    After centuries of remaining childless, Princess Celestia has an heir. Her son, Bronze Star, joins the Mane 6 and helps them keep Equestria safe from certain dangers. Along the way, he develops a strong romantic connection with one of the six mares.
    Overtime, Bronze Star uncovers two plots. One of them involves his Aunt, Princess Luna. He learns that her spite and envy were not the only reasons why she became Nightmare Moon. Something far more diabolical and dangerous was responsible for her madness. Worst of all, she is still not safe from this evil.
    The other plot concerns Princess Celestia. Bronze Star discovers that a group of political dissidents are conspiring to assassinate his mother. Motivated by his love for her and her reign, he vows to hunt the insurgents down and purge the threat they pose at any cost. Even if that means wiping out every last one of them in the process.

    Book IV
    Dusk used to think he was the most unimportant, useless pony that had ever lived. He didn't think that anypony would accept him and he would always be alone, save for one. How wrong he was. With the lord of chaos sealed away once again and his true destiny discovered, to say Dusk has come a long way from where he began would be an understatement.
    Now he's the Seventh Element, new responsibilities as well as new opportunities have been opened up to him. An education, under one of the most powerful beings in Equestria has begun, allowing him to expand upon his magic, if he can handle it. At long last, he has taken his his friendship with Twilight to the next level, but that was only the first step. Now, they both must learn not only the magic of friendship, but of romance too.
    But not everything is as perfect as it appears. Blackhole Doom may be gone, but his deeds and memories remain in Dusk's mind. Can he cope with the scars his darker self has left? Will he and his friends be able to confront them or will he keep them locked away? A story is told of a Fallen Soul, a fallen hero from time long past. But how much of it is actually a story and could it be something more?
    With all of this, meeting new ponies, the good and the bad, new lessons to learn and new adventures to be had, it is true to say that Dusk... has finally dawned.

    Sol was a stallion living a secret life, but after an incident involving his father's side of the family, he was hidden away and sealed within a crystal. That was over one thousand years ago, and has since then remained dormant, waiting to be awakened to aid Equestria in a time of dire need, or when it's finally safe enough for him to return. At least, that's how it was supposed to go.

    Having been accidentally awoken, Sol must now adjust to the present world, cope with what he's lost with time, sort out his growing feelings for another pony, and eventually, accept his position in this modern-day Equestria. However, even after a thousand years, some grudges aren't so easily forgotten.

    20-year-old Ryan Burbank is living with his girlfriend in their woodland home when he is struck by a mysterious infection seemingly out of nowhere. To everyone's horror, his sickness spreads quickly throughout his body, shutting him down one piece at a time. The doctors are at a loss of what to do about this new form of bacteria. Ryan and his loved ones choose to keep fighting until either a cure can be discovered...or the pain becomes too much.
    At the height of his suffering, he discovers a happy little show while watching television in his hospital room. The bright colors and happy attitudes of the cartoon equines provide him with a much-needed escape from the daily pain of being killed from the inside.
    Eventually, the pain becomes too much and he decides it would be better to go out surrounded by his family, in the embrace of those who kept him company throughout his short life. Just as he starts to fade, his eyes wander to the screen of the hospital room television and the cartoon ponies who adorn it. Something strange begins to occur...almost like the screen is pulling him in. Tunnel vision, maybe?
    No, that can't be it...why can he hear his name being called by a very familiar voice? And why is she...crying? Who is this crying, familiar voice and why does she seem to know him?
