After war, peace has returned to the lands of Equestria and to the lands of the newly formed Empire of Man. In those days of peace, even the smallest events can count for a story.
Twilight Sparkle is an expert in unicorn magic, but earth pony magic remains a mystery to her. The books in her library have very little information about the earth tribe's abilities, other than their famous strength. Twilight is determined to uncover their secrets.
What she learns will change her life.
And it just might change Applejack's life as well.

Life for Equestria will never be quite the same now that two worlds have united. The Monsters from the Underground of Earth, the human ambassador Frisk, both are eager to make friends with a new kind of being...the pony. And the ponies, in turn, are quite eager to welcome more friends into their lives, especially those who seem so willing and talented! What could go wrong? Well...actually a lot. But a lot can go RIGHT too!
A collection of stories done in collaboration with me and MisterEbony, to give to you, the reader, a peek into the best of two worlds. I hope you all enjoy them half as much as we enjoyed writing them!
Prince Blueblood retires to his room after a long day, hoping for some much needed relaxation. As he walks in, he is happy to note someone waiting for him.
There are twelve of us, four from each tribe. Twelve of the most elite and powerful guards in all of Equestrian history with one goal in mind: to protect Princess Celestia’s life no matter the cost. Error is not a word in our dictionary. We don’t comprehend the definition of failure.
Honestly, it’s not all that bad. Sure it’s tight out there - but we’re family. A close, knuckleheaded family of brothers and sisters bonded through putting up with Celestia’s nonsense. There’s not a thing we wouldn’t do for each other. The Princess knows it - it’s why she trusts us as much as she does. And why we trust the Princess as much as we do.

Letters. Everyone writes them, and they're not just for ponies. Be they carriers of serious news, friendly correspondence between pen pals, or declarations of heart and heartbreak, each one is written with a clear purpose or goal in mind.
Celestia uses them to try and keep her faithful student and friends in line, and try to keep an unbalanced world on the straight and narrow.
This is much harder than it sounds.

So a human is in Equestria and is turned into a unicorn. Yadda yadda, we've seen this premise a few thousand times.
But what if he went into Equestria's entertainment business and became a movie director? What if the movies he made were adaptations of his favorite movies and stories back on Earth? How would ponies and other races react to human stories that are morally complex, dark, and terrifying?

Disclaimer: Not a real-life religion, so there's no need to get all up in arms over a fic with the 'comedy' tag.
Post-Conversion Earth is a calm, peaceful place. However, it lacks the certain kind of chaos that only religion can bring. Enter a single, fanatical human from space to dish out his own kind of conversion.
Religion is coming to Equestria, brought by a single, oblivious, fanatic. On a divine mission from his God (at least that's what he thinks), this lone human will not rest until he saves the souls of all. With zeal in his heart, a holy tome in his hands and unyielding faith, he shall bring the true meaning of conversion back to Equestria.
Whether the ponies like it or not.
So grab your prayer beads, strap on your finest missionary boots and prepare for a preachin' you won't forget.

My name is Ru'dehm Lekishael, although my best friend calls me by the nickname "Red Delicious." Who is my best friend? Some... magical tiny horse named Applejack. She's faithful and strong. She also wears a hat.
I'm not sure what brings her to Tamriel, but she never asks why I left Hammerfell for the frozen heart of Skyrim, so... that's perfectly fine by me. It's not easy trying to scrape a living here in Whiterun, but having AJ with me makes it bearable. She looks after me and I look after her. Along the way we take out a few bandits and bounties, and that's enough to make the both of us feel accomplished.
All things considered, I really can't complain. We've got a pair of sleeping mats at the Bannered Mare, and the Nords around here are kind enough... every other Morndas or Tirdas, that is. But we're starting to get used to them; we have to. After all, it's 4E 201, the start of a new century. What's the worst that could happen?
