Dear Princess Toasty Tush,

Today I fucked up. No lesson, no personal growth on my part, just a fat wad of I-made-an-oopsie.

Go Fast hit a tree and got a massive shiner out of it. She had a big flight competition coming up, and she didn’t want to fly in front of everyone looking like she lost a fight, so I offered to fix it. In my defense, she agreed immediately, so we’re both idiots.

Anyway, my forte lies in destroying literally anything. Healing is the exact opposite of that, so I’m sure you can see where this is going. Long story short, she’s blind now. It’s cool, though. It’s only temporary.

Actually, that makes me realize there was a lesson to be learned. Don’t do things you know you aren’t good at, especially when there’s a chance for serious bodily harm.

But really I'm sure 2Merr will do a great job, and besides, someone did mention that it's kind of demotivating for someone else to do a thing you wanted to do well before you did. A good writer isn't always an experienced writer, and the inverse is also true. Even if you don't think you're doing good, you're making people happy, telling interesting stories, and exploring a world that means a lot to you and others. It's OK if you aren't 'the best' or won't be getting English teachers to demand of their students why you chose to use one color over another. You contribute meaningfully by making others happy and brightening up days and making others imagine more. That's something important and shouldn't be denigrated or frowned upon, even by yourself. So, you are a good writer. A bad one wouldn't have inspired a response.

I must admit, I’ve been reading these in one sitting and I usually browse the comments of stories. Reading Snow’s Celestia’s comments added to the enjoyment of this story. I’m not saying this story isn’t good and funny without Snow’s comments ‘cause it IS. But. Snow stuck his peanut butter into your chocolate and now we have Reese’s Peanutbutter Cups. So do eet!
