Visting Ponies

Today's the day. The humans had once visited the pony world. It's time for a switch. The day the ponies finally get to experience the Pokemon World at its fullest. Instead of just randomly finding themselves in the Pokemon world via gateway placements, they are now going to experience, sightsee and do whatever they can for as long as they want.

"Today's the day, Spike!" Twilight exclaimed, slamming her hooves on the table. "We're finally ready to really get a good feel of the Pokemon world. No more going back and forth constantly, this is the real deal!"

"Real deal is right." Spike nodded. "But...where do we go first?"

"Thought you might say that. That's why I have these!" Twilight showed off some maps to other regions. "I was only able to get a few maps but the ones I got are great choices. We can either go to Sinnoh, Hoenn good old fun Unova or even Ash's home in Kanto. So many choices and cities to see!"

"Why don't we just go to wherever?" Spike suggested.

"That won't do. I want to really get a good feel of one region before I head to the next. It's gonna be a blast! Right, you two?" She turned to her Pokemon.

"Espeon!"

"Minccino!"

"I know everypony in Ponyville, Canterlot and all over Equestria are excited for this. No doubt about it. We're going to have so much fun!" Twilight was clearly ecstatic. But who wasn't? They were about to visit the world where their Pokemon originate from to the fullest.

"Vulpix..." The Vulpix in the lab was worried that she was going to be left behind whilst everyone is gone. The Fox Pokemon sat down, lowering her head.

"Don't worry Vulpix. You won't be alone." Twilight walked up to her.

"Vul?"

"Do you want to come along with us? Or you can go over to the PokePark." Twilight suggested, giving her two options.

"Vul. Vulpix!" Vulpix immediately chose the first one. She had gained a liking to Twilight so that was her obvious choice that she couldn't refuse. The Fox Pokemon hopped off the ground, jumping on Twilight's head. "Vulpix!"

"Then it's settled. Let's get going!" Twilight had everything set to go. All the essentials needed in her saddlebag. The same for everypony else.

"We're going to visit the Pokemon World to the fullest!" The CMC bellowed, pumped up for this.

"Alright, you three. Save your energy for when we get there. Actually...where are we starting?" Rarity wondered.

"That Sinnoh place sounds super fun! Let's go there first!" exclaimed Sweetie Belle.

"Nuh-uh! Hoenn sounds the best. Let's go to Hoenn!" shouted Apple Bloom.

"I have a better idea. Why don't we just explore Unova again but all of it this time!" suggested Scootaloo.

"We'll just have to see where we head off too, first." Applejack walked up to them. "Besides. Most of everypony is going, so it's gonna be all over the place."

"One thing's for sure. There won't be a single dull moment there," said Rarity. She was the most excited to go to the world for the contests. Sweetie Belle was a newcomer coordinator so she wanted to support her sister and make sure she wins this. "I know every moment will be an adrenaline rush for me."

"What are we waiting for! Let's get a move on already! Maud's already got a head start and we can't miss it!" Pinkie was raring to go.

"Not yet. Not everypony's here, Pinkie. Twilight and the others are still getting ready." Just as AJ said that they had arrived. Twilight, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy were all here. "Now they're all here."

"Is everypony ready? We could be at the Pokemon World for weeks if we get too into it. Which we might." Twilight asked.

"Ready!" They all replied.

"Then let's get a move on! Which region do you think we should all go to first?" Twilight pulled out the map as they all began making their way to the Pokemon World. "The closest one is Pallet Town since it connects to Ponyville. That'll take us straight to the start of Kanto according to this map anyways." Twilight was looking at the map of Kanto.

"Well, I was thinking we start wherever. We wall want to see certain parts of the Pokemon world individually, don't we?" Fluttershy replied.

"Good point. Think we should split up in groups?" Twilight responded.

"If we do, us two will stay with these three so that nothing goes wrong." Applejack was referring to her, the CMC and Rarity. "Just in case."

"Jade and I will go together! We might meet Maud along the way," said Pinkie.

"Then it's Spike, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy for me." Twilight chose her group.

"We'll start at Sinnoh." Rarity's group had made a decision on which region to start with.

"Hoenn for us!" Pinkie's group was going for Hoenn.

"Then for us, it's going to be Unova. We'll meet each other back here. Or we might just end up bumping into each other. These gateways can be unpredictable sometimes."

"What are we waiting for? Let's go!" Pinkie already got a head start with jade who let out a small 'woohoo. Soon, everypony in Ponyville and all of Equestria had gone off to different regions across the world. And each of them will have their own experience.

First, was Sinnoh.

The first region to ever exist and the home of some of the most powerful Pokemon ever. But they weren't here to know about that. They were here to have fun. Their first location in Sinnoh was Lilypad Town. The town of balmy breezes. Here, a Pokemon contest could be held. Just what Rarity needed to get her younger sister ready. And there was the contest hall.

"Here we are. Our first location. And what a great first choice we made."Rarity commented, getting a good look at Lilypad Town. Multiple ponies were here, some even familiar faces.

"Let's get to my contest already! This is gonna be my first one too!" Sweetie Belle was getting all giddy.

"I'll pass on contests. I've got something else in mind." Scootaloo smirked. She's here for one reason. And that answer might be hinted by the heaps of Pokeballs in her saddlebag. "You three have your fun. I'll have mine." Scootaloo scooted on over to partake in her own way of fun.

"Don't worry. She won't get far. Now, hurry. Those contest halls may not be open forever." Rarity made sure to get them to the Lilypad Contest halls as quickly as they could. People were already lining up to see the next contests. The line was long as it seemed to be a big contest today. Maybe between two popular coordinators who are about to go at it. But, despite all of this. Despite everypony being excited to finally get a good grasp of the Pokemon world, there's always one thing that lurks in the shadows, ready to topple it all. That shadow was in the form of Adagio.

Adagio had figured that it was time to really bring everything down for Twilight. And this time, she thought that instead of going for Twilight only over and over again, why not start with some of her friends and build up from there. Her first target was Rarity's group. And she had everything she needed to crush their fun. Her magic was perfect for creating negativity and with a crowd of people and ponies this huge, it's a goldmine for her.

The group had entered the Lilypad contest hall. Sweetie Belle was instructed to head to the waiting room to prepare herself. After that, she'll have to enter the performance stage. Luckily, since the Pokemon Contests keep records of every coordinator, old or new, they can tell what level each of them are on. So Sweetie Belle at the moment is at the lowest level, Normal Rank and she'll have to start up from there if she wishes to become a top coordinator.

"You've already decided on your Pokemon, haven't you Sweetie Belle?" Rarity asked her sister who was in the changing room.

"Uh-huh! I'm going for Espurr! I figured that the Beautiful category of moves is for me! Plus, Psychic-Types are just better at being flashy!" She exited the room with her Espurr. She had on a dress specifically made by Rarity who was anticipating this day. "I'm ready! When can I go out to the performance stage?"

"Please wait for a while The current contest is still ongoing. It should be over in 7 minutes." The worker lady answered. Now, they just have to wait. Whilst they wait, Scootaloo was wandering Lilypad for one reason. To train her Pokemon. Her first Gym Battle is one she wants to exceed at the first go, so she needs to train up her Pokemon so that they're ready for this. And she figured she'd find some Pokemon to challenge or at least some trainers.

"Where to start...?" As Scootaloo was walking along, she was heading out further from Lilypad, eventually reaching the outskirts. But wild Pokemon are there so that's a good thing for her actually. She ended up bumping into something that she didn't see in front of her. "Ow!" Holding her head from the impact, she looked up to see what it was that she bumped in to. What it was looked like some sort of Colosseum. In fact, this was the Lilypad Colosseum. A place where successful trainers in the Sinnoh Region's ancient times worked with their Pokemon to strengthen body and spirit. Past Sinnoh Champions have even come here to battle before. And Scootaloo has come across it due to her wandering. "Oooh...what is this?" Her curiosity got the better of her like it usually does. This place was enough to make her interested in entering. And thankfully, Lilypad Colosseum is a harmless area that modern-day trainers use to have small battles. But not for long. Adagio was looming behind her, going for Scootaloo first. As Scootaloo entered the Colosseum, she could see tons of damage done to it. All that damage had been caused by the constant battling done inside. Despite tons of trainers using this area for a battle, it hasn't really been tended to in centuries. So as a result, there were scratch marks, burn marks, rubble, poison and everything else from other moves that have been used here. This place truly was ancient. Scootaloo's venture continued until she came across the real stunner of the Colosseum.

The monuments of Dialga and Palkia. The guardians of Time and Space. This was her first time ever seeing these two Pokemon and she didn't even know who they were. But the sight of them was enough to make her freeze. Legends of these monuments say that trainers' wishes come true if they touch the monuments and then train their Pokemon. But she didn't know that. She was too busy gazing at it.

"This place is pretty amazing. The girls are missing out on this!"

"They won't be missing out on anything for a long time." Adagio's voice replied to Scootaloo, making her jump. The young pegasus turned around to see Adagio just standing there with her intimidating aura as always. Scootaloo realized that she was in the same room with a dangerous individual.

"You?!" Scootaloo backed up further in the Colosseum.

"You're one of those friends of Twilight Sparkle." Adagio began making her way towards Scootaloo. "If I can make you someone you're not, I can make some wonderful progress." She gave off a devious grin that was making Scootaloo cower. But the young filly realized that she had nothing to fear. She had her Pokemon with her.

"Get back!" She took out her Pokeball. "I've got my Pokemon with me!"

"Hah? Do you think I'm scared of some little mutant monster? Oh no, my little pony. Not at all." Adagio chuckled.

"We'll see!" Scootaloo sent out her Ponyta to defend her. "

"Oh, please." Adagio knew how to deal with Pokemon now after her last few experiences with them. She now saw them as a minor inconvenience. And unexpected obstacle in the way that can easily be overcome. And to do this, she sang a single melody. And this melody was what she needed to turn things around. Ponyta was unfortunately affected by this melody. And this effect that lingered around it was enough to turn the usually kind and usually loyal Ponyta bitter and negative in a second. "There we go. Now try and stop me with your pet. If you can."

"I'll show you. Ponyta! Flame Charge!" Scootaloo sounded off the command...but nothing happened. Ponyta's obedience to its trainer had been cut off by Adagio. Instead, all it could do now was deny her commands and loaf around. "Ponyta? What are you doing?"

"Pony..." The Fire Horse Pokemon paid no attention to her at all as Adagio cackled, knowing what she's done.

"Worked like a charm! They were right on saying that a Pokemon's obedience is what matters the most."

"W-What did you do to my Ponyta?!"

"What did I do? I merely took away its obedience from you. Now you're no longer capable of training it." Adagio grinned. It seems that her usual magic had been amped up. Instead of just giving negative emotions to the Pokemon, she can now cut off a trainer and Pokemon's bond completely with just a simple melody. And she knew exactly how she obtained a power like that. "Now it's just some horse. Fitting actually."

"Y-You can't just do that! That's my Pokemon!"

"Too bad. So sad. Your turn." Adagio sang another melody, this time ready to turn Scootaloo bitter. The old fashioned way. However, her other Pokemon wouldn't let this stand at all. By their own will, Pachirisu and Horsea came out of their Pokeballs to defend their trainer. Pachirisu used Discharge whilst Horsea used Bubble Beam as both attacks pushed back the melody, preventing them from making contact with Scootaloo. "Oh. There's more. How about I cut off their ties with you as well!"

"I won't let you! Pachirisu! Quick Attack!"

"Pachi!" The EleSquirrel Pokemon interrupted Adagio by moving at lightning speeds, bashing its head on hers.

"Doh! You little-" Adagio held her head in pain.

"Horsea! Bubble Beam!"

The Dragon Pokemon sent an array of bubbles that pelted Adagio. They didn't hurt her, but boy, were they annoying with the constant popping and pelting. Adagio realized that this was just getting ridiculous. So as a response. She let out a melody that echoed throughout the Colosseum. This melody had green waves around it that hit both the Pokemon and Scootaloo. Now she had been hit with all that negativity.

"Finally. That's enough of that annoyance." Adagio brushed off the dirt and water that was on her. "Have fun with your little trip~!" Adagio taunted, knowing that she's started something that's going to cause a mass chain reaction.

This simple visit to the Pokemon world was being threatened. Adagio was carefully placing seeds of chaos that would spread slowly across the land. Each time she lets out a melody, she can influence anypony, human or Pokemon to either become bitter or even disobedient to their own trainers. And this doesn't spell good news for the rest of Twilight's friends. Who were completely unaware of what was looming over them.

Chapter 144 End!

Author's Note:

Still peaceful but Adagio's going to be a problem as always.
