Today I learned that you shouldn’t settle legal disputes through dodgeball. Not only because verbal contracts are non-binding, but because injuries incurred while playing will lead to more legal disputes.

Frivolous disputes should instead be settled with games of Monopoly (or any other long, tedious and generally unfun board game), observed occasionally via remote surveillance so no-one but the two ponies/people having the dispute have to sit through the whole thing. You don't get to have fun if you're abusing the legal system.
