Yearling has completed transcription, granting favor upon the masses to partake of her literary splendor. There is no doubt the cost will be great, but my coffers are forever yours to employ. Whatever the price, I am more than willing to pay, so long as your blessing falls upon me.

pretty sure it was Twilight, and either Twi wanted Anon to write that way to gain favor/make it seem more pleading, or Anon made it like that to screw with Twilight & Celestia/he wrote it like that beacuse of how Twilight was acting while she had him scribing the letter.
