My Little Pokémon

UB-04 Blaster

Ultra Space. Ultra Crater.

The Ultra Crater.

A large expanse with several craters filled with a green substance. The land has what looks to be metal pipes growing as roots throughout the rock. A few red monoliths also stuck out of the ground. Several geysers are also present shooting out steam.

In this Ultra Space, the Launch Pokemon Celesteela existed here, present in the ground and the world is frequented by earthquakes as Celesteela fly out of the ground and into the sky. Holding a spectacular size of 9.2 m and a weight of 999.9 kg. These Pokemon were heavy individuals in this large mountainous expanse The sky was yellow due to geothermal activity from the geysers.

An Ultra Wormhole could be seen in the sky of the Ultra Crater. Fairly high up. Almost leaving the planet. However, despite that height, that was no problem for one Celesteela. These Pokemon are known for gaining great heights thanks to their flying capabilities. With ease, it had passed through the wormhole.

But it wasn't just one. Other Celesteela were curious about this as they were drawn to the wormholes. A few of them went straight for the Ultra Wormholes, making it a crowd instead of just one.

Equestria. Out in the mountains. Late night.

Out in the mountains, another Ultra Wormhole could be found. They were still up and active thanks to Team Plasma and have yet to be closed. However, the Swords of Justice have been doing a great job of keeping any rampaging or troublesome Ultra Beasts in check.

However, they can't get to every single Ultra Wormhole. There was quite an abundance of them after all. But the numbers wouldn't stop them. At this time, a new Ultra Beast was showing itself to this world. Passing through the wormhole was UB-04. The Launch Pokemon, Celesteela. A total of 6.

The Launch Pokemon let out a cry. However, they didn't call out their names like most Pokemon. It was more akin to a Legendary Pokemon in which it has a unique sound that does not revolve around its name. Celesteela's cry sounded like a heavenly sound. As if angels were descending from the skies.

After arriving here, the Celesteela observed their surroundings. It reminded them of their home back in the Ultra Crater. Mountains and everything. The Ultra Beasts were already familiar with the landscape. Now that it was here, the Celesteela only had one goal.

To fly around as much as they want. Simple but effective. Equestria seemed wider than the Ultra Crater, which pleased the Launch Pokemon greatly. All the space they needed for a prolonged flight. Celesteela got to work. By expelling gas from their two massive arms, the Launch Pokemon all took off like rockets, generating powerful flames.

They went in separate directions since each of them enjoy flying in their own space. Celesteela are generally friendly Pokemon. Their greatest enjoyment is just flying. However, their huge size makes them hard to be around at times. But gentle nonetheless.

Unfortunately, with all of this fuel, the ground below wasn't so safe. Especially the grass. The Celesteela and their flames immediately affected the grass of this landscape, causing it to spread like wildfire. With so much fire coming from six Celesteela, the fire was multiplied in abundance and ferocity.

And that didn't spell good news for the Pokemon. This wildfire moved at radical speeds, unseen by most Fire-Type Pokemon. Nearby Pokemon ran for the hills while the Water-Type Pokemon would join together to prevent their home from being destroyed. But they had to act fast. This fire was spreading at a ridiculous rate. Probably too fast to stop.

Ponyville. Rainbow Dash's home. Day.

"Alright. Check this out." Ash was currently at Rainbow Dash's home with the Cutie Mark Crusaders. He had something special to show them. Since Rainbow Dash received a TV for Hearth's Warming and Christmas, she's been given the honour of watching everything made in the Pokemon World.

This was mainly for the Cutie Mark Crusaders. Ash and Rainbow Dash had a brilliant idea in mind that they figured they should've used sooner.

Cartoons.

Ash turned on the TV while Rainbow Dash switched to the channel. And right before their eyes, a Pokemon Cartoon was playing on the screen. And just as they expected, one look and the three fillies were hooked.

"Oooh! What's this?!" The three of them gawked

"Cartoons. Some of my favourites from when I was a kid are in here too." Ash explained. "Rainbow Dash found them when she was channel surfing, right?"

"Mhm. I'll say it again." Rainbow Dash nodded in response. "Best Hearth's Warming gift ever. I've seen a lot of cool stuff on this thing, ya know! Like this one show called Red Aura with a Riolu? You should check that out for sure."

"Man...Wish I had some of those cartoons way back. I didn't see a bunch of Pokemon back when I was young. Ash grumbled. But he knew he could watch up on some missed cartoons in the modern-day.

Aside from that, the Cutie Mark Crusaders were ecstatic to watch these cartoons. They saw a glimpse of them during Poke-Con when passing by one of the booths. The show that was one was Red Aura. As appealing as it was to Rainbow Dash, it had the same effect on the children as well.

"Yeah. That'll work." Rainbow Dash smiled in approval. She was about to get on with the rest of her day, planning to practice with Ash, until a special guest showed up.

"Ash! Rainbow Dash!" Twilight appeared, teleporting inside of Rainbow Dash's room. She startled Ash, Pikachu and Rainbow Dash, but the fillies were too focused on the show to be startled. "Big news!"

"Huh?! What happened Twilight?!" Ash asked.

"Pika-Pika?!"

"Look!" Twilight took out her Energy Tracker that showcases various energy signatures for Pokemon-Types. Mainly one type instead of two. And on that screen were six silver-coloured orbs. "Steel-Type signatures! Do you know what that means?!"

"Uh..." Rainbow Dash squinted her eyes, unsure of what answer she should give? "There's a bunch of Legendary Steel-Type Pokemon somewhere in Equestria?"

"Better! It could be Jirachi!"

The three fillies definitely paid attention to that. Hearing Jirachi's name made them turn around as they all gasped with Ash, Pikachu and Rainbow Dash.

Seriously?! Is it really Jirachi?!" Ash exclaimed.

"Pikachu?!"

"Jirachi's primary typing is Steel. But there's only six of them instead of one. They ould be other Legendary Pokemon sure, but we can't miss out on a chance to find Jirachi."This is an opportunity to reach Jirachi and make our wish! I already have a pen and ink ready!"

"Let's hurry then," said Rainbow Dash. "Sooner we get to Jirachi, the better."

"RIght on that. Because all six are moving fast." Twilight showcased the speed of the signatures. They were moving incredibly fast despite being the most defensive typing. Steel.

"This is great!" Scootaloo grinned as she and her friends stood up, aiming to go along. But they soon turned around to the TV show. "Oh but this show's really fun..."

"You three can stay behind." Rainbow Dash suggested. "We'll be back, okay?"

"Okay!" The trio replied before shooting their attention to the cartoon in front of their eyes. The intro to the show had just ended, resulting in the opening scene. And with great timing. Currently, the very first episode is playing so they don't have to worry about catching up or binge-watching.

As for Ash and Pikachu, they would head off to find this signature with Twilight and Rainbow Dash. And with the extra company of Goh and Starlight.

They would need to hurry.

The Crystal Empire. Day.

"But mom! Just one more!" The voice of Flurry Heart could be heard within the castle. At this moment, a bit of a squabble was occurring between her mother. Not just that, but her baby self from this world as well.

"Absolutely not. You've already ravaged through yesterday's chocolate frosted eclairs and the day before that. A total of 240 just like that." Cadence said as she was holding back both Flurry Hearts from gaining their hooves on the eclairs. "You'll get an addiction to them."

"We won't! Just one more bite, please!" Flurry Heart pleaded as she and her baby self held their tongues out, panting like dogs as they were truly drawn to the eclairs. After eating them, they were hooked.

"You'll have them tonight and in the afternoon tomorrow. That's that." Cadence made her word final as she was unyielding. Even the pleading eyes of two daughters' wasn't enough to break past her.

"Mmmrrgh...!" Both Flurry Hearts sat down on their respective chairs, crossing their hooves and pouting at the same time. They were truly in unison with their emotions and expressions. But it only made sense. They were essentially the same pony. Although, it is a bit odd seeing an older pony act like a baby with perfect synchronization.

Cadence passed the eclairs to a Canterlot Guard, allowing him to place the eclairs somewhere else where both Flurry Hearts' wouldn't get their chocolate-addicted hooves on them.

However, the two young alicorns were already plotting on finding them, no matter where their mother would hide. The two Flurry Hearts' looked at each other with conniving grins, knowing what needed to be done.

"Well uh...I'll just head to my room and open my new Pokemon Cards then." Flurry Heart sat up, holding her little self. "And I'm sure my baby me would love 'em too. She really likes all the pink Pokemon."

"Alright then," Cadence responded. "Just stay away from the eclairs for a while, please? It took decades for Aunt Celestia to even slow her cake addiction down. I'm afraid it might be coming back as well."

"We will." Flurry Heart and her baby self let out seemingly innocent smiles as they zoomed away from the current spot. But at the same time, they started giggling mischievously in the process. And Cadence heard this, causing her to sigh.

Taking care of two daughters who were essentially linked with everything. Whether she made her role as a mother harder or not, it's something she chose to tackle. And yet, she did find some enjoyment out of their antics.

As for Cadence, it was off to her royal duties while Sylveon laid at the corner of the room, sleeping through the day with Manaphy on her head. But as Cadence trotted off, a Crystal Empire guard came sliding over here as fast as he could, stopping in front of the Princess of Love.

"Your majesty!"

"Hm? What is it?" Cadence asked the scurrying guard.

"I had to come here as soon as I could after the news I received. It's Frozen North. It's being melted away." He said, causing Cadence to gasp as it woke Manaphy and Sylveon up all at once.

"All of it?!"

"All of it. The fire is incredibly ferocious, spreading at an alarming rate. It might end up reaching the Crystal Empire soon, engulfing us in it."

"That's all I needed to hear," said Cadence as she knew what needed to be done. "How much of the north is intact and how far is the fire?"

"Some of us soldiers have been trying to keep the fire at bay. The Golurk may resist the flames but it can't be contained for long."

"No time to waste then. Sylveon!"

"Sylv!" Sylveon stood up with Manaphy hopping off of the Intertwining Pokemon.

"Mana?"

"Manaphy. You'll be of great help as a Water-Type against this." Cadence looked to the Seafaring Pokemon for assistance. Manaphy would help without hesitation. Manaphy hopped onto Sylveon's back as they set off to the Frozen North to stop these flames before they consume the Crystal Empire.

And possibly Equestria as well.

As Cadence transported her, Sylveon and Cadence to the Frozen North, the two Flurry Hearts peeked their heads through the door, wondering where their mother was headed to. However, they weren't focused on that. They were really focused on getting those eclairs. Even during a raging wildfire.

The Frozen North.

And as to be expected, the wildfire showed no mercy, The Frozen North was suffering, slowly dying out with these flames. Surprisingly, they didn't come from a Fire-Type Pokemon. And they always have the strongest Fire generation out there with no equal.

The Pokemon living here either fleed for their lives or attempted to stop the flames. The Ice-Type Pokemon were essentially powerless to do anything, aside from a few such as Walrein and Cloyster were doing their best.

Unfortunately, they weren't enough as the wildfire kept approaching. The Golurk tried utilizing their resistance to Fire for this. It slightly worked. Their bodies could take the flames for a while, but they were unable to fend the flames off, forcing the Golurk to back away along with the Canterlot Guard.

The Walrein and Cloyster could see the flames getting closer, prompting them to back away. With the ice melting from all this heat, there would be no Frozen North.

Celesteela fuel is that powerful.

Cadence had arrived with Sylveon and Manaphy. Just like the guard said. It was incredibly ferocious and spreading at an alarming rate. Not only that, but it looked like it had also shown up from the west as well.

"Oh my..." Cadence gawked at the flames.

"Sylveon..."

"Mana..."

"Right!" Cadence quickly slapped her face. "Let's see what we can do! Sylveon, use Shadow Ball! Manaphy, use Rain Dance to try and end the flames!" Cadence ordered them both even if Manaphy wasn't hers. Cadence also unleashed a magic beam to try and blow the flames back as well.

"Syl...Veon!" The Intertwining Pokemon hurled a blob of shadows after using her mouth, causing the attack to fly beside Cadence's beam.

The beam and blob of shadows met with the raging flames. And upon contact, they did some considerable damage. The beam and blob had managed to push the fires back with Cadence pouring a continuous magic beam onwards. Sylveon also repeatedly unleashed Shadow Balls second after second.

"Mana! Manaphy!" As for Manaphy, she started dancing around, attempting to use Rain Dance and put an end to these flames. After dancing around, the clouds had been manipulated, altering to form into rainclouds. Rain poured from above, immediately covering most of the Frozen North while dropping on the flames.

The rain managed to eliminate some of the flames with how heavy it was pouring. But the furious flames were capable of fighting back against the rain as well. The Golurk was starting to get overwhelmed as they backed away along with the guards.

"Phy! Mana!" Manaphy then went the extra distance, using her next move. Waterfall. By raising her arms, the Seafaring Pokemon summoned a platform of water that sent her up. This platform quickly turned into Waterfall as Manaphy now towered over everyone. Even the Golurk.

"Oh!" Cadence gasped as she and the others knew they had to make way for Manaphy's Waterfall. The large Waterfall with Manaphy on top had been dropped on the raging flames along with the rain from Rain Dance.

And it was truly effective. Thanks to Rain Dance, the effects of Waterfall were boosted, making it stronger. Strong enough to put the flames out with ease. At least, the ones in this direction.

"Nice work, Manaphy!" Cadence and the others cheered.

"Sylveon!"

"Your majesty! There are still more flames coming from other directions! Possibly all over Equestria!" bellowed a guard, pointing his hoof over at the west.

"We'll stop those as well. But what caused this?" Cadence and everyone were not sure what force made this all possible. This looked like it would've been the work of a Magcargo, Houndoom, Camerupt and other extremely powerful Fire-Types. However, their answer would soon be made.

Up in the sky and through their ears, Cadence and the others heard something angelic nearby. They collectively gasped as they all raised their heads to the sky. Once they did, they saw something they had never seen before.

A Celesteela.

And voila. It had flames coming out of its two arms, using its seemingly endless fuel to soar through the skies with a beaming smile on its face.

"What kind of Pokemon is that?!" Cadence took out her Pokedex, observing the Ultra.

"Celesteela. UB-04 Blaster. The Launch Pokemon. One kind of Ultra Beast. Witnesses have seen it burn down a forest by expelling gas from its two arms while flying across the sky at high speed. High energy readings can be detected coming from both of its huge arms. Although it’s alien to this world and a danger here, it’s apparently a common organism in the world where it normally lives."

"So that's what caused all of this?" Cadence spoke before closing her Pokedex. They found their source.

"Should we deal with it, your majesty?"

"Wait." Cadence stopped the guards before they take action. She observed Celesteela's face and its behaviour as well. "It doesn't seem to be harming anyone else at the moment. Look. The flames are just naturally coming out of its arms. Do you know what that means?"

"Um..." The guards were trying to keep and find an answer to Cadence's question.

"It means that it isn't doing this on purpose. Perhaps, when arriving from an Ultra Wormhole, it decided to take off. But those flames affected the land, quickly spreading fire at a rapid pace. And it doesn't seem like there's anything it can do about it. Even when flying, the flames remain. Cadence explained it all to them. The guards understood clearly now.

"But then...if it decides to take off and fly again at any time, what now? The flames could start again."

"Hm...What to do...?" Cadence tried thinking of a solution to this predicament. She pondered for a bit before coming up with something. "Aha! That might work!"

Shroomish Marshlands. Afternoon.

Over at the Shroomish Marshlands, where many Grass and Poison-Type Pokemon can be found, was where Ash, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Goh and Starlight went to track the Steel-Type signature. One of six."

"Here. This signature should be closeby to these Marshlands." Twilight looked at the tracker. "Just a few more seconds and we'll be seeing its arrival. If it's not Jirachi then we'll head somewhere else."

"I hope it is Jirachi," said Starlight. "Soooo much trouble can just be swept away. Plus it can grant three wishes, right? Why don't we wish for something else when we meet it?"

"What would you even wish for?" Twilight asked.

"I'd wish for um...Hm." Starlight put her lip, squinting her eyes and shifting her pupils around. "Not sure. What do I want? Goh?"

"I know what I want. To have something like Twilight so I can find any Pokemon of any Type but way more than it!" Goh spread his arms out. "That way, finding Pokemon will be way easier since I'll know where to go. What about you, Ash? Gonna wish to be a Pokemon Master?"

"Nah. I can't wish for something like that. Gotta make it real by my own terms."

"Pika-Pika."

"Oh! Here it comes!" Twilight alerted everyone as their attention was drawn to the direction of where the signature was coming from. Just from the east. They were all ears and eyes.

Although, in this case, ears were the only things that mattered. Because immediately, their ears picked up on a certain sound. It almost sounded like some sort of jet or aeroplane was currently flying by here in Equestria. Definitely not the sound of a small Pokemon.

However, Ash and Pikachu instantly recognized the sound of those aerial movements. That was most certainly not something that belonged to Jirachi. Not only that but he and Pikachu heard a cry along with it. It was a fairly audible cry.

"Wait a minute...that's Celesteela!" Ash exclaimed.

"Pikachu!"

"Princess Celestia?" Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Goh and Starlight repeated, believing Ash was mentioning Celestia's name.

"No! Celesteela! Look!" Ash pointed ahead as the figure of Celesteela was coming into view. It indeed was the Launch Pokemon and Ultra Beast, Celesteela.

"What is that?!" Starlight gasped as she, Rainbow Dash, Goh and Twilight took out their Pokedexes for this. They all had Celesteela's dex entry come to them. They learned all about its powerful two arms and how it expels flames from them and everything.

Celesteela cried out while soaring through the skies at great speeds. Greater than it looked considering that it was a Steel-Type Pokemon. And speaking of Steel, Twilight quickly realized the truth of the signature.

"So no Jirachi? Twilight, dropping her ears.

"It's something even better...I'm gonna catch it!" Rainbow Dash and Goh suddenly said as they both looked at each other for a moment.

"Sorry, Goh! But I've got a new partner to add to my team!" Rainbow Dash spread her wings up, taking off like a rocket and causing a shockwave that knocked Goh back.

"Woah!" Goh cried out before falling on his back. "No fair, Rainbow Dash!"

"Ah, Rainbow Dash! Wait!" Ash bellowed trying to reach her. But Rainbow Dash already made up her mind. She wanted an Ultra Beast for herself. The multi-coloured maned pegasus stopped in front of Celesteela, causing the Launch Pokemon to halt its movements. A confused angelic cry left the Ultra Beast's mouth.

"Rarity's got an Ultra Beast of her own. Pinkie Pie's got a Mew. It'd be sweet if I got my own rare Pokemon too!" Rainbow Dash held out her Poke Ball. "Get ready for this! Go, Braviary!" Out of the Poke Ball came the Valiant Pokemon Braviary.

"Braviary!"

"So it was just Celesteela the whole time, huh?" Ash said while looking up. "Then the other five signatures moving fast must mean that they're all Celesteela."

"Pika...

"There's still a chance the other signatures could be Jirachi! Hope isn't lost!" Twilight bellowed, keeping her hopes up.

"Braviary! Use Aerial Ace!" Rainbow Dash attacked first, ordering her Braviary.

"Bravi!" Braviary cawed before coating himself in a flashy white and blue aura. The Valiant Pokemon then vanished from the spot, confusing Celesteela. Before it knew it, Braviary appeared in front of the Launch Pokemon, flying past it while slashing Aerial Ace on its body. Celesteela barely felt that damage. But a frown did meet with its face. And Ash saw this change.

"Rainbow Dash! BraviaryWait! Don't battle it!"

"Huh?" Rainbow Dash and Braviary looked down after Ash's call.

"Bravi?"

After that attack, Celesteela felt threatened, prompting it to retaliate. And it did this via Flash Cannon. But putting both of its massive arms out, the Launch Pokemon gathered all its light energy and released it at once in the form of a massive silver beam. Two of them from both arms.

"Ah!" Rainbow Dash and Braviary both gasped after witnessing these beams come towards them at surprisingly rapid speeds. But, they were quick enough to move out of the way. Celesteela then redirected the beams, sending Flash Cannon to follow its prey.

"Lucario, stop it!" Ash took out his Poke Ball, throwing it upwards and towards the Flash Cannon. Out of it came the Aura Pokemon Lucario.

"Lucario!" Lucario roared as he put his arms out. The Aura Pokemon personally took the massive Flash Cannon, shielding Rainbow Dash and Braviary for it. An outburst of explosive energy emerged with a large smoke cloud. However, Lucario jumped out of the cloud, tanking the attack without a scratch.

"Celesteela, wait!" Ash shouted towards the Launch Pokemon drawing its attention. The Ultra Beast faced Ash and the others below, wondering what they had to say. "Sorry about that!"

"Pika-Pika!"

Celesteela...actually understood the accident. It was a very understanding Pokemon as it could tell what a sincere apology was. With that, it ceased its attack, descending to the ground without expelling flames from its two arms for once. It doesn't need to when descending.

"My bad." Rainbow Dash sighed, apologizing to the Launch Pokemon as well with Braviary doing the same. "Thought I could get a good battle in and a catch."

"Braviary..."

"No need to worry." Ash patted Rainbow Dash on the back. "I was kinda like that way back then."

"Pika-Pikachu." Pikachu did the same to Braviary.

"Yikes these Ultra Beasts keep getting bigger don't they?" Starlight gawked at Celesteela. The size of it was just overwhelming to look at. Not on the same scale as Wailord or Eternatus but still wild. "It's taller than Pheromosa."

"Buzzwole came here to flex his muscles. Pheromosa came here for exploration and beauty. Kartana just wanted to cut things." Twilight listed some of the Ultra Beasts and their needs. "What did Celesteela come for?"

In response, Celesteela unleashed a heavenly cry, expanding to all of them what it came here for. And essentially, all of its fellow Celesteela. Lucario had received that message as he passed it over to Ash via an Aura Communication Pulse.

"Oh. You just came here fly as much as you want with a ton of space. And the same goes for your friends, right?" Ash translated for everyone as Celesteela nodded in confirmation. "Not a bad wish."

"That's it? Just flying around?" Goh scratched his head.

"Mhm. But the last Celesteela Pikachu and I met had something higher than that. Back in Alola, one Celesteela wanted to head to the moon. It was buried under Alola for 200 years, trying to find the energy to break free. Thanks to Sophocles that happened."

"200 years?!" Goh and the others screeched after hearing that astronomical number. Celesteela can certainly live for a long time.

"So, they're all just Celesteela? Aw..." Twilight was further disappointed that her Jirachi hope had been crumbled into pieces. Shattered and obliterated.

"Pi? Pika! Pikachu!" Pikachu then alerted the group as he smelled something off. Something like smoke. And speaking of smoke, over in the distance, where Pikachu alerted the group and pointing towards, smoke could be seen rising.

"What's up with that?! A forest fire?!" Twilight gasped. Celesteela could see ahead thanks to its towering size. And it quickly realized what was the cause of this. Its brain thinks fairly past, almost on the same level as a Psychic-Type Pokemon. The Launch Pokemon then let out another heavenly cry for Lucario to gather.

"Lu!" Lucario then sent another pulse to Ash, telling him what exactly Celesteela said.

"Is that what happened?! Then Equestria's gonna be burned down at that rate! Ash translated before he and Pikachu ran ahead. No time to stand around as they had to stop these flames from going off.

"Ash! Wait!" Soon, Twilight and the others followed after him and Pikachu. Celesteela decided not to take off. It would just cause damage to the land if it expelled flames from its flight. The Launch Pokemon could only stand by.

"Hey! W-Why aren't you coming along?!" Rainbow Dash turned to Celesteela.

"If it takes off, it'll just make more fire!" Ash rapidly answered before rushing off. Celesteela had a disheartened frown meet its face. It wished it could've known this from the start.

After all, the Celesteela have been taking off on the ground instead of anything flammable like grass. They aren't used to something like this considering how long they've been living in the Ultra Crater.

And this was happening everywhere else.

The Celesteela and their combined flames had spread across Equestria, causing furious wildfires that no one expected. Not even the Fire-Type Pokemon. If something isn't done, Equestria will become nothing but ash.

As the journey continues.

Chapter 512 End.
