Celestia turning the mountains into glass carries with it the risk of the whole world becoming afraid of her, rather than trusting her.
She has to walk a fine, fine line.
6200625
Could always just say "Bucky Did It"
Man, if Diamond had the hardest kick Heifer has had in Centuries right now, I shudder to think what will happen after several years of working with the Apple Family like has been planned.
6200637
6200625
Orrrrrrrrrrrr...
"We are the Covenant. Your destruction is the will of the gods. And we are their instruments."
6200637 There is a limited number of times a trick works...not to mention there are just TOO MANY witness to make this belieavable...
"I was a blacksmith ´till I got a pink filly on my knee..."

Celestia is apparently capable of going to the sun and having herself time alone. She could say "going to the Bathroom", lock herself in a private bathroom go to the sun and shoot from there while Bucky puts on a show making it look like it is him doing it when all he is doing is setting magical beacons for Celestia to home in the blasts on so she doesn't misfire anywhere.
Centuries? How long do Minotaurs live?!?!?
6200810 You would need a inoccence level as big as those that the reporters in Dialy Planet have.
"Oh, look, Superman ! Someone call Clark !"
"Can´t find him...curious, every time Superman appears we can´t find Clark."
"Yeah, well, probably means nothing, right ?"
"Sure ! We´re reporters, we would know if this meant something !"
6200829 Three words: Not quite a minotaur !
...
1,2,3...
Just like me, not quite good at math...
6200829
She's no longer a mortal minotaur, as it has been implied several times.
6200839
I don't quite understand your comment.............................
6200851
Oh ok i missed that could you tell me which chapter so i could reread it?
6200857
The first clue was in her introduction, she came from the utter east where she was hanging out with the dragons. In dragon country.
And somehow, the eight foot tall minotaur didn't get eaten by the dragons.
6200810
Celestia's biggest problem is, she is too powerful. And her magic is tied to her emotions. She might get away with a precision pinpoint blast. But right now, she's got a lot on her mind.
Princess Celestia did hedge her bets though. If she does need to let loose, she has Glass Slipper nearby. On a ship full of powerful magic users. It is the proverbial ace in the hole, the one card that she does not want do play.
Pheromones from Sentinel rubbing off on Diamond Tiara? Long term exposure encouraging deeply buried instincts?
6200857
She's also Scorch's old apprentice and is named after the Greek god of the forge, Hephaestus.
6200900
A young filly, madly in love during what has to be the most confusing time of any little girl's life?
6200948
Being able to give a not quite mortal, eight-foot tall minotaur a kick that was the hardest she's felt in centuries after living with dragons?
More than just that, methinks.
6200962
She got Heif by surprise, catching her off guard, and kicked her in the side of the knee.
By the way, Heif is eight feet tall. Diamond Tiara was not on the ground when her hooves connected. Remember, Sentinel was looking up when he saw the pink blur. The implication is subtle, but it's there.
Basically, Diamond Tiara got in a lucky shot.
6200972
I know it was a surprise/lucky shot. It just seems that after centuries of life and time spent amongst dragons of all creatures that she would have had harder kicks than that in all her time. So how could DT have possibly delivered a kick harder than she would gave been exposed to over all that time and amongst such strong creatures? It just rings of more than luck to me.
6200999
Luck, anger, fear, from Sentinel's hiss, being an earth pony, and catching Heif's knee from the side. Knees aren't supposed to bend from the side.
6200972 It wasn´t a luck shot...it was the...
Diamond Tiara, the pink furry
Methinks Rarity has been teaching her a little more than "how to be a lady".
6200880
OK Cool I forgot that lol.
6200829
Until they piss off Diamond Tiara.
I'm not dead!
And yeah, always watch out for the pink ones. (Or was it the quiet ones?)
I take this more of an assessment with a little bit of a lesson than actual teaching...
Sentinel will train right? Just not as hard as the raptors.
6203966
The problem is finding something that Sentinel can train with. The Raptors are too fragile. Ripple would and could get broken if Sentinel accidentally kicked her the wrong way. Even Lugus, for all of his strength and power, would be in real danger in an actual fight with Sentinel.
Heif is tough enough to take it though. And by tough, I mean that she is immortal.
but ear language is only actions...
6203212
LOL!!!!!
6204067
Then who trains the Mydr-somethings?
6204124
6204158
Yes. This. The only thing tough enough to survive a lunar pegasus is another lunar pegasus.
DT getting even more awesome. Okay, I'll give her and Sentinel a passing grade for their relationship.
If Bandua has a vulture head, does that mean she'll have the fabulous feather floof around her neck?
