Growing up on the streets is tough for anyone, but Champion found someone who brought him out of that childhood, Princess Twilight Sparkle, who arranged him to be Princess Celestia's student at Canterlot School for Gifted Unicorns. As one would expect, not everypony was happy when he was accepted, and this led to his dark disposition. but with the advent of a new student for Princess Luna, things start looking up for Champ, though he refuses to see it. After meeting a group of mares on a rather...unexpected predicament, he is left unfazed of such the thought and situation he's longed for so long. However, despite the rough road ahead that they will embark on, is it really possible for six mares to change this greatly and have him realize his importance by just being who they really are?

A, a 16 year old brony marine, was excited when he graduated boot camp and was selected to join the greatest black ops force in the marine corp, the Morgans, a small group used for "get in, get out" missions. But when things don't go as expected on their latest mission A finds himself on a strange planet filled with talking ponies with amnesia in the 1 field he needs, his brony-hood. Will A be able to make a life for himself or will he just make a name?

Shortly after the Changeling Invasion, a human wakes up in Chrysalis' body in the middle of the Badlands. Alone, hurt, and starving, she tries to make sense of where she is and what happened. Unable to remember even her own name, she struggles with her identity as she faces the trials of being public enemy to a whole species.

Or, you know, she doesn't. Identity crises are overrated anyways.

The changelings are banished, the day is saved! Yet a victory for one must be a defeat for another, and this particular victory has left one changeling stranded in Canterlot, alone and broken. A certain pink party pony is also alone in the Canterlot night, hiding her depression from her friends. She cannot, however, hide her feelings from a changeling. What will become of this unlikely pair?

The changelings are not so easily swayed, and rebel against the perceived invasion. Will the changelings be able to retain their sovereignty, or will they become annexed by Equestria? The Changelings are fiercely independent, and Twilight is just as fierce in her quest to bring harmony to them, which side will break first?

I wrote this fic as a side project to Nigel M Chalmers, Emperor and saviour-or-destroyer to try my hand at a transformation story. To all of you who hate the whole "Turned into a pony and makes friends with everyone" I'm going to shatter your misgivings like 300 kilograms of armoured Biped smashes a window. There will be violence in later chapters but for now it's just pure comedy.
