It’s tough to get by these days with Confederation lawkeepers looking for an excuse to crack down, bandits and thieves crawling everywhere the Confederation’s not, and the Jesters prowling around the edges of civilized space. Frankly I'm surprised anybody thinks this is good. As mentioned in a tiny blog blurb, I don't plan on revisiting this story because I have other terrible crap to write. I'm sorry for subjecting the internet to this.
But if you think this is bad, just be grateful I don't publish the droll I wrote in High School.

Letters. Everyone writes them, and they're not just for ponies. Be they carriers of serious news, friendly correspondence between pen pals, or declarations of heart and heartbreak, each one is written with a clear purpose or goal in mind.

Celestia uses them to try and keep her faithful student and friends in line, and try to keep an unbalanced world on the straight and narrow.

This is much harder than it sounds.
