Daedalus Aegle

Black Lives Matter. Good things are good, actually. I write about wizards and wizards' apprentices. 90% of prophecy is just pattern recognition.

Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it. While Equestria has been a land of peace and harmony for much of its history, it has also seen its fair share of battles.

This anthology of past battles aims to give the reader an unbiased view and historic perspective of some of the most pivotal moments in Equestrian military history as well as a view into the minds of the most brilliant and eccentric commanders of their time.

These are their stories.

This story is a sequel to The Skyla Pseudonym

A miscellany of stories from Twilight's accidental kingdom in the Undiscovered West, and possibly elsewhere if the fancy takes me. Not necessarily connected to each other or in chronological order. Marked as complete, but there's a slight chance I may add chapters.

This story is a sequel to Treasures

In the wild land of Corva, an ancient cairn lies open, with great and unknown treasures undoubtedly lying within. It will take Equestria's most intrepid adventurer-archaeologists to venture forth and join the corvids on the delve within.

'Intrepid' ought to be Daring Do's middle name.

So what if she's eleven, and Corva's on the other side of the world? Any would-be author needs to go on great journeys and explore perilous places. Besides, there's no way this could be as dangerous as her last adventure.

The Journal of Success. Few know it exists. Fewer still have an idea what it is.

Some say it simply copies the appropriate entries after they are written. Others say it physically replaces the writer's own journal, to take the stories of success, onto its own pages.

Whatever the case, these are some of its contents, presented as they were written. Not every success is the same size.

Chapters are not related to each other and can be approached in any order. The reader need not fear missing updates.

As this is personal writing, situations may not fully line up with canon or characters. Effort has been made, but may not always be enough. Also, that means this story will update only when I have something to write about! Not to mention, this will never truly be 'complete'. EDIT 9/4/23: Given that I haven't updated this in ages, I am marking it complete. Considering how far I've come, I don't feel like I need it anymore, which is a good thing! If everyone could see themselves as L'il Cheese saw them, the world would be a much brighter place.

A story about love in the shape of laughter.

This story is a sequel to Oversaturation

Even in a world that just amended the laws of physics, not everything is going to be some grand world-shaking adventure. Sometimes, it's going to be silly, or at least short. These are those stories.

Canonicity is dubious at best.
