//------------------------------// // The Four Flames // Story: My Little Pokémon // by Amarvax //------------------------------// Alola. Seafolk Village. Afternoon. Seafolk Village. The village of wandering people who live on ships. The people and Pokemon all seem to love living free and unfettered in this simple village. Twilight had arrived here with Eve while using the Charizard Poke Ride. The Flame Pokemon had descended, landing near the Ferry stop. "Charizard." "Thanks, Charizard." Twilight and Eve got off the Fire-Flying-Type. "Espeon." "We'll be right back. Just as soon as we find that Psychium Z." Twilight and Eve walked off, setting off to find the Psychium Z here in Seafolk Village. Or at least, ask for any tips on where it may be. "Zard." "Alright, Eve. Let's make it quick. There's only 1 hour left and those stones sure aren't easy to find. Wonder why Pinkie and Mew went a different way?" Twilight then looked to the east where Pinkie Pie and Mew suddenly went to. "Eon..." "Well, anyway, they've probably got a good lead on a Z Crystal. When we get that Psychium Z, we'll be stronger than ever, right?" "Espeon." The Sun Pokemon agreed as her trainer came across the first person she saw, running up to him. "Alola!" Twilight gave out the natural Alola greeting. "Espeon!" "Alola!" The man and his Pokemon greeted back. "Pansear!" "Do you know where we can find the Psychium Z? A whole school of us are searching for Z-Crystals right about now," Twilight asked. "Psychium Z?" The man looked at his Pansear, thinking for a bit. "Uh...The Fairium Z can be found somewhere here if that helps?" "I'll let my friends who want that Z-Crystal know that. But thanks anyway." "Actually...There is one Psychic-Type crystal that you can find somewhere near here." The man did remember something. "One with seething amounts of Psychic energy." "Really?" Twilight and Eve leaned in. "Yeah. Just east from here." He pointed to the east. "Right over at Poni Island. A few Z-Crystals are lying around there but one of them is Psychic. It comes straight from Poni Wilds too." "Poni Wilds...?" Twilight then thought back to what Hala told her and all the other students back at Melemele Meadow. Something related to Poni Island and the wilderness there. "Oh! One thing I should mention! There is one Z-Crystal you cannot approach no matter what. Over at Poni Wilds, there exists a Z-Crystal with some much overflowing power that anyone who goes near them will be met with an intense aura that can greatly harm them. Many have tried to obtain this crystal, but they've never seen it before. Only the aura it emits. It's a forbidden Z-Crystal." "The forbidden Z-Crystal. Poni Wilds..." Twilight paused before realizing which direction Pinkie Pie and Mew went to. "Oh...Uh oh! Pinkie! Mew!" "Mew?!" The man squinted his eyes after hearing the name of the Mythical Pokemon Mew." "We have to go! Thanks, by the way!" Twilight quickly spread her wings out, flying off with Eve following her. "Uh...You're welcome." The man and his Pansear waved goodbye slowly. "Pansear..." The alicorn and her partner moved as fast they could. They feared for the safety of their friend after hearing how this forbidden Z-Crystal can harm those around the area. She was hoping that Pinkie and Mew hadn't been harmed yet or even reached the wilds. Just up ahead, north from here, were the Poni Wilds. It wasn't too far from here but considering how fast Mew flew when disguised as a Garchomp, it might be too late. But Twilight didn't want to believe that. Deep underneath Poni Wilds. Mew, who had just turned into an Excadrill, had already dug a hole through the ground after responding to the anonymous Psychic call. Pinkie Pie ended up following as there were multiples holes with dirt lying everywhere, littering the wilderness. "Mew! Where are we going?" Pinkie asked while moving through the underground. "Exca!" Mew himself wasn't so sure. He just knew that something or someone was calling him from afar. Instead of it being one voice, it felt like billions of voices were calling out to the New Species Pokemon as he kept digging." "Spin?" Spinda popped out of Pinkie Pie's mane as even she was wondering what Mew was up to. Only Mew could feel this Psychic call and no one else. Mew wishes he could describe this strange feeling to Pinkie Pie. But unfortunately, Pinkie can't speak to Pokemon like Fluttershy or Ash. The calls kept coming. The sound of a million voices kept luring the New Species Pokemon in. But they weren't random voices. Mew felt like he's heard them before. Mostly because the voices sounded like himself. To Mew, it sounded like another one of his species was calling out to him. And the closer he got, the more he could understand these calls and feel them. "Drill!" The Psychic-Type stopped for a moment as he could feel the strongest call yet. He then looked forward, finally knowing where it was coming from. "Huh? Mew?" "Spin?" "Excadrill!" By giving it all he had, the disguised Mew dug faster than ever, almost matching the speed of an actual Excadrill by how hard he was putting in all this work. Clumps of dirt rapidly fell, landing onto Pinkie and Spinda. They were already a mess from coming down here anyway. "What's gotten into him today?" Pinkie felt lost as she blew the dirt away from her muzzle. "Spinda..." "Drill!" Mew saw that even with how fast he was digging, it would still take some time. So, he decided to switch things up to speed the process. He did this by transforming himself into a Gengar. "Gengar!" "Now Gengar? What's going with you, Mew?" Pinkie wondered as her partner suddenly grabbed both her and Spinda. By using Gengar's intangibility, Mew affected his friends, giving them temporary intangibility as well. "Gar!" Mew then flew upwards at high speeds, phasing through the walls while giving Pinkie Pie and Spinda a great ride. "Woah!" "Spinda!" Even though they were intangible right now, they could still feel the rush that Mew was giving to them. They went through many walls of the underground in Poni Wilds as everything seemed to get darker the further they went. However, beyond these dark and thick walls and the lower half of Poni Wilds, there was something hidden from the rest of Alola. Something so secretive that the only thing that is known about it is the strange energy that comes out of it. That same energy Hala mentioned harms those that come near. Where the forbidden Z-Crystal resides. And once Mew passed through the last wall, he and his friends ended up in an unexpected hidden area that could potentially only be accessed via digging or just phasing through like a ghost. An entire cave was through here. But not just an ordinary cave. One that had dark pink crystals plastered everywhere on the murky walls, letting out constant glows of pink light. But, these lights seemed weak and faint, only maintaining a little amount of light. This cave was very spacious to the point where it held billions of these lights. "A cave?" Pinkie Pie gawked at the cave with pink crystals. "Look at all these crystals...? Are they all the Psychim Z?" She looked closer to see for herself. But, these crystals were half broken so it was hard to tell if they were Z-Crystals or just average crystals. "Gengar." Mew descended before transforming back into his normal self as Pinkie Pie and Spinda hopped off, landing on the ancient ground of this spacious cave of pink crystals. "Mew." "Spinda?" "Is this where you wanted to come, Mew?" "Mew-Mew!" The New Species Pokemon nodded as he flew forward. The calls were still coming in. A plethora of them that he couldn't ignore. Pinkie Pie and Spinda followed their friend through this dark pink cave with faint lights. Something about this place felt ancient. As if it existed during the earlier days of the world. There was no sign of life here and any form of water had been dried up and wiped out of existence by this point. An unpleasant place to be in. And yet, there was something here that kept pulling Mew in. "This place is already giving me the creeps..." The earth pony shuddered. "Mew!" Mew suddenly called out as he stopped floating. "What is it, Mew?!" Pinkie gasped to see what Mew had spotted. The New Species Pokemon had spotted some abnormal, unexpected and horrifying. And soon, Pinkie PIe and Spinda would witness this find as they came to an immediate halt from utter shock. The two of them stopped by Mew as Spinda hid behind Pinkie Pie's leg after seeing this mysterious and anonymous discovery. Although, it wasn't anonymous anymore. Because one good glance revealed what it was. It was a Mew that was fading away, holding a Z-Crystal. "What the..." Wela Volcano Park. Elsewhere, the Island Trial of Fluttershy and Scootaloo was about to commence against the Totem Marowak. It took a while, but they could finally get going. But one rule had to be made. "Maro!" The Bone Keeper Pokemon suddenly put his hand out, explaining the one simple rule of this battle. "Hm? Oh. We're only limited to two Pokemon?" Fluttershy translated. "Alright, that's fine. I have three Pokemon with me. Um...Scorbunny counts even if he's not mine." "Scorbun!" "Aw, just two?!" Scootaloo pouted as she was hoping to use all of her Pokemon for this. "Oh, fine...Can we just start now?" "Marowak!" Marowak let out a mighty roar as he spun his flaming spectral bone around, officially starting the trial as his body was overflowing with aura. The trial could begin. "Looks like it's time. Who wants to go first?" Fluttershy asked. "Scorbunny!" Scorbunny obviously wanted to go first as he stepped forward, choosing himself. "Go, Horsea!" Scootaloo sent her Horsea out. "Horsea!" "Marowak!" Marowak gave the call for the battle to begin at last. "Okay! We'll make the first move! Horsea, use Water Pulse!" "Horsea...! The Dragon Pokemon raised his head, gathering up water from within his mouth. "Go, Scorbunny! Use Flame Charge!" "Scor!" Scorbunny nodded as he ran past Horsea, cloaking himself in scarlet flames while heading straight for his fellow Fire-Type. And at the same time, Horsea had just unleashed a pulsing blast of ultrasonic water from his mouth. "Marowak!" As a response, Marowak used the move Detect as his eyes glowed light blue for a moment before, dashing past both the pulsating blast of water and Scorbunny's advancing charge and evading them. The Bone Keeper Pokemon then appeared behind Horsea after the dodge. "Scor?!" Scorbunny came to a screeching halt as his speed had been increased after the Flame Charge. "Horsea?!" The Dragon Pokemon noticed his move missed before then realizing who was behind him. "Behind you, Horsea! Dodge, quick!" Scootaloo cried out. "Maro!" Marowak quickly spun his bone around before using his signature move, Shadow Bone. In the blink of an eye, Alolan Marowak tightly gripped his bone, with a purple flame gathering around one of the ends and a blue aura briefly flashing inside the centre. It then stopped spinning before striking Horsea in the back, creating a burst of both purple and blue flames once it made contact. "Sea!" Horsea went flying from the burst of flames as she flew past Scorbunny. The attack happened so fast, it was hard for him to dodge. "Ah! Horsea!" Scootaloo gasped. "Bun!" "Wak!" Marowak the changed targets, heading straight for Scorbunny next with the move Bone Rush. He held his bone out, lunging at the Rabbit Pokemon. "Scorbunny, dodge it with Quick Attack!" "Bunny!" The Fire-Type narrowed his eyes a white aura outlined his body. When Marowak smashed his bone down, Scorbunny moved back at lightning speeds, leaving a white trail and evading the bone as Marowak caused the ground to crack from the impact. "Maro?" "Flame Charge, go!" "Scor! Scor! Scor!" The Rabbit Pokemon quickly veered on the ground before cloaking himself in fire and rushing towards Marowak. "Wak!" Marowak however, continued to use Bone Rush as he ran towards his fellow Fire-Type. Scorbunny them bashed his head onto Marowak's bone, causing an immediate collision. "Scorbun!" Scorbunny rapidly moved his legs, running as fast he could as he was trying to break past Marowak's bone. And at the same time, Marowak kept his bone up, trying to push through. "Horsea, quick! Water Pulse again!" "Sea!" Horsea had just recovered after that potent Shadow Bone to the back. The Water-Type quickly locked onto Marowak who was still in the midst of a struggle with Scorbunny. Horsea knew he had to be careful not to hit Scorbunny with Water Pulse. "Horsea!" The Dragon Pokemon then shot out an ultrasonic wave of water from his mouth. "Maro?!" "Scorbunny, look out!" Fluttershy warned. "Bunny!" Scorbunny knew he had to break up this struggle. But, as a way of separating from the Bone Keeper Pokemon, the Rabbit Pokemon used his legs to sweep Marowak before running away with Flame Charge, which also increased his speed. "Wak?!" Marowak gasped as he had been tripped by Scorbunny's sneaky leg sweep. Because of this, he lost his balance and couldn't find the time to avoid the attack. Not when he fell over. Thus, Water Pulse had hit him, dealing super-effective damage and causing a watery explosion that knocked the Bone Keeper Pokemon back. "Maro!" "Haha! Direct hit!" Scootaloo cheered. "Horsea!" "Are you alright, Scorbunny?" Fluttershy asked. "Scorbun!" "Marowak." Marowak got up, holding his head after that direct Water Pulse. That sweep from Scorbunny was also surprising. The Bone Keeper Pokemon could see that he might have some trouble in this battle. So, he decided to try something before continuing. "Marowak!" The Boner Keeper Pokemon suddenly cried out into the sky with a howl. The battle had been paused as Scootaloo was wondering what Marowak was up to. "Uh...what's he doing?" "Oh." Fluttershy immediately noticed. "He's calling for help!" "Help? But aren't supposed to be battling just him?" "Maro! Marowak!" Marowak raised his voice, continuing to call the nearest ally. And with the right tone and frequency, the nearest Pokemon and most common ally to Marowak had responded. From the sides of the peak of this steep mountain, the sounds of someone crawling at quick speeds could be heard. Mainly from Audino who heard it first. "Dino?!" The Hearing Pokemon turned around along with everyone else, wondering who was climbing up here. "Sala!" It was none other than the Toxic Lizard Pokemon, Salazzle. This was Totem Alolan Marowak's most common ally to call in battle as she stood beside the Bone Keeper Pokemon. "Salazzle!" "Salazzle?!" Scootaloo shrieked as she was a bit intimidated by Salazzle. And who could blame her? It was a menacing Pokemon to look at. "Oh my. This might be a bit trickier than it was originally." Fluttershy observed. "But it's alright." "Are you even bothered or cautious about this...?" Scootaloo said under her breath. "Maro!" Marowak spun his bone around while Salazzle got on all fours, ready to attack. And attack they did. Salazzle went first by firing globs of purple, poisonous liquid from the pattern on her back at both Scorbunny and Horsea. Marowak ended up going for another Shadow Bone by running towards Horsea. "Horsea! Bubble Beam!" "Scorbunny! High Jump Kick!" "Scorbun!" Scorbunny looked at the incoming globs of poison as he suddenly jumped off the ground at impressive heights. The Rabbit Pokemon's leg started glowing yellow as he went over the poisonous globs before heading straight for Salazzle. "Sala!" Salazzle quickly responded by suddenly extending her tongue and wrapping it around Scorbunny's leg, stopping High Jump Kick. "Bunny?!" "Oh!" Fluttershy gasped. "Sala!" Salazzle then slammed Scorbunny into the ground with her tongue, holding the Rabbit Pokemon within her grasp. "Scor!" "Maro!" Marowak closed in on Horsea who was shooting out multiple bubbles from his mouth at high speeds. "Wak!" But, Marowak used his one to whack away the bubbles, popping them with its spectral energy. "Hor?!" "Wak!" Marowak then spun his bone around, moving it at such speeds that the ghostly fire from it started whirling out like a hurricane, going straight for Horsea while obliterating the bubbles. The bubbles of Bubble Beam stood no chance against the furious flames of the dead as the whirling spectral flames ended up engulfing the Dragon Pokemon. "H-Horsea!" Horsea closed his eyes as he was being spun around by the spectral flames while also taking damage from it. "S-Sea!" "Maro!" As if that wasn't enough, Marowak jumped into the hurricane of spectral flames, continuing Shadow Bone as he slammed his bone onto Horsea's head. "Hor!" "Horsea, get out of there quick!" "S-Sea!" Horsea was trying his best to escape, but it wasn't exactly going too well for him right now as Marowak kept continuously striking the Dragon Pokemon while the ghostly flame hurricane hurt him. And Scorbunny wasn't faring any better as Salazzle kept slamming, dragging and spinning him around. "S-Scor!" "Scorbunny! Set your body on fire with Flame Charge!" "B-Bunny!" Scorbunny growled as he engulfed his entire body in fire, hoping to get Salazzle off. The Toxic Lizard Pokemon's eyes widened as she felt a sudden burn on her tongue, causing her to twitch and loosen her grip. "S-S-Sala!" Salazzle cried out as smoke came out of her tongue. Scorbunny managed to break free by jumping back. "So, so sorry!" Fluttershy apologized to Salazzle. "Grr....! Horsea! Try Twister!" "S-Sea!" Horsea would try and attempt his own form of a whirlwind. By using the Dragon-Type move-Twister. All he had to was find the right moment to use it during Marowak's constant barrage of hits. When Marowak stopped his current hit to go for another one, Horsea found an opportunity. "Horsea!" Before Marowak could perform his next wing, the Dragon Pokemon pointed his head up and spun around quickly, making himself into a twister. Within the water, Horsea created a draconic tornado to counteract the spectral fire tornado. And counteract it did. "Wak?!" Both the Twister and spectral whirlwind cancelled each other out, causing both Pokemon to be launched back to equal power. In the end, they both took damage, but Horsea took way more considering how many times he had been hit as they both tumbled. "Hor!" "Maro!" "Scorbunny...!" Scorbunny breathed in and out as he was already a bit tired. This was his first experience in a Pokemon battle so it was only natural. "Salazzle!" Salazzle suddenly rushed in, heading straight for a Shadow Claw on Horsea instead of Scorbunny as her hands were covered in shadows. "Sea?!" "Sala!" The Toxic Lizard Pokemon lunged forward, appearing above the Dragon Pokemon. "Horsea! Water Pulse!" "Hor..!" Horsea summoned a sphere of water in front of him while Salazzle swung her shadow-infested claws at the Water-Type. "Lazzle!" "Sea!" Horsea then fired the attack at the same time Salazzle swiped. The claws of Shadow Claw ended up colliding with Water Pulse, causing an in-your-face explosion of water that engulfed both Pokemon. "Sala!" Salazzle took some super-effective damage from that while being forced back as in the end, Horsea's attack was the one that landed. Surprisingly, Horsea was still standing. But that was mostly from taking not very effective damage from that. But, he was currently on the verge of fainting if this kept up. "H-Horsea." "Oh. Horsea! You don't look too good right now. Come back for now!" Scootaloo called back her Horsea, returning the Dragon Pokemon into his Poke Ball. "Phew..." "Do you want to come back too, Scorbunny?" Fluttershy asked. "Scorbun!" Scorbunny chose to stay in. He was fairly stubborn and a bit prideful. He wanted to win this without swapping with any of his teammates. "Oh, okay." "We could've totally finished this if he didn't call for an ally." Scootaloo pouted. "It's fine. We can still win this. Let's just stay calm and keep our composure. If we work together as a team in this, we can finish this battle as soon as we can. Marowak and Salazzle might have great teamwork which could lead them to win it all." Fluttershy observed. "Working as a team will help us through this. And we may not lose one Pokemon if we do." "Oh. Right." Scootaloo nodded. "I gotcha. You're up next, Ponyta." "Ponyta!" Ponyta ran in front of Scootaloo. "Maro. Marowak." Marowak looked at Salazzle as they were already planning on using their full team skills to end this. "Sala." The Toxic Lizard Pokemon nodded in understanding as all of a sudden, Marowak jumped onto Salazzle's back, using her as a ride. "Marowak!" The Bone Keeper Pokemon raised his bone club high as Salazzle charged at Scorbunny. "Scorbunny! Get onto Ponyta's back!" "Ponyta, use Flame Charge!" "Scor!" Scorbunny quickly hopped onto Ponyta's back while the Fire Horse Pokemon ignited his entire body, cloaking himself in flames. "Ponyta!" With a loud neigh, Ponyta galloped forward, heading straight for Salazzle. "Wak!" Marowak was ready to swing his bone club towards Scorbunny and Ponyta with Bone Rush while Salazzle was going for a Shadow Claw. "Sala!" "Scorbunny, use Flame Charge as well!" "Scorbunny!" Scorbunny held onto Ponyta's back as tightly as he could before also surrounding himself in a fiery aura. With him also using Flame Charge, both Fire-Types ended merging their flames as one, creating an even larger Flame Charge as a trial of giant flames could be seen. Marowak and Salazzle swung their attacks at their opposing opponents, immediately meeting with the giant flaming aura of Flame Charge instead of Ponyta and Scorbunny themselves. Upon collision, a furious explosion of fire, mainly from Flame Charge, occurred. The four Fire-Types were able to equal each other out from their attacks as they were all sent flying back with Scorbunny and Marowak being dismounted from Salazzle. "Ponyta! High Horsepower!" "Nyta!" Ponyta recovered before standing on his hind legs as his body became surrounded by an orange aura. He then charged towards Salazzle. "Salazzle! Salazzle quickly used Flame Burst by swinging her tail, causing flaming hot red liquids to come flying out from the red patterns of her body. Ponyta!" Ponyta closed his eyes as he kept running. The red liquids poured onto him, unleashing a seething pain that could get to almost anyone. But Ponyta, for the time he had, managed to endure it for a while before slamming into Salazzle. "Ta!" "S-Sala!" Salazzle's eyes widened along with her mouth opening after being hit head-on by High Horsepower. She took super-effective damage due to her Fire-Poison-Typing as she was launched like a rocket. "Now! Fire Spin!" "Ponyta!" Ponyta was down as he raised his head, looking at Salazzle before charging up a vortex of fire in his mouth. "Wak!" The Bone Keeper Pokemon saw this as he couldn't allow his ally Pokemon to fall. Marowak quickly used Bone Rush, holding his bone high before throwing it at Ponyta as hard as he could. "Scorbunny! Stop it with Quick Attack!" "Scorbun!" Thanks to the constant use of Flame Charge, Scorbunny was faster than ever as he moved at lightning speeds, blitzing off the ground and leaving scorching footprints from his speed. "Bunny!" The Rabbit Pokemon appeared in front of the bone club using his foot to knock the bone back at Marowak, protecting Marowak. "Maro?!" Marowak gasped as he had been hit by his own bone while Bone Rush was still active. And at the same time, an intense spiral of fire flew out of Ponyta's mouth before engulfing Salazzle within the attack. "Ponyta!" "Sala!" Salazzle spun around in the flaming vortex before it expanded around her. Marowak had just fallen over from that counterattack as the fiery vortex was growing, heading for him. Fire Spin was a move that could affect all foes like an actual vortex or tornado. "Maro!?" "Scorbun!" Scorbunny quickly ran back as the vortex of flames had caught Marowak, pulling him inside as he and Salazzle were now both spinning around. "M-Marowak!" "S-Salazzle!" "Oh my. Maybe that was a bit too much..." Fluttershy observed as the vortex of Fire kept going. "Ah, it's fine. Let's finish this, Fluttershy!" "A-Alright! Scorbunny, use Ember!" "And Double Kick it Ponyta!" "Scorbun!" Scorbunny suddenly kicked up a pebble from all the rubble here, playing around with it like a soccer ball before igniting it into a ball of Fire. "Scor!" Scorbunny then kicked the ball of fire forward while Ponyta turned around, raising his back legs before, bucking into the ball of fire. Ponyta's added force from Double Kick strengthened the Ember, making it grow in size and giving it more power and speed. "Pony!" The powered-up Ember was flying at breakneck speeds, faster than it normally should go as it flew through the fiery vortex of Fire Spin before hitting both Marowak and Salazzle each. Afterwards, an explosion of spinning flames erupted, causing everyone to close their eyes and move back as Alolan Marowak and Salazzle came flying out of the explosion with smoke trailing out of them. Afterwards, the two Pokemon fell to the ground. They had taken heavy damage from all of that. Especially the final explosion. Due to this, they were unable to continue. They had both fainted. "Marowak..." "Salazzle..." "Oh! Yeah!" Scootaloo jumped up with cheers of victory. "We won!" She then hugged Fluttershy with a powerful grip, jumping up and down while Scorbunny and Ponyta bumped their paw and hoof against each other. "Ough!" Fluttershy's eyes expanded from the hug. "W-We sure did." "Scorbunny!" "Ponyta!" "Maro..." Marowak sat up as he held his head after a fierce battle. So did Salazzle who felt a bit dazed. Fluttershy's Audino quickly went over to both of them, deciding to be the one to heal them. "Audino." "Thank you for the fun battle, Marowak and Salazzle," Fluttershy said, walking up to the two Fire-Types. "Sorry if we went a bit overboard at the last moment. "Maro-Maro." "Sala." They both said it was fine. It was an important Pokemon battle. They had to give it everything they had after all. "Congrats you two!" Just then, arriving after climbing the steep mountain was Olivia. She had to actually be there to dictate if they had actually won instead of just coming back to her and saying they won the trial. "Oh. Olivia." Scootaloo turned around. "That was a fine battle." Olivia clapped as she no longer looked like a mess. "And a great first go at your first Island Trial?" "Heh. Wasn't it?" Scootaloo smiled with confidence. "Because of that, I can safely say that you two have earned these." Olivia dug into her jacket pocket, pulling out the needed rewards of this. Two Firium Z-Crystals. "Here. The Firium Z Crystals are yours." "Oooh...!" Fluttershy and Scootaloo gawked at their surprisingly beautiful scarlet shine with their eyes lighting up along with the Pokemon. "Scorbun...!" "Pony...!" Both ponies took the Z-Crystals holding them high up with wide and soft smiles on their faces. "Success!" They both cried out in joy. Poni Wilds. Twilight and Eve had just arrived at the Poni Wilds on Poni Island after remembering which direction Pinkie Pie and Mew went. They came across the wilderness and the massive array of dug holes here. Although, they didn't actually know that these holes were never here in the first place. "Pinkie Pie! Mew!" Twilight called out. "Where are you?!" "Espeon!" Call as much as they want, their voices weren't reaching their friends. Especially considering how deep in the ground they were right now. Eve tried looking inside the holes to see if she could find something. There were a lot of them so it might take a while. At the same time, Twilight decided to call her friends via the Xtransceiver, instantly selecting Rarity's Trainer ID. She did this in a hurry since she was worried about her friends right now. The Xtransceiver had then been responded immediately. "Hello?" Rarity whistled. "Rarity! I need your help!" "Oh, right now, darling? We're currently in the middle of finding the Waterium Z. This Wishiwashi is proving to be a bit on an issue at the moment." Rarity twirled her hair as Ampharos was currently battling against a School Form Wishiwashi. "Ampha!" Ampharos unleashed a violent blast of Thunder onto the Small Fry Pokemon by summoning a blast of thunder from his body. "W-Wish!" "It's important! Pinkie Pie and Mew went over to the Poni Wilds! You know? The place where the Forbidden Z-Crystal is?!" "Hoh!" Rarity gasped with her mane shooting up. "We'll be right there at your location...Ampharos! Our friends need us! Let's wrap this up and go!" "Pharos!" Ampharos understood as he unleashed a ferocious Dragon Pulse from his mouth with a dragon-shaped shockwave engulfing the School Form Wishiwashi. In little time, not only had the Wishwashi all separated and scattered, returning the Small Fry Pokemon into its normal form, but it had also fainted from Ampharos's relentless attack. "W-Wishiwashi..." Ampharos quickly ran to Rarity as their friends could potentially be in danger at the moment with little time to spare. But little did they know, they were currently within something that was hard to be described. Was it safe or dangerous? That was unknown for now. 1 hour remains while the rest of the Z-Crystals are being picked up by some students here and there as the journey continues. Chapter 420 End.
