I think i just felt my IQ drop sharply as i read this post.
Applejack in Griffonholm.
Crush the Earth pony.
Berry Punch performing the cunt punt heard round the world.
Bon Bon carrying Bucky off of the Isle of Wheat.
Sour Mash beating Deadspin into submission.
Oh my goddess I can't deal with this stupid shit anymore.
Pony paraphilia presently has me pleasantly perplexed.
Damn... the OCD nerdy librarian herself, outclassed on sides she didn't know existed. Touche Raven. I look forward to Seeing this Violet Velvet, she sounds like she'll be fun!
Maybe we’ll being foals and make it a family [bring]
“And how is Thistle’s filly bits?” [are] ?
5414771
Fixed the first one, the second is how people actually talk sometimes.
Violet sounds ideal to be Bucky's assistant.
Hmm, if Twilight is a type 4, Raven is a type 9, and Celestia is a type 20, what was our dear late friend Mr. Filthy Rich?
5414788
Type five. He didn't have time manipulation, but he did have a large social network that allowed for creative time management, plus contacts that allowed him to get in directly rather than having to wait.
All those hours of not waiting add up.
Twilight being "low" on the organizational scale comes of no surprise really.
5414730
I am immensely surprised you've not blocked lordofmyth yet. You'd probably be saving yourself many future headaches if you just did so.
5414805
I'm going to hedge my bets and guess that means Bucky is a type six or higher... when the mood suits him at least.
Twi has horn envy
Now she has organization envy.
Bucky did since the stable just by asking nicely... I wonder what his score is
5414805
Please tell me that at the very-well-scheduled Meeting of Organizers, whenever Twilight is mentioned for scale that they snicker and call her a tryhard wannabe. The mental image is killing me with laughter.
5414994 I would laugh so hard at that xD
5414994 it's golden. I demand it in the chase. Twi would brake down.. She's only lvl4 poor Twi Celestia is lvl20
5414953 velvet is lvl6 for using brute force to enforce her planning.
Bucky silenced the stable by asking. The magnitude is on different lvl.
He also planed wars. Golem armys and still have time to manage a big herd and find time for foals
More then his score I want to know the scoring system

A good author does not ignore any criticism, good or ill, deserved or not, educated or belligerent. And I'd like to think kudzuhaiku is a good author.
5415113
There's good criticism, there's negative criticism, there's ill informed criticism, and then there's plain stupid criticism/stupidity. Most of those are all well and good and help the author improve or provide them interesting feedback. The last one however should be doused in gasoline and purged by fire. It helps no one and only causes headaches for most involved without being in any way beneficial.
5415102
I dunno if simply asking an assembly to be quiet counts as organization. It's more like them being scared to death of Bucky's ire.
But yes, the scoring system would be very interesting to see.
speaking of mealworms, I just saw Rhett and Link eat them and I think that it looks quite appetizing
5415158 They're delicious. Taste like whatever you feed them. Speaking of, crickets taste like a mix between shrimp and almonds.
See, I had my thoughts on this chapter ready to go, but then I got distracted by mealworms. My brain is a scumbag.
Bucky
Raven is also good as transmutation spells, seeing as she's an earth pony in Filli Vanilli. Heh, making Twilight pause like that, evil mare!
Oh dear, sounds like Cadance is awake.
I have been a lazy writer... I have become the ultimate typo... hoping the Chase will motivate me to get back to work.

Criticism is just words. Words can be ignored. It's entirely up to the person to ignore anything they want, and no one can judge them for doing so. When it comes to criticism, it is a GOOD IDEA not to ignore it if it is given thoughtfully and RESPECTFULLY, and in the end no one's criticism /must/ be accepted an acquiesced to. A big problem around here is people expect that they can treat you like shit and then you must do as they say with your story. If you ignore them or tell them off or whatnot they get mad and indignant like they've been wronged.
Anything else is just purely mistreating someone under the guise of being helpful. Which this site has a history of, given that one group Knight shut down for mistreating authors but calling it criticism.
The issue with Lord is that he, rather than asking questions that aren't obviously answered in the chapter just read, instead goes ahead with decrying and denouncing something based entirely on events that only happened in his head for reasons that are entirely his personal headcanon and completely at odds with logic and the story. In other words, he places his headcanon before the headcanon of the author and then makes complaints based on that. That is NOT criticism. I have offered to teach him the difference and work with him on his issues and he brushed it off. He had the right to ignore that, and he did - the same as anyone has the right to ignore criticism either valid or bullying.
When I bring up my issues with events in the story, I do so in a way that shows -how- things currently appear to someone informed who is reading the story, cross-reference, and apply plausibility in accordance with both personal experience in similar situations along with the application of psychology and realistic cause and effect with the story elements in place. The author responds to my issues favorably and does not show that I am stressing him out - not because of who I am or some friendship that doesn't exist being I don't know this author, but because I have a good idea of what pisses someone off and I try to avoid it. I say this and I suffer from the same major syndrome that Lord seems to, so I know it's not impossible to make progress on.
Keep that in mind when you see Kudzu being stressed out with Lord. Because he is constantly besieged with demands or accusations or "you're just wrong because I don't agree" and it's honestly been pissing off the readership for a long time to the point we just generally try to ignore it. Kudzu, on the other hand, -tries- to correct the thinking that the boy all but refuses to change - at cost to his time and patience.
So far I've seen him respond to valid and polite criticism with calm or even invested/excited explanations, since people generally lack understanding and information so far by design - this story is viewed from a perspective close to that of the actual characters, so we rarely have information the characters do not. We are privy to the active characters' emotions and prejudices, and no one seems to have the full picture at any time, so WE do not. It also highlights that while similar, many of the concepts and the like of society and indeed in the very basic thought patterns of these characters is still quite different from our own - and yet people judge and complain based on their own misconceptions or personal biases alone.
I've only seen this author incensed when he's been attacked in the open and unfairly in the comments of his own story by people with big heads acting like they were doing a favor by taking a shit on him and his work and saying it's all garbage, which is not criticism - that is bait. I've only seen him stressed out when dealing with one person being fairly constantly annoying.
Considering how many authors on this site I've torn apart for being absolute assholes to their readers, and how many I've defended from asshole readers, I have to say that in my experience Kudzu's fairly level-headed and tries to accommodate people as best he can. True criticism is accepted, but does not mean that the criticism itself is correct. An author is not judged good or bad based on how often and completely they capitulate to people telling them to fuck off and change things, like what fairly often happens here on Fimfic - spoiling the readers and increasing their egos.
In the end, I'm not even bashing Lord with this. I have told him before he is annoying, and I meant and still mean that in an educational manner. If he's got the issues I'm thinking of, I'm fairly sure sometimes he doesn't realize he's crossed a line. But it's so ungodly often that you'd have to be an emotionless saint to not be frustrated. Hell, -I- frustrate people all the time. Only meaning to about half the time. Half of the rest is their own damn fault, and the other half is typically a misunderstanding on my part. So I know what it's like and I'm not going to make fun of him for it. A lot of these problems could be solved simply by asking questions for clarification rather than assuming what one thinks is automatically correct. Once the questions are asked, then separating further questions into "What if" as well as "Based on what you said, this is my understanding." would make things so much simpler - because from there you now have an identifiable information based from which to ACTUALLY GIVE REAL CRITICISM. Real criticism doesn't exist without complete understanding. Actual complete understanding, not hubris and assumptions. The word "criticism" is so abused on Fimfiction that the actual meaning and usage of the word might as well be dead. Same as "sexism" on tumblr. All the -isms getting abused.
5415510 I bet that comment took longer to type than one of Kudzu'so chapters.
I believer there should be only one could
űlittle error with little 'b'
Also how many month old pregnant is Thistle? How many month she have left? Is the pregnancy's lenght different from a standard pony (like the gryphons) or the same long?
5415702
Not entirely sure why people think I spend any sort of time or effort on my explanations. o-o
HP. I know it was likely intentional, but nevertheless, it is there.
And it is good.
5415728 probably because your comment was over a thousand words long...
5415737
Huh. Weird, yet I never could write an essay back in highschool. Well, whatever.
Is it strange that I want to see Violet go all organizational on Bucky and stun him stupid?
5415727
Eleven months.
She'll give birth around Hearth's Warming Eve.
The Stare. But ten times more powerfull.
I think I just peed myself....
5414994
The higher levels of organisation never have meetings. That would be a waste of time. They schedule an underling to have meeting for them so they have time to do something else. You get major scoring points for spending somepony else's time rather than your own.
Twilight's biggest problem and the reason that she is a type four, is the fact that she keeps no minions. No henchponies. No flunkies or underlings.
Bucky! Do this!
Oh bugger no... Minion, go do that!
Bucky, the town hall is misbehaving!
Mister Rich, go tell the town hall that if they fail to listen to you, I'm coming down there personally and I plan to do it at such a time when Twilight is in Canterlot and cannot save them.
(Problem here is, Mister Rich is now dead)
You there! Golem! Do this mindless task for me while I sit here making plans on how to keep everything safe!
.--. .-. .- .. ... . / - .... . / ... ..- -. .-.-.- / .... .- .. .-.. / - .... . / ... --- .-.. .- .-. / . -- .--. .-. . ... ... .-.-.-
Oh damnit shut up about that and get to work!
..-. .-. .. --. --. .. -. / .. -.-. . .... --- .-.. .
Bucky: **glares**
**golem scurries off in a saucy manner**
5415789
YOUR FLOWER POWER IS NO MATCH FOR MY GLOWER POWER!
5415804
Yes... the ultimate intermediate organization skill... DELEGATION. I suspect her level will rise once her magic-organization initiative comes into its own. Then she can have time-warpers delegated to doing many tasks for her. Could always use another set of...
Kudzu? What... what effect would the Mirror Pool have on normal ponies?
5415804 I really need to find a Morse code translator...
5415846
Depends upon the ponies. With Pinkie Pie, proportional organisational levels go DOWN.
Nothing gets accomplished.
5415804 in this case he has an army of golem minions + 2 pony minions + herd
5414946
It's very reasonable that he would be ousted because he's unable to lead the nation effectively... but the readers currently have no evidence for or against that, unless you count him being second banana to Cadence when saving the Crystal Empire and stopping Chrysalis: both times they'd lose if he wasn't there, but he was the least "it's my powers that led us through this scenario."
If it was shown, definitively by Kudz, that he is falling apart and incapable of being an effective leader, if he screwed something up or was clearly insufficient, I could feel bad about it but understand that for everyone's good he must not have that position. But there is no evidence of the sort: the only evidence so far is that public opinion has turned on him because he doesn't seem like a powerful leader.
As important as it is that it is felt like they are confident and safe, the reason in this case seems to be that the Crystal Ponies are spoiled. Most nations don't get someone with god powers to lead them, they don't have leaders that can nearly exterminate armies by themselves, but because they have access to a nation that has two of them who are apparently doing nothing, and are accustomed to having Sombra over them, now they are demanding that this weak stallion, who was never worthy enough for Cadence, be removed in favor of one of those god powered people that most of the world doesn't have access to anyway.
I can't tell if you're basically making the same argument as the immortals here, so I'm going just ask so I don't get it wrong: in this world, are you saying that any leader that does not also have massive magical powers is not worth it? That, basically, by dint of being a rank 4 or 5, a unicorn/alicorn earns their leadership powers, whereas if they are not that person they deserve a vague contempt for not being worth it and if there is someone who is mentally unstable but has godlike powers they deserve that leadership instead?
Because I am having trouble telling the difference between you saying that it's understandable that the Crystal Ponies would support Bucky over Shining, and saying Bucky is more worthy than Shining because he's a type 4.5.
5415925 in the end Bucky is the legal hair to the throne, like or not he has Sombra's blood
Shining is an "outsider" the the crystal empire took in as the husband of their empress but without her they don't really have a reason to keep him while having anther that has the right to rule even if he doesn't want it
5415925
Shining Armor allowed a bug queen to crawl into bed with him and depose of Cadance.
The Captain of the Guard, which is supposed to keep a whole nation safe, was subdued by tawdry sex and sorcery.
5415972
And Celestia herself didn't notice there was anything wrong until the real Cadence exposed the fake at the wedding. Is anyone going to call her out on that? Like I said, anyone that tries blaming Shining Armor for that must also blame everypony except Twilight.
Also, how many stallions in Canterlot, hell even the guard alone, if approached by Chrysalis disguised as Cadence at the time for sex would have basically went "OH FUCK YEAH!"? By what Luna said, most of if not all of them.
5416000
It was the perfect crime. How could anypony say no to dear, sweet Cadance?
5415972
Sorry if I am being a bit forceful with the stuff pertaining to the fiasco that was the royal wedding, but that Episode is one that makes me mad, Especially how at the end of it everyone basically goes "Eh Our bad. Well How about we get back to that wedding." And here I am just mad that ponies seem to be putting the entirety of the blame on that on Shining Armor.
5416012
Twilight definitely could.
5415972 or, you know, being hypnotized without knowing something was wrong. such things work better when the victim has no reason to suspect foul play. changelings have a bit of a vampire parallel in that sense.
5416019
Look at the framework presented in the story and you will see the reason why.
Shining is banging the perfect mare. All everypony else needs is a reason to hate Shining. Even if the bug queen never happened, some other reason would have been found or manufactured. The hate is already there, it just needs a reason to make it justified.
5416012
Hmmm. And Since Twilight was the only one to call out Chrysalis on her shitty performance as Cadence, wonder how long it will take her to call out everyones bullshit on how they are treating Shining Armor. Bucky as well since he knows about it now.
5416028
Which is why I keep hoping someone calls them out on it and tells them to stuff it up their plots where they are keeping their heads.
