//------------------------------// // Aura Pulse // Story: My Little Pokémon // by Amarvax //------------------------------// Pyrestar's world. Smoke swept the castle as the destruction of the royal building was on the verge of collapse. Most of Ghetsis' Pokemon had been defeated and one of Ash's Pokemon had also fainted as well. All that was left was Hydreigon who can be considered a mutation since he has been given access to moves that a Hydreigon could really never use. As for Ash and Ghetsis himself, the two of them didn't seem like they were going to quit anytime soon. Neither one of them was falling until one of them loses. Ash had one goal. To put an end to this whole Team Plasma operation and free Pyrestar's world while Ghetsis just wanted Ash gone for good. The ponies that lived near this version of Canterlot started running for the hills after seeing the whole castle fall apart. Ash looked outside, seeing all the ponies panic and gallop around. "Not good...Guys! Focus on getting everyone else out of here!" Ash ordered the rest of his Pokemon. While they wanted to defeat Ghetsis for good, the lives of others were still important. "Dra!" Dragonite nodded as she was ready to fly out and help the ponies get to safety. Dragonite was already doing what she can to make sure no one innocent would get hurt while also trying to do as much heavy damage to Hydreigon as she can. Unfortunately, that was fairly difficult considering the destructive force of the Dragon-Type but she was going to try her best anyway. "Hydrei!" But bursting through the walls was Hydreigon who wasn't about to let Dragonite out of his sight. The Brutal Pokemon shattered the wall he came through as he used Crunch with all three of his heads, biting into the Dragon Pokemon's neck and arms. "D-Dragonite!" Dragonite cried out as Hydreigon flew forward while still biting into her, breaking through the walls once more. But this time, they flew out of the castle instead of heading to the next room. Shards of glass fell out as Dragonite was at the forefront of it. Speaking of falling out of the castle, the same thing happened to Ash. Ghetsis wasn't just attacking Ash, he was also attacking his Pokemon by himself. By moving his hands frantically, Ghetsis summoned clusters of sharp crystals to try and hit Ash and his partners. "Pika!" Pikachu, Lucario and Farfetch'd each negated this by using Iron Tail, Force Palm and Brutal Swing, breaking the crystals and preventing them from touching their trainer. However, there were so many of them that it was hard to stop them all. Ash himself was running back and jumping to avoid the crystals. He also made sure to keep the Staff of Sir Aaron safe even though it was seemingly indestructible. However, Ghetsis had found the perfect spot to really threaten and possibly put an end to Ash. Ghetsis then switched from the crystals before using that black bolt that he could conjure up. This time bigger. Ghetsis aimed his only hand, seemingly going for Lucario as the Aura Pokemon was ready to counteract whatever Ghetsis would do. But, when Ghetsis fired it, it at first looked like Lucario would be his target as the bolt moved in a straight line. Lucario was about to use Aura Sphere to try and block it. However, with a different movement of his hand, Ghetsis had juked Lucario out, causing the bolt to fly over him, Pikachu and Farfetch'd each. "Lu?!" "Pika?!" "Far?!" "Gotcha!" Ghetsis exclaimed as the bolt went for Ash instead. Ash quickly noticed the rapid moving bolt of dark magic coming his way as he tried to use the staff to block it. He placed the staff up, utilizing his Aura to try and counter Ghetsis' dark magic. Aura coated the staff and Ash's body as the bolt connected with the staff. Ash managed to hold the attack back with his Aura, but to his surprise, the bolt then blew up, causing a black explosion to happen right in front of him. Thankfully, the Aura protected him but the explosion affected the wall and floor next to Ash. And that's what Ghetsis was hoping for. Even if Ash blocked the bolt and the Aura protected him from the explosion, he was still knocked back either way. That knockback was enough to send Ash flying out of the castle just like Dragonite. "W-Woah!" Ash gasped after realizing his current position. "Pikapi!" Pikachu cried out Ash's name as Ghetsis summoned more crystals to try and pierce Ash's Pokemon. Lucario shoved Pikachu and Farfetch'd out of the way, deciding to take the brunt of the crystals himself. Thanks to Lucario being a Fighting and Steel-Type, this didn't affect him too much. But Ash was another story. "Dragonite!" Ash called for Dragonite as he was falling from above. "D-Dra!" Dragonite quickly realized her trainer was in danger and she couldn't ignore this. But right now she was occupied. The sharpness of Hydreigon's teeth was not pleasant for anyone as the Brutal Pokemon was then planning on using Toxic to poison Dragonite. Not wanting to go down for Ash's sake, the Dragon Pokemon used Hurricane by spinning aggressively flapping her wings. By flapping her wings, Dragonite created a fierce gust of wind that had wrapped around Hydreigon. This one action of using Hurricane had managed to force the Dark-Dragon-Type off of Dragonite. However, visible and deep bite marks remained either way. Hydreigon's teeth can certainly pierce through flesh with barely any struggle behind it. But in retaliation, Hydreigon used Dragon Pulse, shooting out of his three mouths, the triple dragon-shaped blast struck Dragonite's stomach respectively, propelling the caring and lovable Dragon Pokemon further to the ground. She even passed Ash by the speed she was sent down at. Dragonite crashed to the ground, causing smoke to form while also creating a large crater from her impact. Nearby ponies tripped from Dragonite causing a tremor just from her falling. The Dragon Pokemon made a quick recovery as she saw her trainer falling as well with no one to catch her. Dragonite quickly flew off the ground as she held her arms out. Just in the nick of time too. Dragonite swooped in and caught Ash successfully, even after being bitten into and sent to the ground at such a strong impact. "Thanks, Dragonite!" "Gonite!" Dragonite nodded as she safely placed Ash down. She then looked up at Hydreigon who was approaching her with Dragon Rush, not stopping for a moment to try and take down his fellow Dragon-Type. "Hydreigon's stronger than before. You'll just have to get stronger! Use Dragon Dance!" "Go!" Dragonite roared as she ascended into the sky, avoiding Hydreigon's Dragon Rush in the process when ascending. The Dragon Pokemon then started spinning around with an orange aura spiralling out of her, increasing her attack and speed. "Drei!" Hydreigon quickly turned around, going for another Dragon Rush as he also attempted to attack Ash as well. The Brutal Pokemon soared towards Ash first, raising both of his headmouths. "Oh!" Ash gasped as quickly jumped out of the way, causing Hydreigon to miss Dragon Rush yet again. But even if he missed, Dragonite was still his main target. "Now, Dragonite! Dragon Claw!" "Gonite!" Dragonite's boosted attack meant that she would hit harder than before. She watched Hydreigon close in with a dark blue aura coating his entire body while also having the shape of a dragon's mouth in front. Dragonite hovered there, forming green draconic claws as it would seem that she would take the hit head-on. Except she didn't. When Hydreigon eventually got into proximity of Dragonite, the Dragon Pokemon swayed her body to the side at the right time before slashing both of her claws onto the side of Hydreigon, performing a trick attack "Dreigon!" Hydreigon certainly felt that one as he was knocked out of Dragon Rush from Dragon Claw. Afterwards, Dragonite made sure to get Hydreigon as far away from here as possible. She directed Dragon Claw, sending Hydreigon flying towards the far distance, away from the castle. Hydreigon, after receiving a heavy Dragon Claw was launched like a slingshot through the air, even gaining an aura of wind from how fast he was moving. Hydreigon then crashed at a nearby hill, leaving a hole in it as the last thing seen was the dust emerging from Hydreigon's impact on the hill. After getting Hydreigon away, Dragonite switched to focus on protecting the innocents who were in danger of being harmed. Ash was already doing so pushing large amounts of rubble off some ponies who had been caught up in this. "Sorry!" Ash said while helping the ponies up. "Are you okay?" "Mhm..." A nervous and frightened pony said as Dragonite removed the heavier rubble. Both Ash and Dragonite were only focusing on saving the population of unicorns. Through the windows, Pikachu, Lucario and Farfetch'd had jumped out, avoiding Ghetsis' bombardment of crystals. Pikachu, Lucario and Farfetch'd successfully landed down safely afterwards. "Tch." Ghetsis looked down, irritated that one again, Ash and his Pokemon are still here and kicking. The concept of giving up and going down does not exist with him and his team. And Ghetsis himself saw that he was expending his dark magic more than usual. He was still getting used to it. If this keeps up, he could run out of magic power in at least 10 minutes or less. That's when Ghetsis suddenly waked back, entering the shadows once more. As for Ash, he and his Pokemon switched their attention to the unicorns here, rescuing them from falling debris, rubble, trapped corners and more. Lucario and Farfetch'd both used Force Palm and Fury Cutter to rescue the ponies while Pikachu used both Iron Tail and Electroweb. Iron Tail to break objects and Electroweb to contain them. With their hard work and coordination and the battle with Ghetsis being put on pause, Ash and his Pokemon had saved each of the unicorns residing here. And in little time as well. The unicorns had already noticed Ash before and they especially saw him and his Pokemon going up against Ghetsis' own Pokemon through the windows. To them, this was a rare sight and a blessing considering that Ghetsis had been ruling over them. Then again, from how their world was, they felt like they had nothing much to lose. They barely even miss Queen Pyrestar at all. "You...You're going up against Ghetsis?" A unicorn said. "Yeah. Wouldn't be the first time." Ash responded. "You all should get out of here as soon as you can. I'm planning on stopping Ghetsis and Team Plasma here. And I'll bring Pyrestar back here." "Does it matter? Equestria's doomed either way with how things are." A hopeless unicorn sighed. "Not for long. "Your world's starting to grow back. You can thank Applejack and everyone for that." Ash then sparked up hope in them. "R-Really?" A young unicorn stuttered. "Yeah." Ash nodded as he gave out a hopeful smile. "Since they're from another world, it's only natural, right? So hang in there, alright?" Hydreigon was starting to get back up as he roared in the distance, giving a foreboding aura out that Ash and Dragonite could feel. Ash heard the roar, knowing he had to move fast before everyone gets hurt. And with Hydreigon's ruthless battling style, speed was more important than ever. Ash looked up at Ghetsis as Hydreigon flew out of the hill, hovering high above the skies as the remaining unicorns were fleeing for other parts of this dying Equestria. "Hydreigon!" Hydreigon cried out from atop the castle as everyone, including the ponies, had looked up at him. Hydreigon had then gone for Draco Meteor of all moves, shooting a black sphere into the sky. That black sphere then burst out with draconic energy, splitting the clouds apart in a circular radius. Afterwards, once that burst was said and done, a multitude of giant draconic meteors the size of buildings started plunging from the skies above, blocking out the sun with how many of them there were. Knowing and spotting the number of large meteors falling, Ash knew that there was no way he was going to stop all of them, not even his Pokemon. So there was only one thing left to do. He gripped onto the staff as he was about to see just how far his Aura could go. "Everyone duck!" Ash turned the unicorns, warning them to duck for cover as he put both his hands onto the staff. Pikachu, Lucario and Farfetch'd ran towards Ash while Dragonite descended, making sure she wouldn't be caught by the meteors. Ash concentrated all of his Aura as attempted to protect everyone with it. Ash already knew that his Aura could expand to the point where groups can be caught up in it. Now it was time to do the same here. But this time, he was protecting everyone rather than freeing them from mind control and such. Ash's Aura reacted to the staff, causing it to amplify. It had also reacted to Lucario's Aura as well, affecting the Aura Pokemon. A gigantic field of Aura emerged from the staff as a large dome-shaped Aura covered everypony here. No one was left out. The meteors then landed as they immediately littered the landscape, forming black and purple outbursts of explosive draconic infinity energy that spread out like wildfire, continuously combusting every second. Buildings were being obliterated or toppled by these meteors blowing up everywhere. Ghetsis looked down as the entire ground before him was being altered from Hydreigon's Draco Meteor. Craters were forming, and a fairly sizable one emerged below, right next to Ash and the unicorns. The crater kept growing in size each time Draco Meteor crashed down with the rest of the explosions beating on the barrier that Ash had made. Ash was managing to hold it all together, keeping the dome-shaped barrier active while everypony either closed their eyes and ears, trying to ignore the explosion. Some ponies latched onto Ash's leg as they were clinging on for dear life. Ghetsis, seeing that Ash's Aura was fully protecting him from Draco Meteor, growled in frustration. Yet again, Ash was able to find a way through everything like he always does. Annoyed by this and frankly, having enough of Ash, Ghetsis raised his arm, using all of his Dark Aura and Magic to try and eliminate Ash for good. He didn't want to waste it all, but Ash is just the kind of person to push anyone to their absolute limits. "Persistent runt! Perish already!" Ghetsis roared with all of his rage as he unleashed all that he had, sending a corrupted stream of shadows from his arm. Some of it was Dark Magic but most of it was filled with Dark Aura as it flew next to some of the meteors, howling through the sky. And this is where that same reaction happened. Whenever Ash's Aura connects with Ghetsis' Dark Aura with a bit of Rift energy from Ghetsis when there are huge amounts of it. Once the stream of shadows hit the dome, that's when both forms of Aura started reacting to each other immediately while the meteors kept falling. Reacting to the dome, a fissure occurred as both Ash and Ghetsis sensed that familiar feeling that they both experienced back at Saddle Arabia last year. "This again...?" They both said. And before they knew it, just like before, a potent pulse of high friction had occurred, blowing them both back. The pulse had shattered Ash's dome while simultaneously blowing him, his Pokemon and the ponies back. It had also blown Ghetsis and Hydreigon back along with the castle. With their Aura greater than ever after improving over the many months, just like what happened in Saddle Arabia, their Aura Pulse affected this world. Starting from Equestria and spreading rapidly as It blew away the meteors of Draco Meteor as well, shattering them until they were nothing but the size of pebbles. The pulses of Aura had scattered across the land, connecting with everything as all the unicorns living in this world felt a shiver through their bodies that made them feel uneasy. Just like Saddle Arabia. The skies were covered by the pulse of Aura it was going to eclipse the entire planet. Everything was essentially a repeat of what happened before in Saddle Arabia. And similar to the Saddle Arabia incident, Ash and Ghetsis' Aura left this world, heading to the next. The other Equestria which was currently being invaded had been met with Ash's Aura. At the same time, a multitude of gateways started showing up, filling the sky. This all felt so familiar to Ash and Ghetsis as they were now putting the pieces together, figuring out that this was the most likely reaction to happen if they ever clash their Auras together with Rift energy involved. Equestria. Trottingham. Day. The ships in the sky had been hit by Ash and Ghetsis's Aura as their systems had been overridden immediately. Without even having water or electricity touch it. Everything on the Empress' side shuddered or collapsed from the pulse and the same went for Celestia's side. Everyone stopped what they were doing as they all felt a sudden shiver go through them. The feeling was hard to explain. On one hand, it was like something warm and hopeful went through them. Something that could given them peace and happiness for years to come. But the other feeling was identical to one of something horrifying and full of despair. Something that could bring about their inevitable end and eternal suffering. Cities, towns, villages, various landscapes where ponies, dragons, griffons and other species live were all caught up in this Aura Pulse with no one being exempt from it. Not even Zekrom who was soaring through the skies, continuing his rampage. However, when Ash and Ghetsis' Aura connected with him, two things happened. Ash's Aura was able to break through some of the Mega Evolution energy that was causing Zekrom to rampage, breaking down while Ghetsis' Aura was a substitute for that. Zekrom's purple eyes were gaining a less vibrant colour because of this. However, he was still on a rampage and had barely any control of himself. But because of the Aura Pulse, the influence and control that Empress Twilight had put on Zekrom had been weakened. Deep within, Zekrom knew that something was off. Yet he kept flying, still having the uncontrollable urge to destroy everything in sight. Not even the shelters underground could evade this. The earth rumbled, causing mini-earthquakes that thankfully didn't harm anyone. But everypony immediately shuddered from this. In fact, this was a familiar feeling. Since Ash and Ghetsis' Aura had already eclipsed the planet before, they all recognized this as they were still wondering what was the cause of that strange pulse. The whole invasion went on pause because of this as the pulse kept going, showing no signs of stopping. But then again, this had already happened before so it was nothing new or groundbreaking. Except for the fact that it went a step further. Due to the staff reacting to Ash's Aura and Ghetsis obtained Dark Magic, the reaction only increased further. Like before, the Pokemon World had been affected, however, the people and Pokemon living in the Pokemon World didn't feel it as much. Mostly likely because the Pokemon World is already used to Aura ever since the beginning of time. But the same couldn't be said for the world where the ponies, dragons yaks and other species reside in. Aura was still new to them so it only made sense for their bodies to shudder to it. Back at Pyrestar's world, everyone had fainted from feeling this mighty Aura Pulse as they dropped to the floor. And like before, Hydreigon and Dragonite had fainted with the addition of Farfetch'd. Pikachu had previously fainted after feeling this pulse back in Saddle Arabia, but this time, he resisted it. And Lucario managed to resist it as well thanks to his own Aura possession. But that wasn't the important part. The important part in truth was how a giant gateway connecting back to the invading world had formed. And instead of just hovering there like the rest of them, this gateway had pulled only Ash and Ghetsis in like a black hole. It reacted solely to their Auras so only they were caught by it. This was new and had never happened before, even during the Saddle Arabia battle. And that gateway led to Equestria once more. The invading Equestria, of course. In fact, most of these gateways connected to that world specifically. "Pikapi!" Seeing this, Lucario and Pikachu quickly held onto Ash, trying to keep him on the ground. But the gravitational pull was far too strong. Ash tried to counteract this by using the Aura from the staff to do so as an azure light flashed from it. It somewhat worked as the pull had been decreased but it was still pulling both Ash and Ghetsis in regardless. In a hurry, Ash took out two Poke Balls, returning Dragonite and Farfetch'd into them for safety as he was getting closer to the gateway. "Lord Ghetsis!" Colress ran to Ghetsis, holding a Travel Sphere in his hand. "We should retreat to the other world! Some of the Legendary and Mythical Pokemon have managed to escape but I've already placed the Pokemon in their Poke Balls by now! Hurry before it pulls you in!" "Not until I eliminate Ash Ketchum!" Ghetsis was determined to end Ash for good as he was willing to keep attacking even if his body was being pulled in. However, Ghetsis himself felt like he needed to stop this gateway at once. He had the power to control the Rift as well so he could most definitely close one. But this was a behemoth-sized one so some effort is needed. By putting his hand out, Ghetsis used the reserves of Rift energy within his body, interacting with the giant gateway while being pulled towards it. Ash made a second attempt to try and stop the pull from this gateway again as he used the Aura from his staff once more, adding more of his Aura into it. At this rate, Delayed Aura Ataxia could pop up again. But this time, it wouldn't just be Ash receiving the effect. By giving it everything they had and screaming at the top of their lungs, both Ash and Ghetsis' unleashed Aura and Rift energy respectively, forming another pulse. But this pulse imploded on itself and closed in this time instead of spreading out. The gateway had also been struck by this imploding pulse. The force of this uneven friction had actually condensed the gateway itself. But afterwards, not even a second later, the gateway suddenly flashed, creating a paroxysm and outbreak of cosmic energy in the form of a bright light. Ash and Ghetsis then stared into the light as everything around them had been consumed. And that was the last thing they saw until the entire world was eclipsed. Equestria. Afternoon. Afterwards, the pulse came to an end as everything settled down. Both sides had suffered serious damage from Ash and Ghetsis' collision but the invasion carried on. But elsewhere, Twilight and her friends were starting to wake up. They themselves felt the pulse from the otherworld even in their current state. An unconscious state that is. "Ugh..." Twilight groaned with both her eyes opening. She noticed the blades of grass blowing in the wind at the first sight her eyes experienced. Twilight then sat up frantically, gasping as she just remembered about Zekrom. "Zekrom!" When gasping, she quickly assessed the area around her. Lo and behold, right now, she was at the Frenzy Forest. But the only ponies here were Fluttershy, Spike, the older Spike, Rarity and Applejack. Rainbow Dash, Starlight, Goh and Trixie were nowhere to be found. However, that's where the huge surprise came in. Speaking of Discord, when Fluttershy and the others awoke after witnessing Zekrom's Hyper Beam, they noticed someone else lying on the ground. Someone who wasn't stone anymore. Discord. "Discord!" Fluttershy gasped before flying over to the Spirit of Chaos' fainted body. He had been freed from the stone but had fainted either way. "Are you alright?! Discord!" Fluttershy put her hooves over Discord. "That's weird...He's free?" Spike held his head after sitting up. "But you didn't use the Elements yet. Did you?" "We didn't." Twilight shook her head. "We were heading for the Everfree Forest and then...Zekrom showed up, then it chased us down and..." "Wait. Where is everypony else?" Rarity noticed the lack of the rest of her friends. They were nowhere to be found. "Did we split up again?" "Chikorita wasn't with us this time." Applejack replied. "What happened now?" "No clue." Twilight sighed. "The last thing I remember was Zekrom using Hyper Beam, Audino Mega Evolved and used Protect to try and shield us. And then, a huge pink glow covered us and the rest is just foggy." "Great. We're back to square one now. This whole invasion's still going on and there's a rampaging Zekrom's on the loose." Applejack sighed. "Sceptile, you doing okay?" "Tile?" Sceptile nodded as he had helped Pheromosa up. After being hit by Zekrom's lightning, Pheromosa's legs had taken the most damage as she twitched. "Mosa." "We can't stop now!" Twilight stood up tall. "We can still put an end to this invasion. The Empress has already lost most of the magic she's stolen so there's still a chance! There's just the issue of Zekrom and everything." "But what made Discord faint?" Spike pointed over at Discord. "He never fainted before when he was released from the stone." "It could've been that odd pulse. I felt some sort of Aura Pulse go off. That must've woken us all up." Twilight theorized. "Aura's one of the few things capable of interacting with Chaos Magic, so it wouldn't come as a surprise if that's what knocked Discord out." "Do you think Ash did it?" Rarity asked. "Now that I think about it, where is he?" "Delphox!" Just then, coming through the bushes of the Frenzy Forest, a familiar sound met their ears. Well, familiar to Twilight, Applejack, Espeon, Sceptile and an extent Togekiss. Twilight and the others rotated around to find that Delphox had arrived. More specifically, the Delphox of the hut just up the hill. She had shown up after feeling the Aura Pulse and witnessing Twilight and the others unconscious on the ground from atop the hill. "Oh! Delphox!" Twilight exclaimed. "Toge?" Togekiss looked at Delphox as she felt familiar to her. Togekiss was an egg whilst residing in Delphox's hut a while back, so she's never seen her face before. But she has heard her voice before. "Phox? Delpox?" Delphox asked if they were okay as Fluttershy had translated Delphox's words for everyone. "We're fine. But our friend Discord, not so much." Fluttershy translated while looking over at Discord. "Phox." The Fox Pokemon went over to Discord, seeing how he had fainted. Delphox placed her hands onto the Spirit of Chaos to try and read him. With just one touch, similar to how that other Mewtwo did, Delphox could tell the condition of Discord. "Del-Del," She told Fluttershy and the rest to bring him into her hut for resting. She would take things from there. "Thank you so much, Delphox!" Fluttershy had a smile beaming on her face as the Fox Pokemon had picked Discord up, placing him on her back. Delphox then turned her attention to Togekiss who was giving her a dazed-out stare. Delphox herself knew that Togekiss had no recollection of ever meeting her before. Only hearing her voice while she was still an egg. Delphox then gave Togekiss a quick nod before walking away with Discord. "Now what? Do we still try and stop Zekrom or find everypony else?" Applejack asked "I think finding them before Zekrom harms them is the best option." Twilight nodded as she took out her Xtransceiver. "But where could Zekrom be?" "Maybe all those black clouds in the distance can give a pretty good hint." Spike pointed out the array of clouds that had covered the sun, all due to Zekrom's presence. The sunny azure skies had been masked by Zekrom's thunderous deep black clouds, bringing forth a vicious thunderstorm that would go on until this invasion was over and the Empress had declared victory. Twilight and the others held their breath in as they knew there was a good chance they would bump into Zekrom once more. To make sure her friends were safe, Twilight used the Xtransceiver to contact Starlight first. Out on a mountainside in Equestria. Within the rubble, there laid Starlight Glimmer herself. Her Xtransceiver was ringing as Twilight was trying to reach her. But she couldn't answer at the moment. Neither could Pinkie Pie, Goh, Trixie or Rainbow Dash at all. Unlike Twilight and the others, they were still unconscious as they laid either on the rubble or under the rubble. Unresponsive. Especially Rainbow Dash, who had been hit by one of Zekrom's bolts. They laid unconscious there for a while until someone eventually found them. That someone was an individual who wasn't a part of the invasion at all. The species they were was a changeling. But not just any changeling. Before Chrysalis and the rest of the reformed changelings, there was one who had a kinder spirit than them all. Thorax, of course. Alongside his Zorua. He had found Starlight and everyone laying unconscious on the ground, in pretty bad shape too. Seeing this, Thorax had the immediate instinct to help them all, especially since each of them were friends of Ash. The changeling and the Zorua heard the distinct roar of thunder in the distance. Most likely Zekrom. This isn't the first time Thorax has heard Zekrom's cry even. And it won't be the last. Acting quick, Thorax had to find a way to carry everyone and place them somewhere safe. "Zorua. Transform into..." Thorax began thinking as he looked at Goh. Goh was definitely the tallest here. "Him." "Zoru." The Tricky Fox Pokemon nodded as he jumped into the air, rolling around before turning himself into Goh. With this new appearance, Zorua could pick Starlight and the others off the ground with ease and hold them each. The perks of being a the height of a human. Thorax also turned himself into Goh since that just made things easier too. Plus, someone else needed to carry the actual Goh himself. Thorax picked up Goh, carrying him with his shoulder while Zorua picked up Starlight, Trixie and Rainbow Dash each. Afterwards, they heard some explosions go off in the distance. Most definitely from Zekrom. Hearing that, the two of them got a move on, heading for a place to put Starlight and the others for safety and recovery. The Changeling Hive. Speaking of recovery, Celestia and Passion still laid there with the cocoon, Fairy-Type Pokemon and Chrysalis trying to heal them to full strength. The healing was working but it would still take time considering how badly they were damaged by Zekrom's Hyper Beam. Plus, the crash landing just added to the damage. "Oh..." Chrysalis held her horn as she lowered her magic. "That is all I can give out right now." "Hm?" Adagio turned to Chrysalis. "My magic is still limited. But, at least all of this healing is working." "Good." "Adagio. Shouldn't you be out there helping stop the invasion? Your sisters are in danger, aren't they?" "My sisters are safe in Undella Town right now. They're fine." Adagio crossed her hooves while placing the Magic Siphoning Jar down. "Besides, I've played my part anyway. I just agreed and chose to take the magic from Empress Twilight and succeeded. What else can I do?" "There's Zekrom." That's when Chrysalis reminded Adagio of the looming threat that was the Deep Black Pokemon Zekrom. Zekrom was still out there. "If Zekrom continues to rampage, then all of Equestria will be demolished. And then the world too. And who knows what will happen next?" "It could go for the Pokemon World too..." Adagio then realized that there's a good chance Zekrom will destroy her and her sisters too. And even if her sisters remain in the Pokemon World, Adagio knows that the Empress will target that world as well. "You've got a point. But what can I do against Zekrom?" "I don't know. But everyone out there is doing their best to protect this world. So will I. This is entire world is our home after all. Having it be destroyed or conquered by another world as cruel as the Empress' is just something that we can't allow to happen at all." "Yeah." Adagio nodded in response as she looked at Celestia and Passion. She then turned to face the jar of magic next, thinking about something That's when a changeling ran inside of the hive, ready to give out more information to the Queen. "Your majesty!" "Hm? What happened now?! Did someone else crash here?!" "No! It's the rest of our hive! I've just returned from the Gigalith Gorges! From where Zekrom is moving, it might appear here soon!" "What?!" Chrysalis gasped. "W-We're not 100% sure but all of its frantic movements are still aligned. We barely escaped from Zekrom back at the gorge. It could destroy the nearest land first and then soon, this hive or even to the far south!" "The far south?!" Adagio's ears shot up after hearing that. "Ponyville's at the far south!" And over at Ponyville, the home that her sisters had made which they loved very dearly would be destroyed by Zekrom. Adagio couldn't allow her sisters to lose another home. Not like before. "About Ponyville. It seems to be heading there next. We've figured out that Zekrom's movements are mostly in a zigzag position. Like an actual lightning bolt. First, it might go for Ponyville and any other location near it and then it will come for our hive if it followers that pattern." "Anything in that direction will be obliterated..." Chrysalis spoke under her breath. "And you say you're not 100% sure?" "S-Some of us tried to distract Zekrom so that it doesn't approach here. But we don't know if it will head here or not." The changeling shook her head. "We need to do something immediately." Chrysalis bit her hoof. She knew that if Zekrom were to show up here, there's a guarantee that their new hive would be wiped off the face of the map. "We'll try another method to distract Zekrom. Whatever we can do." "I've got a better idea." Adagio suddenly stepped up to the plate, having her own way of solving this problem as Chrysalis, Arcanine, the changelings and the Fairy-Type Pokemon all looked at her. The pony-siren hybrid stood before Princess Celestia, looking down at her whited-out eyes. And within her hooves was the jar itself. She had one idea that she believed could greatly benefit everyone. Hopefully. And as she raised the jar, she uttered these words. "I'm going to give her some of this alicorn magic." Ponyville. Afternoon. And just as the changeling theorized, Zekrom was indeed heading towards Ponyville. A bad omen filled the sky as Jade Skies, who was also in the shelter, shuddered at this ominous feeling. But, up ahead, Saddle Lake, Lapras Lake, Bidoof Beach, WhiteTail Wood and so many other locations that are near Ponyvile were within Zekrom's sights. All of these locations were just small steps for Zekrom until he would reach Ponyville itself. He didn't need to do much to them. Just fly over and use the powerful wind pressure to destroy these locations. In fact, the thunderstorms he generated rained down and caused destruction too. However, noticeably, Zekrom's aggression had been lowered a bit. This was because of the Aura Pulse. While Ash's Aura calmed Zekrom down, Ghetsis' filled Zekrom with more hatred than before. However, the two Auras had balanced things out, removing some of the rampaging instinctive energy that was plaguing Zekrom's body. The Deep Black Pokemon was fighting for control within his mind. But the voice of Empress Twilight and darkness of Ghetsis were telling him to go on. So, unfortunately, Zekrom was still in a rampaging state, albeit one where he was trying to fight it. Eventually, the Deep Black Pokemon arrived at Ponyville, ready to tear it down. Zekrom had flown over the land, right near Twilight's castle, causing more turbulent wind pressures. The Dragon-Electric-Type looked down at the town, deciding to use Hyper Beam to make this quick and efficient. Zekrom opened his mouth, charging up the beam of Hyper-Energy s the residents of Ponyville could hear the buildup of something. But more importantly, Jade's Rift energy, while faint and hard to see, had kicked in. She had sensed Zekrom's arrival and the seemingly imminent destruction of Ponyville. And for the first time, Jade's deadpan and monotone voice had reached a level that could be considered full of emotion as she stood up. "Everypony, duck!" With one final charge, Zekrom had built enough energy to destroy Ponyville. It looked like this would be the end of the humble and peaceful town. Until... From within the grey clouds themselves, blue eyes flashed within them along with a blazing flame that was able to match the loud sounds of the thunderstorm. And through the clouds, the equal to Zekrom had flown out at high speeds, becoming a vast white blur and bashing Zekrom on the side before he could finish his attack. Zekrom had been bashed in the side, interrupting Hyper Beam and cancelling the Normal-Type move out. Zekrom cried out as he had finally taken some heavy damage, causing him to be launched back. But it only made sense as one of the few Pokemon who could do this to him was none other than his opposite and equal at the same time. Reshiram. Reshiram was here to stop Zekrom. The Vast White Pokemon knew that Zekrom wasn't in his right mind. The purple glowing eyes were a dead giveaway that something was wrong. Jade and a few ponies took a peek outside to see what was going on. Originally, she thought that the town would be blown up by an attack. But instead, it had been stopped. When looking outside, they had witnessed the sight of two giant dragons floating in the air. One of vast white and one of deep black. And Team Rocket noticed this as well as they were also peeking through. "Isn't that..." Jessie gasped while her eyes expanded. "Reshiram!" James exclaimed. "And Zekrom!" Meowth followed as everypony else decided to take a look at this. Soon, they all witnessed the two dragons up in the sky, staring each other down as they stayed silent. "Zekrom. You may not be my world's Zekrom..." Reshiram spoke while Zekrom roared at the Vast White Pokemon with rage and familiarity. "But even I know you would never do this. I shall bring you back to your senses. Immediately." As the journey continues. Chapter 459 End.
