My Little Pokémon

by Amarvax

We all live in a Pokemon World

The incredible World of Pokemon.

Spectacular to behold. Home of the most mysterious of all creatures. With numbers too abundant to count or even keep track of. Pokemon of all different kinds of species with their own uniqueness to them are very much present.

In the lush green forests. Up in the heavenly blue skies. In the crystal blue sea. Within the cosmos and space. Populating even the settlements and civilizations, there are bound to be Pokemon everywhere. Even in the other world separate from it which has now grown accustomed to these Strange and Wonderful Creatures.

The lives of people, ponies, dragons, changelings, yaks and griffons have been bound together since these worlds have met. And for people, it has been this way since the beginning of time, sharing their endless bonds throughout generations.

Whether they are rulers of Kings and Queens, Princes and Princesses, Aura Guardians, Pokemon Rangers and more, they all have their own bond with these colourful creatures. And of course, the most prominent ones are the Pokemon Trainers. And one of those Pokemon Trainers seeks to become the very best out of all them out there.

A young man by the name of Ash Ketchum, who hails from Pallet Town. He and his partner Pikachu work together to battle and catch Pokemon. Ash is continuing on his journey to becoming a Pokemon Master. And with the support of his friends from Equestria with Twilight Sparkle and her own friends, that journey continues.

For every new Pokemon they meet, a brand new and exciting adventure awaits them.

Deerling Forest. Day.

"Hah...So hungry..." Ash's head laid on the table. His stomach was growling as he and his friends were currently on a nice picnic day out in Deerling Forest. Nothing more. Pikachu and the other Pokemon were currently playing around in the forest along with the Deerling and Sawsbuck that populated it. "I can't move a muscle..."

"You already ate some of the food in the picnic basket. How are you still so hungry?" Twilight went up to Ash.

"Scratch that, Twilight. I'm starving here too." Pinkie Pie said patting her stomach. "Guess we should've made more when we came here, huh?"

"Yeah." Ash sighed. "I could really go for some Slowpoke tail right now..."

"Pika-Pikachu." Pikachu hopped on the table, patting his best friend on the head.

"Chikorita and Scorbunny getting all the food they need right now. Isn't that right, you two?" Fluttershy spoke to Chikorita and Scorbunny, who were both absorbing the summer sun.

"Scorbun!"

"Chiko!"

"Well, it is a lovely day outside. And to boot, the Pokemon can extend the duration of summer, correct?" said Rarity.

"Hope it ain't too long. The summer sun's pretty nice and all but...that heat can really get to someone." Applejack scrunched her face, using her hat as a shadow away from the sun.

"Looks like Misty's no longer the 2nd Gym Leader at Dodge Junction." Rainbow Dash said while sitting on a tree. "Bummer. She seemed pretty cool."

"Yeah, Misty's cool for sure..." Ash nodded while still craving for a bite. "How's Scootaloo's Gym Battle coming along?"

"That fourth gym badge is staring her in the face. She'll be fine." Starlight replied.

"Great..." Ash nodded with both his mouth and stomach grumbling. Just as he desired some more food, his Rotomphone started ringing suddenly. That meant only one thing.

A Pokemon World Championships battle was imminent.

"Huh?" Ash took out the Rotomphone, looking at the indication. Right nearby, another member of the Great Class was present. And just in time, that trainer had arrived in the form of an older lady.

"You there." The lady spoke to Ash, holding her own Rotomphone out. "Are you Ash from Pallet Town?"

"...Mmmm yeah?" Ash sat up as everyone faced the trainer and her arrival.

"Excellent. How does this look? A World Championships battle!" The lady held a Love Ball out.

"Oh yeah!" Ash immediately felt energized, casting away his hunger as he sat up with high energy. "If somebody wants to battle, why not? One step closer to Leon!"

"What happened to the guy who couldn't move a muscle?" Twilight asked.

"I can have a Pokemon battle before snacking down some more! Maybe two!" Ash spread his arms up, clenching his fist as his trademark grin met his face.

"Pika-Pika!"

"Is battling on an empty stomach the best option, darling?" Rarity questioned. But there was no pointing in asking that question since Ash will battle no matter the conditions.

The Rotomdrone came flying in, ready to declare this an official Pokemon World Coronation Series battle. It seems to be everywhere for some bizarre reason. But aside from that, after it arrived and declared this battle as official, it revealed that this would be a 3V3 Great Class Battle.

Ash sent out his first Pokemon in the form of Gengar. The lady then threw her Love Ball, sending out a Floatzel. Ash commanded Gengar to use Shadow Ball while Floatzel was told to use Aqua Jet. The Sea Weasel Pokemon immediately took off like a jet, surrounding itself in an aura of water.

Gengar summoned two blobs of shadows in its arms but was quickly struck by Aqua Jet. Floatzel struck Gengar in the stomach, knocking the Shadow Pokemon back. However, after being knocked back, Floatzel persisted by launching the two spheres anyway.

Floatzel received two Shadows Balls after using Aqua Jet. The Water-Type was consumed by their darkness while being blown back by the dark purple explosion. The lady then ordered Floatzel to use Hydro Pump. Floatzel recovered, shooting out a large stream of water from its mouth.

In response, Ash told Gengar to use Ice Punch on the Hydro Pump while moving. And Gengar did this by flying to the side to avoid it and holding its hand out while coating it in ice. Gengar's ice-coated hand had frozen the stream of water.

Hydro Pump had been frozen, allowing Gengar to strike while the iron was hot. Or cold in this instance. The Shadow Pokemon smashed the frozen Hydro Pump into pieces while also smashing the rest of Ice Punch onto Floatzel.

A double hit from Ice Punch. One to the face and one to the chest. Enough to knock the Sea Weasel Pokemon out, granting Gengar the victory.

Ash cheered as Gengar flew over to him, flying around the Alola Champion. Ash chuckled from Gengar's spin as they both gave a high-five. After losing Floatzel, the lady returned her partner before preparing to send out her next Pokemon.

Ash returned Gengar, already sending his second Pokemon out. It was Dragonite's turn. Lovable and huggable yet fierce and mighty at times. The lady then sent out a Purugly in response. The Tiger Cat Pokemon asserted her dominance by stomping her paw.

Purugly was an impressively fast Pokemon for its size and build as it had used Super Fang. The Tiger Cat Pokemon lunged in the air with her fangs out, ready to gnaw on the Dragon Pokemon. In response, Dragonite was told to use Dragon Dance via spinning.

By spinning her body around, Dragonite created a whirlwind. If she wanted to compete with Purugly's speed, she would have to build up some speed. Purugly bit onto Dragonite's tail, bypassing the whirlwind. Dragonite cried out as she tossed the Tiger Cat Pokemon off by swinging her tail.

Purugly then moved in with Play Rough, ready for some super-effective damage on the Dragon Pokemon. Dragonite had raised her attack and speed after using Dragon Dance. She matched Purugly's speed, soaring to the side. Purugly saw her own attack miss, but she didn't let up.

The Tiger Cat Pokemon continued using Play Rough, lunging herself at the Dragon Pokemon for a super-effective hit. Dragonite readied a Dragon Claw, swinging it towards the Normal-Type. Her claw met with her paw, causing a collision with mild shockwaves. Dragonite then let out a grin as she opened her mouth.

Purugly gasped as she saw Hyper Beam being summoned. Dragonite could definitely multitask. Purugly quickly separated herself from Dragonite to escape from Hyper Beam, but the Dragon Pokemon was ready for this.

She unleashed Hyper Beam on the ground, causing a massive dome-shaped blast to form. The explosion engulfed Purugly while startling everyone. And flying out of the explosion was a fainted Purugly. The winner of this was Dragonite.

Ash jumped for joy, celebrating another with Dragonite doing what she does best. Gifting Ash a hug. After winning, she immediately grabbed her trainer and Pikachu as well, granting them both warm hugs that they could melt in.

The lady was down to one Pokemon as she returned her Purugly. Her final Pokemon was revealed to be a Serperior. Ash then returned Dragonite, already knowing which Pokemon he'll use last.

Who else but Pikachu?

The Mouse Pokemon jumped off Ash's shoulder, ready to grab this victory for this trainer. Both Ash and Pikachu had that same confident look on their faces with high octane energy behind them.

Serperior was ordered to use Dragon Pulse. Out of the Regal Pokemons mouth came a devastating shockwave of draconic energy. Pikachu used Quick Attack to dash in. He then jumped over the Dragon-Type move, picking up more speed along the way.

Serperior closed his mouth, using Iron Tail next. Pikachu quickly swapped into Iron Tail, clashing his own tail with Serperior's. The two of them went back and forth with Iron Tail clashing them like swords. Serperior's movements were certainly quicker due to his body build. The Regal Pokemon twisted his body around an incoming Iron Tail, using his serpentine appearance to his advantage.

Serperior then struck Pikachu in the face with Iron Tail, launching the Electric-Type afar. Pikachu slid on the ground as Serperior wasn't done with him. The Regal Pokemon followed up with Frenzy Plant, summoning rapid and large plants from the ground. These vines then chased after Pikachu.

Pikachu then bolted forward, readying an extra-powerful thunderbolt. Pikachu avoided every approaching plant that erupted from the ground, even jumping and running on some of them for better momentum.

Hundreds of plants cluttered the area as Pikachu combined Iron Tail while charging Thunderbolt. He cut the vines in half before using Quick Attack as well. He was using three moves in one as he zoomed past the rest of the plants.

Once he was close enough, not only did he smash his head onto Serperior's head with Quick Attack, but he also unloaded Thunderbolt, releasing 100,000 volts of high octane electricity. The electricity poured on Serperior as it expanded, reaching a size so great that it could be seen from afar.

Not only that, but the bolts pierced through the clouds, reaching most of the skies themselves. Now everyone could definitely see it. From Canterlot, Ponyville and Pikachu Highlands. Speaking of Pikachu Highlands, the Pikachu living there were reaching for their fellow Mouse Pokemon.

Afterwards, an explosive burst of electricity occurred. And jumping out of it was Pikachu as he slid on the ground. But falling out of it was Serperior who had just fainted.

That was all three Pokemon and Ash was the victor.

"Serperior is unable to battle! Pikachu wins! Thus, the winner of this battle is Contestant Ash!" The Rotomdrome announced.

"U-Unbelievable..." The lady's jaw dropped after witnessing the whole thing play out. "Not a single one fainted."

"Alright! We won, buddy! Yeah haha!" Ash cheered along with his friends. They always loved to see an Ash victory, especially when it ends with some flair to it.

"Pika-Pikachu!"

"That's what we like to see Ash!" Rainbow Dash bellowed.

"Oh well. I picked the wrong opponent to go against anyway..." The lady sighed, going up to Serperior and thanking her partner for a job well done.

"Due to the outcome of this battle, the Pokemon World Championships leaderboard will be updated." said the Rotomdrone as it flew off, ready to continue its job elsewhere.

Afterwards, Ash and the lady gave each other a handshake before saying their goodbyes. And Ash was so satisfied after that battle that his hunger wasn't as severe anymore. But he still wanted something to bite on.

3 hours later.

Eventually, he did. Pinkie Pie managed to whip up something quickly for everyone. Ash got himself a celebratory meal in the process. A meal fit for a winner, plus Pikachu and the rest of Ash's Pokemon. Soon, this little picnic day would come to an end eventually. They were just here to hang out anyway.

And they succeeded. They had some fun, got to witness and experience some Pokemon battles and then some. Simple but effective.

"Ah...That's more like it." Ash felt satisfied as he laid on his back, patting his stomach along with his Pokemon.

"Pika-Pika..."

"Already past our recommended hours at this point. We can call this picnic day a success, can't we?" said Rarity.

"Oh yeah." Ash gave a thumbs up. "Same time next week, you guys?"

"You bet!" Pinkie rushed over to Ash. "And I'll make sure to stock up on some more food next time! Ooh! We should totally bring Maud and Jade along too! Maud loves picnics! Not sure about Jade though."

"You all can go ahead. I'll stick around here for a bit." Ash chose to stay here, taking in the summer sun. The brightness seemed to be better here too.

"Alright. We'll see you soon, Ash." Rainbow Dash jumped off the tree, looking over at Luxray who was sleeping near a rock and some deerling. "Come on, Luxray. Let's go."

"Lux."

Everyone started packing their things, already leaving to head back to Ponyville. Ash sat up, looking over the horizon of Deerling Forest, spotting the Pikachu Highlands. All of his friends took their leave, except for Twilight and Fluttershy, who turned around to gander at Ash.

After that battle and having a good snack, Ash was only staying here to not only take in the summer sun but to just feel the environment around him. He and Pikachu tend to do that a lot but there are times where they are really into it.

Twilight was willing to spend some time with Ash whenever she can get the chance. Her friends were already leaving and there would be no harm in hanging around with another friend. Or in this case, someone she sees more than just a friend.

Fluttershy just enjoys hanging around with her friends nonetheless. Plus, being at Deerling Forest is always a treat. It's such a simple forest yet there's something magical about it.

Must be the Deerling or Sawsbuck.

"So, Ash," Twilight spoke as she and Fluttershy trotted over. "What now? You're always looking forward to doing something new. Even after a Pokemon Battle and some food."

"Yeah. I always gotta be on the move. You know, if I wanna become a Pokemon Master. But, sometimes, just kicking back is nice too."

"Pika-Pikachu."

"Pokemon Maser. Wouldn't expect less." She nodded her head in approval. "But, when do you think you'll finally reach that goal? I mean, if it's a one of a kind goal, how long is gonna take?"

"How long? Not sure. But I know this. I wanna go on the greatest journey ever. No matter where it may be. Becoming a Pokemon Master is just a part of it. I don't know when I'm gonna reach that goal." Ash looked up at the blue skies and the Flying-Type Pokemon that governed it, flying by. "Every day and all the time, I'll train to be the best. Maybe I can't guarantee it. But I'll live it honestly and true. You know what I mean?"

"I know what you mean. That's why we're here to help you there. E-Even if it takes a while." Fluttershy nodded.

"And it's awesome to have you guys here with me. Boy, dads gonna love all of this when he and grandpa get back. Plus I gotta win the bet too!" Ash sat up.

"What bet?" Twilight asked.

"Dad and I made a bet. Which one of us could have the best journey out there. We made it when he left to go on a journey with grandpa. Even then, he never stopped going on a ton of adventures. Just like when he was really young back then."

"Well...who's having the better journey now?" Fluttershy wondered.

"Not sure. But I bet I'm gonna beat him at it!" Ash raised his fist. "And I'm not gonna stop either. Just like him."

"Pika-Pika!"

"I can believe that." Twilight giggled, appreciating Ash's competition with his father. A competition involving having an amazing journey was definitely one on a large scale. Larger than any competition in existence.

But like Father like Son.

And as they had their conversation, arriving here at Deerling Forest, just nearby, was Dew Drop. One of the students of Hollow's class. Usually, her home would be at Canterlot. But, Dew Drop has been exploring the world more recently with her shy nature being dialled back a bit.

"Hello, Mr Ash. Princess Twilight. Mrs Fluttershy." She greeted.

"Oh, hello, Dew Drops." Twilight greeted the little earth pony back. "What are you doing out here alone? Heading for a Gym Battle or a new Pokemon?"

"N-No, I don't really do Gym Battles. Or much. But I like catching Pokemon. I'm here for that. To win something."

"Win something? You taking part in a contest?" Ash questioned.

"It's this." Out of her saddlebag and with her mouth, she revealed a poster. Ash was right about it being a contest. Or rather a competition. On the poster, Ash, Twilight and Fluttershy read what it said.

"Pokemon Catch Race? In just two days." The three of them said.

"Mhm. You see...There's this really cute reward that comes with winning this. It's a giant Pikachu Plush. And I really want it." Dew Drop then revealed why she wanted in on this contest. If anything, she wasn't focused on the competition itself. Just the toy.

"Aw, that is pretty cute." Twilight approved of its appearance.

"Pikachu." And so did Pikachu. If anything, he approved of it the most. Dew Drops' favourite Pokemon was undoubtedly Pikachu. She wanted a Pikachu from the start, though she never obtained one even to this day and seeing Pikachu puts her at ease when she gets nervous.

"I came here to try and practice my catching skills. I'm...not good at catching." Dew Drops admitted. "But mom and dad thought it would be a good idea to practice it."

"It is a pretty good idea. Catching Pokemon helps a lot, ya know." Ash crossed his arms, having a proud smile.

"Yeah. Even better if you were a part of a baseball team, Ketchum." Twilight playfully nudged Ash, knowing of his excellent throwing skills. A bit too excellent.

"Mhm. But, this is my first time doing it. The competition's in just two days. I don't know if I can compete with everyone else who knows how to really catch." Dew then explained her worries. She had a point.

Since she's not as active as other Pokemon Trainers, her catching skills are lacking. Everyone at least knows how to catch a Pokemon and their throws are improving as time goes on. Dew Drop only had two Pokemon. And one of them was from an egg.

"No need to worry." Ash suddenly spoke. "I can teach you."

"Oh. Really?" Her eyes beamed with excitement.

"Oh, yeah. I'll show you some neat tricks. Then you'll be catching super well in no time. And maybe get that Pikachu Plush." Ash nodded.

"Pikachu."

"Ash definitely knows how to throw and catch. That much is true." Twilight intervened. "Since he was a little league baseball player, he's the best Trainer to learn from."

"Thank you, Mr Ash." Dew held her hoof out, wanting a shake. Ash granted her that wish by shaking her hoof. "Can we start today?"

"Sure. Those two days won't even be a worry. Let's try one of the Pokemon here, okay?"

"Okay!"

Some catching practice was needed now. Deerling Forest was already the best place to start. Dew Drops already had some Poke Balls with her, but it wasn't many. Only seven. Thankfully, Ash, Twilight and Fluttershy had spares.

They had their eyes on a Summer Form Deerling, grazing and chewing on some grass. The Season Pokemon raised its head, noticing Ash and the others standing before it.

"Alright. Throwing is the obvious thing to do. But you gotta know the right kind of power behind it. Don't throw the Poke Ball too hard. They can break if they hit something too hard, ya know." Ash instructed.

"Um. Okay. How hard do I throw it?"

"Not too hard. Look at this." To give a demonstration, Ash held out a Poke Ball while Pikachu chose to assist. He would have the Poke Ball be thrown at him.

"Just hold it the way you wanna hold it. Doesn't matter how. But if you wanna put some extra oomph in it. Shout out something like this! Poke Ball, go!" Ash did his signature throw by turning his hat around and throwing the Poke Ball.

The ball spun around, hitting Pikachu right in the head. But of course, Pikachu already had his own Poke Ball so this had zero effect. "Pikachu."

"Like that." Ash then picked up the Poke Ball.

"Oh. That's pretty easy." Dew nodded gently.

"It is. Throwing a Poke Ball thankfully doesn't require too much effort," said Twilight. "Now you try."

"Okay." Dew held her own Poke Ball, walking over to the Deerling. This would be her first full effort catch. Giving it her all. She wanted that Pikachu plush badly so she was willing to work hard for it.

But as she approached the Deerling, Dew saw that the Deerling also made slight movements in response to the incoming earth pony. Those movements startled Dew Drops, making her squeak as she backed away, hiding behind Ash's leg.

"Deerling?"

"Sorry! I'm still pretty timid about some Pokemon!" Dew cried out.

"It's fine. You don't need to get super close to them to throw it." Ash patted the little earth pony on the head.

"Nah. Sometimes, far away throws are really good. Plus you can even stylize your throw. Goh's got a pretty good curveball." Ash replied.

"Pika-Pika."

"Okay but...What about other Pokemon? At the contest, some of them could be really big and scary." Dew Drops shuddered.

"Deerling's not big and scary. It's cute." Twilight pointed her hoof over at the Season Pokemon. "Cutest deer I've ever seen for sure."

"Deerling." Deerling heard that, giving an approving wave with its hoof.

"Yeah." Dew felt a bit embarrassed of herself. Her shyness was something else. Timid to go near most Pokemon and rarely opens up to others. Only those she can trust and sense good from. She pouted her head. "M-Maybe I shouldn't go to that competition. Everyone else will know what they're doing."

"Aw, Dew Drops." Twilight gave a saddened tone with her voice. "Are you sure?"

"I don't know." Dew sat down, pouting her face. "Mom and dad even won't even catch new Pokemon for me because of how afraid I am. What does Sunrise say?" She then thought about one of the many things Sunrise Sprint says, repeating it. "This blows."

"What now?" Twilight looked at Ash and Fluttershy. Dew Drops herself rolled the Poke Ball on the floor, playing around with it while keeping her usual saddened expression.

"Well..even if you can't enter it. I can help you with something." Fluttershy trotted over. "You don't want to be shy all the time, right?"

"No. I don't." Dew shook her head.

"Then I can help you with that. I know a thing or two about this." Fluttershy gave a smile while sitting down next to the young filly. Dew liked to hear that. Anything to deal with her constant timid nature. She wanted to experience Pokemon for herself. Everything that they had to offer. Including the world. And she wouldn't be able to do so with how she is right now.

"Thank you so much, Ms Fluttershy!" In a spurt of excitement, Dew Drops went over to hug Fluttershy by surprise, throwing the pegasus off guard. Fluttershy's eyes widened before patting the little filly on the head. "Oh. I know something! Mr Ash. Can you enter the competition for me?"

"Hm? Me?"

"Pika?"

"Please." She put her hooves together. "I really want that Pikachu Plush but I don't know if I can be in a competition about racing and Pokemon and lots of ponies watching and the-"

"I get it." Ash stopped her before she could go on about the things that make her nervous. "I'll enter for you if that's what you want. I'll get that Pikachu for you, no problem."

"Ash. Really?" Twilight turned to Ash. He simply gave a nod in response. If that was Dew Drop's decision, then Ash would accept it for her. "Alright then,"

"But I still want to learn how to catch Pokemon by myself. I want to see everything out there too." Dew spread her hooves out.

"Yeah. I gotcha. Whaddya say? We practice a lot today, some more tomorrow and check out a bunch of Pokemon at the same time?" Ash suggested.

"Mm! That'd be great!" She pranced on the spot. When Dew Drops shows energy, she certainly shows it. But she only seems to display it around small groups instead of large ones. But the filly wished to exude all the energy she can in large groups one day.

And so it was. Dew Drops would have three things to look forward to. Catching Pokemon. Becoming a bit braver and experiencing some wonders of the Pokemon World too. All things she wouldn't want to miss out on.

The next day. Slide mountains.

"Okay!" Tomorrow had arrived and Ash, Twilight, Fluttershy and Dew Drops were together again. This time, they were out in the Slide mountains. "Let's get this started! You ready to catch some Pokemon and see some cool stuff?"

"Mhm. I can't wait." Dew spoke as she was currently wearing protective gear. Courtesy of her parents and the fear for their daughter.

"First...Check out these slides!" Ash went first as he immediately ran towards one of the sloped mountains with Pikachu without hesitating. "Woohoo!"

"Pika-Pika!"

"Oh! Ash! Some buildup would be nice!" Twilight and Espeo went after him and Pikachu. Dew Drops looked at the slides, seeing their high heights. High heights were also a fear of hers. Then again, it's a fairly common fear as her hooves were shaking.

"Come on." Fluttershy picked up Dew Drops. "I'll help you through it." Dew felt safer with Fluttershy holding her. Once she was within her grasp and Twilight went down the slide, so did the two shy ponies.

Fluttershy held Dew tightly as she jumped onto the water. Immediately, she started sliding as well and the adrenaline could already be felt. Ash was definitely feeling it along with Pikachu as they raised their arms.

"Oh yeah!"

"Pika-Pikachu!"

"W-Woaaah!" Twilight was getting used to this but she quickly found her balance along with Espeon. And once they both found their balance, they could experience the enjoyment out of it. "Oh wow! This isn't so bad!"

"Espeon!"

"Oh my!" Fluttershy could feel some of the water getting on her face and mane. But soon, she started giggling, enjoying the momentum and flow of this mountain water slide. Dew was at first petrified by this, closing her eyes and holding onto Fluttershy for dear life.

But once she figured out that she was safe, the filly got to experience the true feeling of this slide. While it was certainly speedy, another thing Dew is timid towards, it had the right kind of speed. One that could give a rush but also safe enough for anyone to move across.

And with that, she started giggling herself, enjoying this speed. It was just right. And it was about to get even better. As the group moved across the slide, some Flying-Type Pokemon could be seen flying next to them. Dew opened her eyes, witnessing a flock of Flying-Types.

"Starly!" The Starly all cried out as they stared Dew Drops in the eyes. Dew kept one eye closed, gazing at the Starling Pokemon. Thankfully, they weren't here to harm anyone. The Starly were just enjoying a nice flight and could definitely vibe with the energy Ash and the others were giving off on the slide.

The same goes for the other Flying-Types. Dew held her hoof out, wanting to see if she could interact with a Starly. And much to her surprise, a Starly did the same. This one Starly put its wing out, touching Dew Drops' hoof.

Dew Drops would usually pull her hoof away in fear or shock. But the touch was gentle and steady that she wasn't startled. After the touch connected, Dew had another smile grace her face. She found another Pokemon she wouldn't have to be afraid of.

"Emolga!" An Emolga soared over the group, landing right on Fluttershy's head.

"Oh?" Fluttershy looked up as water got on the Sky Squirrel Pokemon.

"Emol." Emolga then shook the water off it as some of it had landed on Dew Drops, making her giggle.

"This is so much fun!" She cheered as a Tailow landed on her head, much like Emolga to Fluttershy. Their little slide fun was about to come to an end as they were reaching the bottom.

Ash slid on the ground after reaching the end of this mountain slide along with Pikachu. But they certainly had some fun sliding down it Twilight, Espeon and the others eventually reached the bottom, sliding on the ground with their manes and fur wet.

Their hearts were beating fast after receiving such an adrenaline rush. Twilight held her head while Fluttershy and Dew couldn't help but giggle at this. It wasn't over yet. There was still more to experience as the Starly stayed on Dew Drops' head.

Ash ran ahead some more without slowing down. Everyone followed after him as it was time for some more catching practice. But first, admiring the Pokemon was due.

Ash and everyone stopped to look at the scenery before them. The Slide Mountains were much like the Wild Areas in Galar. Not as expansive but definitely vast. And the Pokemon were active themselves.

Immediately, rolling next to Ash and the others were some Marill. Their circular bodies definitely helped them roll about without issue. Although the tail is a bit of a bump. Dew was slightly started from the rolling Marill, standing next to Fluttershy. But as she watched them, she admired their playful movements while rolling.

Some of the Marill even stopped by for a quick wave. Dew Drops waved back at them in a playful manner as they continued to roll away. The Starly and Marill were enough encouragement for Dew Drops to try her hoof at interacting with other Pokemon. And of course, trying to catch some.

Her eyes immediately locked on to another Pokemon that she deemed adorable like Pikachu. A Mawile. Unfortunately, she wasn't aware of what was at the back of Mawile's head.

"Oh!" Dew lightly galloped towards the Deceiver Pokemon. "That one is really cute!"

"Oh! Dew Drops be careful! That's a Mawile!" Fluttershy cried out as the little earth pony stopped in front of the Steel-Fairy-Type.

"Maw?" Mawile was seen from the front and not the back as it looked Dew Drops in the eyes. The little filly came to a screeching halt, seeing that she was getting a bit too close. She wanted to keep her distance still. She then scrunched her lips, attempting to fully interact with Mawile.

"H-Hello."

"Mawile." In response, the Deceiver Pokemon turned its head around, revealing its massive jaws on the back of its head to Dew Drops. One look at Dew Drops was petrified by this. Witnessing the jaws were perplexing to her eyes, but Mawile quickly turned around, showing its cute face to her. "Maw."

"Mm...Scary!...But still cute!" Dew closed her eyes, exclaiming as she spoke her mind. Mawile then walked away, going on with its day like normal.

Ash then took a nice stroll, attracting some of the Pokemon here. Some of them could sense Ash's positive aura, resulting in them coming towards him. Ash was surrounded by some of the Pokemon as he sat down to admire them. He patted a Poochyena on the head while a Dwebble sat on his hat.

Ash certainly loves to just experience the pokemon and their natural actions at any given time. What a feeling. Dew Drops wanted to experience that feeling. Fluttershy encouraged the little earth pony to try the same. But on a smaller scale.

And with that encouragement, she went over to the trio of Pansage, Pansear and Panpour. Fluttershy stayed by her side for this. Dew felt safer that way.

"Pan! Pansage!" Pansage greeted Dew Drops and Fluttershy as well as the other two elemental monkeys. They started jumping around the duo playfully. And this time, Dew Drops wasn't startled.

Mostly because she now knows when to expect a Pokemon's sudden movements. Plus, she was near Fluttershy who was like a big sister to her. Dew Drops wasn't a massive fan of hyperactive Pokemon, but she could get behind it eventually. She wanted to show Ash her throwing skills now as she took out a Poke Ball.

"Mr Ash, look!" Dew called for Ash who was surrounded by Pokemon. "I've uh..I've been practising during the night too. I think I'm good at throwing too!"

"Oh. really? Let's see it."

"Pika-Pikachu."

"Okay..." Dew held the Poke Ball close to her as she wasn't aiming at any Pokemon. Only a rock mound. After taking a deep breath, she then used the advice Ash gave her yesterday. "Poke Ball, go!"

By screaming with all of the energy she had, the Poke Ball was launched. And with one mighty throw, the ball moved through the air, spinning around. Ash and the others gawked as the ball had hit the rock mound, bouncing off it.

"Not bad!" Ash sat up. "That's a Trainer throw for sure!"

"Pikachu!"

"Really? Thank you. Mom and dad thought so too." She giggled while picking the Poke Ball back up.

"That certainly is a stunning throw to look at." Just then, another voice filled the atmosphere. One that didn't belong to Ash, Twilight or even Fluttershy. This belonged to someone else.

Queen Chrysalis. With Anthophilia on her back as always.

"Oh, Chrysalis!" Ash exclaimed.

"Pikachu!"

"Morning, Ash. Pikachu. Good to see you again." She raised her hoof as a greeting. "You as well Fluttershy. Twilight."

"Papa!" And of course, after seeing Ash, Anthophilia couldn't help but fly off her mother's back and right towards the human she saw as her father. Ash held the little changeling, noticing how different she was from this new look.

"Hey-hey. Great to see you again." Ash giggled along with Anthophilia. Ash then spun her around, playing a small game with her. "Oh, look at you. You look and feel different, don't you?"

"Hehehe! Feel!" The baby babbled gibberish, repeating Ash.

"Might I ask what you're all doing here at the moment? See anything here you like?" Chrysalis asked.

"Ah, we're just showing Dew Drops here what Pokemon have to offer," Ash explained, walking over to the little earth pony and kneeling to get on her level. "She hasn't really gotten the chance to experience a bunch so we're giving her that chance."

"H-Hello." Dew greeted back to the Changeling Queen. Normally, she'd be intimidated by a changeling, but Chrysalis' form had such wonderful beauty and radiance behind it that it was impossible to be afraid.

"Hello, little one. So. You haven't experienced much, have you?"

"No. I was a bit too shy. Even with Mr Hollow's lessons, lots of Pokemon really scared me. But I like some of them. The cues one. Not the big and scary ones."

"I see. So, how do you feel about Ribombee then?" Appearing out of Chrysalis' mane was the Bee Fly Pokemon Ribombee. The Totem one of course.

"Ribom!"

"Ribombee? Oh...I love it!" Dew Drops gave her opinion with a gentle nod yet loud bellow. "I think bees are cute. But I'm allergic to them."

"Are you allergic to Ribombee then?" Twilight asked.

"No. It looks fine." Dew Drops said. There was no allergic reaction. Whether that was the uniqueness of Ribombee or the fact that Pokemon bees are different from regular bees.

"Bombee." To show her own greeting, Ribombee had used Pollen Puff, generating a delectable ball of pollen out of thin air.

"What's that?" Dew wondered.

"Ribombee's Pollen Puff. It's like food and it's super tasty too. You should try it." Ash explained, encouraging the earth pony.

"Ribom." Ribombee held the pollen out, insisting that Dew Drops should have a bite. The filly could smell the sweetness and enticing aroma from the pollen. With that scent, she couldn't resist. So, she gently took the pollen from the Bee Fly Pokemon.

And with one bite into it, she was hooked. The sweet nectar it held was irresistible as the little earth pony felt at peace with this. "Mmm...So good."

"Isn't it?" Chrysalis nodded. "Aside from love feeding, Ribombee's pollen is the best thing to eat. Whether in the day, afternoon or morning."

"I like it." Dew nodded as she snacked down on the pollen.

"How are things over at the Changeling HIve?" Fluttershy asked.

"Great. It's been better than ever. There's barely any bickering amongst them all now. Although, I do miss the hissing oddly."

"Say. I'm gonna be in a Pokemon Catch Race tomorrow. Wanna check it out?" Ash recommended Chrysalis.

"Certainly. I'd love to see this Catch Race of yours. And you Anthophilia?"

"Catch Race! Catch!" The changeling baby raised her hooves in approval. Anything involving Ash she was here for as she then clapped her hooves together.

"Okay. Let's try those throwing skills again, Dew. It was awesome the first time. Let's make it cooler the second time!" Ash exclaimed, showing off high amounts of energy. Dew Drops could appreciate Ash's energy. In fact, Ash's enthusiasm and how it affected everyone inspired her too.

"Y-Yeah!" She also raised her hooves in enthusiasm. Not as much as Ash, but enthusiastic either way. They continued their throwing practice while also admiring the Pokemon around them. They were too majestic to ignore.

Chrysalis and Anthophilia stuck around with Chrysalis chatting with Twilight and Fluttershy. Anthophilia couldn't help but latch herself onto Ash at all times. Dew Drops' confidence was rising. Her timid nature faded away when around those she can trust and feel safe around.

And that smile on her face was an indicator of that.

The next day. Las Pegasus. Afternoon.

The day for the Pokemon Catch Race had arrived. And the best place to do it was Las Pegasus. Hundreds, possibly thousands of ponies had gathered there to see this race. Whether from Canterlot, Ponyville, the Crystal Empire etc. Even some Changelings could be seen in the mix.

"Hello everyone!" An announcer exclaimed. "We're just about to begin the Pokemon Catch Race! The rules are simple. Pokemon with a special mark are waiting all over Las Pegasus for Trainers to come along! But some of them are very strong Pokemon too! Fierce and burly! And they won't be caught so easily! Participating Trainers must catch these Pokemon with special Catch Race Poke Balls. Points will be awarded according to a Pokemon's strength. The Trainer with the most points at the end of the competition will be the winner!"

"This should be something!" Rainbow Dash said as she and many of her friends were here at Ponyville. "Come on, Ash! Win that toy!"

"Yeah! Yeah!" Pinkie Pie cheered along as she, the CMC and Fluttershy were holding those same flags. Usually, they're only for World Championships battles. But this could work too.

"P-Please win that plush for me, Ash! Do your best!" Dew cried out before closing her mouth and making herself small to everyone else. She doesn't usually shout in public. In fact, she was standing in the least populated area in Las Pegasus with the Mane 6 being her guardians.

"Ready buddy?" Ash said to his partner.

"Pika-Pikachu!"

"Trainers to the startling line! Ready...? Go!" The announcer began the race as every Trainer and their Pokemon immediately bolted forward without wasting any time.

"Let's hit it Pikachu!"

"Pika-Pika!"

"We'll catch a bunch and win that plush!" Ash exclaimed as they ran down some stairs with countless ponies, Pokemon and even humans watching them race.

"Croagunk!" The first Pokemon had arrived for them. Jumping from one of the balconies here was the Toxic Mouth Pokemon Croagunk. The Poison-Fighting-Type then used Poison Jab, lunging at Pikachu.

"Croagunk, huh? Use Quick Attack the Thunderbolt!"

"PIka-Pika-Pika!" With a burst of speed, Pikachu took off like a rocket, moving at lightning speeds and leaving afterimages. The Mouse Pokemon's head clashed with Croagunk's Poison Jab. They cancelled each other out before Pikachu slid back, shooting a bolt of 100,000 volts in a flash.

"C-Croa!" Croagunk received a smite from Pikachu's bolt, faster than it could react.

"Here goes! Poke Ball, go!" Ash took out the first Catch Race Poke Ball, launching it at Croagunk. One hit and the Toxic Mouth Pokemon was in with a blue light instead of a red one this time. And these Poke Balls didn't need to shake. Croagunk had been caught. "Yes! Let's head for the next one!"

"Pikachu!" They continued on their way, heading for all the Pokemon they can get. They were shooting for the stronger Pokemon too for the really big points.

Speaking of stronger Pokemon, some Trainers have already come across a powerful Pokemon in the form of an Exploud. And they weren't doing so well.

"EXPLOUD!" One burst of sound and the trainers and their Pokemon had been blown away. They had been knocked over Exploud was preventing them from getting too close. The Loud Noise pokemon would continue to use the move Uproar constantly.

"Yikes, it's strong!" A Biker girl said as she held her Pawniard. No one could get close to Exploud so far. No one except one of the Trainers showing up.

Spitfire was a part of this competition as well. What did she want with a plush? That much was not known yet. But then again, everyone loves a good plus, no matter the age.

"Easy pickings! Scizor, Bullet Punch!" Spitfire ordered.

"Scizor!" Scizor moved in with his large pincers. Exploud turned around to see the Pincer Pokemon showing up. But before it could do anything, Scizor gave Exploiud a strong right to its jaw. "Zor!"

"E-Ex!"

"Scizor!" Scizor then gave an uppercut to the Loud Noise Pokemon, sending it upwards into the air. Scizor then followed up by flying into the air and striking Exploud's stomach from below.

"Aha!" Spitfire found her opening as she threw the Poke Ball at the Normal-Type. Just one touch and the ball actually started shaking. The stronger Pokemon would require more effort and time. But with only one shake, Exploud had been caught. "That's what I like to see! Come on, Scizor!"

"Zor!"

Other trainers were doing well with catching their Pokemon. Not many have gone for the strong Pokemon. Only a few of them. But racking up lots of smaller points can also guide them to victory.

Ash and Pikachu came across their next Pokemon. A Gardevoir. Certainly a strong Pokemon, without a doubt, and worth lots of points.

"Gardevoir!" The Embrace Pokemon had used Moonblast, sending a sphere-shaped attack that had borrowed power from the moon.

"Pikachu! Hit it back with Iron Tail, then strike!"

"Pika-Pikachu!" Pikachu ran forward, hardening his tail to be as hard as iron. And with a mighty swing, Pikachu struck the Fairy-Type attack with heavy force, sending it back at the Psychic-Fairy-Type.

"Voir?!" Gardevoir put its hands up, blocking its own attack. A pink explosion emerged afterwards as Pikachu found the right time to strike. He moved through the smoke, revealing himself to Gardevoir.

"Chu...Pika!" And with another great swing, he had smashed Iron Tail onto Gardevoir, knocking the Embrace Pokemon back.

"Garde...!" But Gardevoir wasn't down yet. The Psychic-Fairy-Type then used Focus Blast, shooting it at the Mouse Pokemon. Pikachu's instincts were sharp, however. He then leapt over the incoming blast of mental energy, avoiding it.

"Pika!" Pikachu delivered one last swing. An overhead. By smashing it on Gardevoir's head, the Embrace Pokemon cried out as it was knocked back. Ash then used another one of those Poke Balls, sending it at Gardevoir.

The ball had pulled Gardevoir in with its blue light as it shook once. That one shake was a confirmed catch. Gardevoir was caught.

"Got a Gardevoir!" Ash bellowed as he and Pikachu continued on their way.

"Go, Ash! Go-go!" Sweetie Belle cheered.

"Garchomp!" A Garchomp was another powerful Pokemon for many Trainers to handle. It was definitely worth a lot of points. Many Trainers were shooting for it either way as they commanded their Pokemon.

"Use Zen Headbutt Rampardos!"

"Dodrio, Tri Attack!"

"Reuniclus, Psyshock!"

"Gar!" Garchomp roared as Rampardos charged right at it with mental energy being shown on its skull. The Mach Pokemon immediately responded by rushing forward and smashing its own head onto Rampardos'. It had pushed Rampardos back while also following up with Dragon Claw. "Garchomp!"

"Rampa!" Rampardos was knocked back by a single Dragon Claw. But it wasn't over yet. Tri Attack and Psychock were heading for the Mach Pokemon.

In response, Garchomp had used Dragon Claw once more to cut the attacks in half. And in a perfectly symmetrical shape too. And with that cut, Garchomp then used Earthquake, stomping on the ground as it blew away the rest of the Pokemon and Trainers nearby.

"Garchomp!" Garchomp roared as it was definitely the toughest Pokemon here. Garchomp then ran around, moving across Las Pegasus and passing nearby citizens of it. The citizens stood back, allowing the Mach Pokemon to move on its way.

But chasing after Garchomp was both Ash and Spitfire.

"Ash! I won't let you get that Garchomp before me!" Spitfire exclaimed while flying next to Ash with Scizor.

"We'll see!" Ash grinned, eager for a challenge.

"Pikachu!"

"Dhelmise!" Appearing from one of the windows was the Sea Creeper Pokemon Dhelmise. Once it showed up, it had used its signature move Anchor Shot, shooting out a long anchor by materializing it.

"Woah!" Ash and the others gasped as they moved out of the way of Anchor Shot. The anchor latched onto a vase, crushing it and startling the pony next to it.

"Iron Tail!"

"Night Slash!"

"Pika!"

"Scizor!" Both Pikachu and Scizor attacked Dhelmise. With one slash of Iron Tail and Night Slash, they had struck the Sea Creeper Pokemon while also moving past it.

A double slash at the same time and that was it. Dhelmise spun around from the shockwave as Ash threw his Poke Ball first before Spitfire. One touch, one shake and Dhelmise was caught. "Sorry, Spitfire! But I'm not losing for Dew Drops!"

"Oooh! Ketchum!" Spitfire growled as she and Scizor continued flying. Everyone cheered, enjoying this exciting race.

The Garchomp was definitely the eye of it all. And certainly the fastest. Garchomp tackled all nearby Pokemon away, preventing them from dealing any damage to it. The Mach Pokemon was on a roll.

Ash ran up to the higher places of Las Pegasus as he looked down at a sea of Pokemon. "Pikachu, Electroweb, go!"

"Pik!" Pikachu then sent a web of electricity that was formed after it was just an orb. That orb landed on some of the Pokemon below. The Pokemon didn't see it coming as they were now underneath the ball. And by jumping an incredibly high height, Ash tossed down multiple Poke Balls while moving through the air.

Those Poke Balls hit the Pokemon underneath Electroweb, pulling them in. Ash received a streak of captures for that. And he looked good while doing it too. Ash was racking up points but the big catch Garchomp has yet to be made.

And that's where the extra high jump came along. Ash gained a great distance with that jump as he ended up landing in front of the Mach Pokemon, Garchomp.

"Gar?"

"There!" Ash said while sticking the landing. "Garchomp!"

"Pikachu!" Pikachu ran up the same stairs Ash did, jumping off it as well as he landed on the shoulder of his best friend. He was ready for Garchomp.

"Garchomp!" Garchomp roared at Ash and Pikachu.

"Hold it right there!" Spitfire cried out as she was seen arriving. She had just caught a Palossand seconds ago and was ready to catch Garchomp next. "That Garchomp is mine! X-Scissor!"

"Scizor!" Scizor lunged like a missile, crossing his pincers together. By doing so, he formed green energy around them, ready to slash at the Mach Pokemon.

"Chomp!" Garchomp was ready for this. It turned its attention away from Ash and Pikachu, using a swift Stone Edge towards Scizor. The Mach Pokemon stomped on the ground, summoning large crystals from below.

"Sciz?!" Scizor gasped as the first crystals knocked him back. Right in the front of his face too.

"Ah! Scizor!" Spitfire cried out.

"Pikachu, Iron Tail!"

"Pika!" Pikachu hopped off Ash's shoulder, rushing towards Garchomp with a hardened tail.

"Gar!" Garchomp's eyes flared as it had even seen Pikachu coming. It already had Dragon Claw ready. However, Pikachu landed the first hit by smashing Iron Tail onto Garchomp's face. Garchomp staggered a bit but quickly retaliated by knocking Pikachu away with a swing of Dragon Claw. "Chomp!"

"Pika!" Pikachu cried out as he went flying like a rocket from Garchomp's swing.

"Oh, no! Pikachu!" Ash watched his partner fly past him, tumbling on the ground. Ash quickly ran after Pikachu to see if he was okay.

"Not yet! Scizor, Night Slash!"

"Scizor!" Scizor slid on the ground, chasing after Garchomp with Night Slash ready for use. Garchomp bellowed, still having Dragon Claw ready. It swung its claw, clashing with Scizor's pincers. The two Pokemon looked each other in the eyes before clashing their attacks like swords.

"Pikachu!" Pikachu got back up after that Dragon Claw as he shook his head. As Ash ran over, a Liepard ran past both him and Pikachu.

"Liepard!"

"Quick! Let's get that Liepard and back to Garchomp! Quick Atack!"

"Pikachu!" Pikachu nodded, moving at lightning speeds. They call it Quick Attack for a reason. With great speed, Pikachu tackled the side of Liepard, catching the Cruel Pokemon off guard.

"Pard!" Liepard hissed as it slid on the ground. In response, the Dark-Type used Dark Pulse, shooting it from its mouth.

"Thunderbolt!"

"Pika!" Pikachu slapped his red sacs, sending a blazing blast of 100,000 volts from his body. The blast connected with Dark Pulse as they both blew up.

"Quick Attack!"

"Pikachu!" Pikachu then moved through the smoke, smashing Liepard's head with his own, causing the Cruel Pokemon to be knocked back.

"Lie!"

"Go, Poke Ball!" Ash then launched the Poke Ball. Yet again, with one shake, he captured his next Pokemon. A strong and agile one too. Liepard was certainly worth a lot of points.

"Yes! Now for Garchomp!" Ash and Pikachu then ran back to Garchomp's position.

Speaking of Garchomp, Scizor was still locked in a furious battle with it. Garchomp had then used Earthauke after breaking up the Dragon Claw and Night Slash clash. By stomping its foot on the ground, large white shockwaves erupted from the ground.

"Fly back, Scizor!"

"Scizor!" Scizor flew away from the approaching shockwaves. Garchomp was ready for that as well. After using Earthquake, the Mach Pokmon lunged at Scizor, ready for a Fire Fang.

"Gar!"

"Sciz?!"

"Pikachu! Quick Attack!" But coming to save was Pikachu. He moved through the air, hitting the side of Garchomp's head. Garchomp flinched from that as it fell to the ground.

"Pika!"

"Ash!" Spitfire noticed the return of Ash. "Quick, Scizor! Bullet Punch!"

"Iron Tail!"

"Scizor!"

"Pikachu!" Both Pikachu and Scizor approached Garchomp, ready to strike it. In response, Garchomp surrounded its body in Stone Edge as a shield. It then fired all of the stones surrounding its body in all directions. Pikachu and Scizor had destroyed the stones with their Steel-Type moves, however.

"Gar!" To follow up, Garchomp had readied Dragon Claw. Both Pikachu and Scizor got close enough to strike as their attacks met with Garchomp's Dragon Claw.

"Pika...!"

"Scizor...!"

"Gar...!"

The three of them were locked in a heavy struggle as Garchomp pushed them both away. The duo went flying through the air as Garchomp followed up with Earthquake instantly.

"Electroweb, then launch off of it!"

"Pikachu!" Pikachu quickly sent an electroweb to the nearest wall. By doing so, he created a trampoline that he landed on. And that allowed him to avoid the shockwaves of Earthquake. Not so much Scizor.

Scizor was hit by Earthquake, taking super-effective damage. But he did not faint. Pikachu then launched himself off the net like a rocket, gaining high-speed momentum through the air.

"Iron Tail!"

"Pikachu!" Pikachu then spun around with Iron Tail while moving through the air. The speed he gained made him seem like a yellow and silver ball as he smashed his full force attack onto Garchomph's head. "Pika!"

"G-Garchomp!" Garchomp felt that as it almost fell over from such a heavy hit to the head.

"Go, Poke Ball!" Ash took the chance to catch Garchomp. With a swift and powerful throw of the device, Garchomp was sent inside. Now for the shaking.

1...

2...

3...

Gotcha! Garchomp was caught!

"Alright!" Ash bellowed with victory, getting on his knees.

"Pika-Pikachu!"

"That's the way, Ash!" Twilight jumped up for joy. "Woohooo!"

"Woohoo!" Anthophilia couldn't help but mimic Twilight's energetic cheer. "Woohoo!"

"Aw geez..." Spitfire sighed accepting the loss of Garchomp. "Well played Ketchum. Come on, Spitfire. Let's see if we can still rack up some more points."

"Scizor."

20 minutes later.

Eventually, the race came to an end.

All of the Trainers had lined up afterwards. Each of them had their own points but some were larger than others as Clesia was there to hand out the prizes.

"We present the second place prize in the catch race to Spitfire." The announcer said. "For racking up 140 points."

"Well done, Spitfire," Celestia said, giving her a silver trophy. Everyone else received a reward that they could benefit from.

"I'll take it. Pretty neat, right Scizor?" Spitfire held the trophy, showing it to her partner.

"Scizor."

"And the first place prize goes to Ash for racking up 200 points! He wins the gold trophy and this adorable Pikachu Plush!"

"And well done to you, Ash. Jumping from that high made Luna's heart race a bit." Celestia gave Ash the trophy and plush while whispering to him. "Can't resist doing daring actions, can you?"

"My bad." Ash laughed as he held both the trophy and plush in his arms. "Woah, this thing is heavier than it looks!"

"Pika-Pika."

"We'd like to thank everyone for coming here today! Until next month's Pokemon Catch Race! Over at Hoenn nex time!" The announcer waved to them all with the final cheers filling Las Pegasus.

And that was the end of that. Ash had granted Dew Drops her wish as everyone was ready to head home. The Alola Champion went up to the little filly, having her gift in his hands.

"Here you go. Right for you. It's pretty heavy so be careful." Ash kneeled, giving the plush to the earth pony. Dew Drops felt like crying as she had never been this happy before.

"I love it!" She immediately grabbed the Pikachu Plush, giving it a powerful hug as if it was her own. She spun around with the toy with glee in her heart and face.

Although, she accidentally grabbed the real Pikachu out of too much excitemen.

"P-Pika!"

"Oh!" Dew quickly noticed the mistake before letting go. "Sorry, Pikachu."

"Pika-Pika..." Pikachu breathed in and out as he saw his life flash before his eyes. Everyone else just laughed after that. A successful day yet again.

Another adventure on this day was about to come to a close. There's always an adventure o be had with the Pokemon World. And with Trainers such as Ash, that adventure can go beyond its limits and be birthed into something new.

Ash himself is still on a Master Quest. A quest and dream that he will keep pursuing until he makes it a reality. And with amazing friends by his side, he's sure that it will happen. The quest to become a Pokemon Master is far from over as the journey continues.

Chapter 500 End.
