I'd be able to really hate him if he felt like that, whereas I'd sympathize with him if his feelings for his family have blinded him to his greater responsibility, and I'd pity him if he was simply incorrect but willing to find the correct answer.

this kind of thing happens allot psychological symptoms becoming physical ones, and doctors working off dated info simply never make the connection. I'm not going to speculate here if it was intentional or not, but if this was the diagnosis he gave at the start of their sessions and she never sought treatment thinking it was all in her head. It's just one of many tragedies that happen in medicine. Sometimes Psychologist miss diagnosis physical symptoms simply because they are looking for a psychological ailment. Sometimes the reverse happens. It's sad but the posibility exists that he lacked empathy twords her because he was also treating her former victims.

So, iakovl, they´re changing body parts. And Discord is the one with the foal. This mean that Discord have Flutter´s womb ? Although her system still works her hormones like the womb is there, probably ´cause they share such a conection now that even if the womb is elsewhere, she still got all the morning glory that comes with being pregnant ?

And that was, by far, the strangest thing I ever wrote on the internet: a body jumping womb. What a mental image to have.

Only to share with you all that did not know the experience: morning sickness is NOT universal. In booth my wife´s pregnancy she had not a single sickness ever. But, in the other hand, her favorite food was ice cubes. Breakfast, lunch, midnight snacks, ice cubes. She told me that her stomach burned so much, that only pure ice could soften the burn. Othen then that, two very plain and boring (thanks GOD) pregnancy.

I am suspecting this is similar to thing to seahorses. The father carries the eggs to term. But Discord might be just sharing the burden. The problem is if she is carrying the child and he's getting the pregnancy hormones. If he is carrying the child she might get the negitive symptoms to lessen the burden. This might be the nicest part of chaos magic. A burden either parent might not survive alone forced share it. Kinda cool really.

My wife only had sickness on our first, I suspect that it's the changes that the body goes through during pregnancy that causes it. The pregnancy hormones that your body dumps into the system. One of the first is the anti rejection hormones that keeps the body from getting rid of stuff. It's why hair and nails grows thicker and never fall out. After our first my wife was more acclamated to the hormones. Everything was easier our second time. From sickness to cravings, even labor. 8 hours on our first, to less than 3 our second. Our first had a bit of jaundice and was a bit colicky. Our second was almost trouble free, until she turned two and the fighting started. Now I play referee daily. Oh the joys of parenthood.

5362604 Booth mine had what I called "The Month of Hell": the second month, when they had the almost all the colic of a whole year in 4 weeks. I barely slept during said month. Fortunally, after the living hell of 4 weeks of almost no-sleep (singing all through the night) they had no other issues.

Unless DT was picking on his son, Derby had little reason to care about her beyond the doctor-patient relationship. There is still the possibility that he may have been biased about trying to help a former bully even without that though.

I think Derby will be in plenty of hot water for dismissing DT's medical complaints as psychosomatic for so long - dry-heave puking dark stuff for days (weeks?) is definitively not imaginary, which would likely be considered a significant oversight. If he neglected to tell her to get it looked at due to personal bias, his career might be over... or possibly worse if Bucky (or maybe even Derpy) hears about it.

wait that's not normal? I thought everyone was put in timeout for being a bad foal. I made my kids cry, when they wouldn't put their toys away I threw them away. Needless to say if I tell them to clean up and they give me lip I just pick up the trash can and somehow everything gets picked up. Miraculous really.

I feal so bad for DT. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia when I was a kid. It's one of those horrible syndromes that doctors can't decide what it is. A lot of doctors think it is a somatic disorder, because they cannot find any physical causes. When I go to the doctor for any unexplained pains, like a kidney stone, they disregard anything I say and tell me is just part of my fibromyalgia. If you look at the list of symptoms of fibromyalgia, almost anything fits into that scenario. This terrifies me because I know when I am older I will develop lupus.
