the Mewtwo started speaking with each other, far off in the distance, something was approaching. Something unpleasant in response to the giant Jirachi which was now gone.
Team Plasma.
The Plasma Frigate was moving through the skies with 50 Team Plasma airships beside it. Since these were Legendary Pokemon, holding back was not an option. Colress was manning the Frigate as it was the main one.
Within the Plasma Frigate and airships, the many Team Plasma members were ready to nab themselves a Jirachi. Especially Colress. All for Ghetsis. Colress noticed the sudden disappearance of Jirachi as he had his computer zoom in to see if Jirachi was still around. He believed that Jirachi may have just returned to its normal size.
But as his computer zoomed in, he found something that wasn't as great as Jirachi, but still wonderful either way. Something that he could take the chance of.
The two Mewtwo.
The one made by Team Rocket and the one made by Team Plasma. Sitting in one location. And of course, Ash and the others were there with them.
"Oh. This is interesting." Colress smirked. "Well, it's a good thing we have strong firepower for not one but two Mewtwo. And especially the one we made."
Colress then decided to contact Ghetsis before making a move. The reason for this was because this supposed firepower for the two Mewtwo needed clarity and confirmation from Ghetsis. Meaning that it was truly something powerful.
"Colress. What is it?" Ghetsis' face appeared on the screen. He was still in the human world parallel to Equestria.
"Lord Ghetsis. Excuse me for interrupting your training but...may I be allowed to use Shadow Mewtwo?"
"Shadow Mewtwo?" Ghetsis narrowed his eyes. "I gave you the right to take charge of Team Plasma yes. But why would you need the assistance Shadow Mewtwo exactly?"
"Because we have found the original Mewtwo. Two of them. The one that we made and the one from Team Rocket. Such powerful Pokemon would require even greater power to stop them, wouldn't it?"
"Hmph. That cursed Mewtwo. I was meant to control it and its Mega Evolution." Ghetsis scoffed. "Shadow Mewtwo is a better substitute anyway. But...having three Mewtwo wouldn't hurt. How is the control of Shadow Mewtwo?"
"It has great resistance Lord Ghetsis. It took us months to even try and mind control it for you. The mind control is incomplete but one more week and it should be fully converted. It's tolerant at best now."
"Use it. If it's that close to being under my control, then use it to crush the other Mewtwo. I will allow this if it means they can both be under my control."
"Yes, Lord Ghetsis. Oh, one more thing. Ash Ketchum and his friends are in the same area as them? What about that?"
"Because of course they are." Ghetsis groaned. "Do whatever you must to obtain them, even if those meddling brats are in the way. Besides...there is no way they can stop Shadow Mewtwo with what we have done to it." With that Ghetsis had left the computer screen, leaving Colress to handle everything.
Colress would gladly take the opportunity to deal with Ash and company while also obtaining both Mewtwo. He looked behind him as Shadow Mewtwo could be seen resting in one of the tubes with its eyes half-open.
"Well, Mewtwo. It's your lucky day to finally prove yourself as a Team Plasma Pokemon." Colress said to Shadow Mewtwo before turning around. "But first. How about we catch them off guard?"
He had then gone over to the table that had multiple Ultra Balls around. Within them was a Legendary and Mythical Pokemon for each situation. Colress picked two of them before facing the tubes. Some of these tubes were connected to the ship's computer for one reason. He then released the two Pokemon inside as they entered the tubes.
Articuno and Regice. Each from a different universe. Somewhere out there, a world was missing their Articuno and Regice to maintain the balance. But of course, Team Plasma did not care as the tubes stated gathering the energy of both Articuno and Regice.
The Plasma Frigate had unleashed its newest addition. A weapon. One that was made to cause mass destruction. This weapon had no physical source like a cannon or anything like that. Instead, it was the blue tip at the front of the ship. Colress then activated the ship's weapon, ready to catch the group off guard.
At the tip of the ship, a red sphere of Infinity Energy could be seen forming. It had ice surrounding it. Colress then caused the tip to adjust as it faced downwards. Audino started picking up on something. She could hear the sound of something charging up.
"Audino?"
After facing the ground, he unleashed the weapon. Out of it, a gigantic red beam with ice came flying out. The beam moved at light speed, hitting the ground. But instead of causing an explosion, this was where the ice came into play. This weapon, at least this part of it, was meant to do one thing.
Cause a flash freeze.
In just a few seconds, the landscape was being turned to ice rapidly. From the hills, grass, trees and even the water. Nothing was safe as the ice was rapidly moving.
Soon, everyone else noticed this with Audino standing up, pointing ahead. "Dino! Audino!"
"What the?!" Ash gasped. "What's going on?!"
"Pika?!"
"That's way too much ice!" Rainbow Dash pulled back as the ice was covering the entire landscape instead of parts of it. Colress chuckled, knowing how powerful this weapon was.
"How's that?!" He laughed. "With the power of Articuno and Regice, this whole land will become nothing but a frozen landscape in seconds! Let's see you try and counter that."
"Everyone! Get behind me!" Mewtwo flew in front of everyone, believing he could stop this mass array of ice before it gets out of hand.
He had put his hands out, using Psychic to try and hold back or destroy the ice. And with his amazing strength, he could. However, this ice had the power of two Legendary Pokemon behind it. Even Mewtwo would find difficulty in hold it back. And he did.
He managed to hold the ice in place with Psychic, stopping it before it could spread. After stopping it, the Genetic Pokemon removed the hold as he had successfully halted the flash freeze. But he was surprised that it took some struggling. Mewtwo had the power to cause tsunamis, hurricanes and end the world at any time. He believed that a mere flash freeze was child's play.
Colress saw how Mewtwo had slightly struggled with holding it back. That was a good sign to him. After seeing that, he unleashed the weapon once more with another flash freeze emerging. And this time, he made sure that the overwhelming pressure would be greater for Mewtwo to handle.
And the airships were involved too. They had weapons but on a smaller scale compared to the Plasma Frigate. Immediately, all 50 of them were loaded under Colress' order. Eventually, the ships were coming into view as Ash and the others had seen them arrive.
"Team Plasma!" Ash bellowed.
"Pika-Ka!"
"What's ith all of those ships?!" Rainbow Dash was shocked by the outstanding number of aerial ships in the sky. A total of 51. And once they had been seen, the ships started firing at the group.
The main usage of ammunition for Team Plasma was also based on Infinity Energy. Colress was certainly busy. Pokemon that they had captured were being used to power these weapons with all the Infinity Energy they needed.
"!" Mewtwo then put up a large barrier around him and everyone else for protection. And in the nick of time too. Right as he had made this barrier, the beams of Infinity Energy started pelting it with a vicious onslaught.
Mewtwo was certainly strong enough to hold them back, even if some of those were from Dark-Types. Mewtwo also managed to reflect some of them.
Mewtwo managed to blow away all of the incoming rays as they even struck the ships that had fired them too. The ships had been damaged by their own attacks as Mewtwo lowered the barrier. The onslaught had ended for now.

"They must've come here in response to the fake Jirachi," said Newtwo. "Seems everyone fell for it."
"Impressive right?" Trixie chuckled, feeling proud of herself before realizing that she was a part of a Team Plasma attack. Her first one too. Not something she would be proud to remember.
"Even if they won't find Jirachi, they'll definitely come after you two." Fluttershy looked at the two Mewtwo. The two Mewtwo nodded in agreement, knowing that they were massive targets out in the open. "You should go and-"
"No. We'll stay." Mewtwo and Newtwo chose to stay behind. After all, they had no reason to run considering how powerful they were. They never retreat anyway. "All we have to do is take out all 51 of those ships. And saving the Pokemon inside, of course."
"Sounds like it will be our first time battling together. I feel somewhat honoured to get to work alongside my other-self. Even if I am a clone of a clone." Newtwo smiled as Mewtwo smiled back. "How does fighting side by side with another Mewtwo sound?"
"Hm. I could do that." Mewtwo nodded as they both faced the ships. They would obviously appreciate the help of Ash and the others. But they didn't need to ask them since they knew how they were already. They would help either way. With that, the two Mewtwo took off from the ground like rockets, flying straight towards the ships.
"Huh?! Wait! They're coming straight for us?!" Colress pulled back. "He was hoping that he would come to them. He adjusted his glasses before facing Shadow Mewtwo. It was time for him to use Shadow Mewtwo for this very moment.
The two Mewtwo had simultaneously covered their bodies in Psychic energy before charging through four ships as their first attack. Their incredible speed and the coating around them allowed the duo to easily break through the airships. Massive holes had been made. Unfortunately, they could not use their full strength as to not harm the Pokemon inside of them. Thus, they had to hold back for their sake.
"Oohoo!" Ash and the others gawked at the two Mewtwo flying around. "Awesome!"
"Pikachu!"
The ships tried shooting both Mewtwo down with beams, only for the duo to effortlessly evade them. But there was an abundance of them, meaning that they could not dodge forever.
"The one at the centre seems to be the most important," Newtwo observed. "How about we deal with the biggest threat here?"
"Right." Mewtwo agreed as they both went straight for the Plasma Frigate. This time, they would land on the ship to also save the Pokemon in them. Charging through wasn't an option this time.
As they landed on the ship, looking stylish while doing so, Colress was already there, prepared for them. He stood at the deck of the ship with his hands behind his back. Once the Mewtwo landed, their pressure caused Colress' coat to blow in the wind.
He did not look bothered when coming face to face with two extremely powerful Pokemon. Not at all. That was because he had another powerful Pokemon by his side. One that was perhaps greater than the duo.
"Mewtwo. Both of you. Nice to meet you." Colress greeted. "Oh, that rhymed."
"I remember you. Colress." Newtwo narrowed her eyes before standing upright. "I've heard talks about you during my time in the lab You were the one to grant me Mega Evolution, weren't you?"
"Oh, right on that. This is our first time properly meeting, Mewtwo. And um...Mewtwo." He bowed. "How good is this luck since both of you are present here?"
"There is no luck for someone like you. Especially since you came here hoping for a wish from Jirachi."
"Hmph. It is a shame that there wasn't a Jirachi. Just some Zoroark and Zorua. But that's fine. Eventually, we will find Jirachi. It can't evade us forever. But, we have greater substitutes for Jirachi's absence." Colress cleaned his glasses. "One day, we aim to gather the Infinite power from Victini for ourselves. Or even the power to live forever from either Ho-oh or Xerneas."
"Is that all you aim for Legendary Pokemon that will give you seemingly endless power?"
"Why else? Legendary Pokemon and to an extent Mythical Pokemon are the greatest source of power anyone could wish for. The ability to have endless energy and always win, immortality, control of time and space itself and nature overall. How can someone resist? And to think...we can have all of that with just the usage of these tiny objects." He then held out a Poke Ball.
Indeed. So much power from the Pokemon can be contained in something made to befriend and calm down Pokemon in the first place. Mewtwo took offence to that as he had crushed the Poke Ball with his Psychic crush.
"Hmph. Bitter. But that's fine. Eventually, or very soon, you two will have someone to look up to. As your superior."
"We'll never look up to you ever."
"Oh no. Not me." Colress shooks his head before stepping aside, revealing an entity hiding with the shadows and emerging on the upper deck. "Him."

Naturally, the two Mewtwo were thrown off guard. Now they had met yet another one of their kind in the same day. But this one was different from them. Especially with the Synergy Stone engraved in his skin. They stood there in awe and amazement with another Mewtwo here. But this one wasn't here to chat.
