Twilight is an expert when it comes to magic. Everypony knows that.

What they don't know is, that doesn't include knowing how to heal burns, sew tissue back together, reduce swelling, fix broken and/or dislocated bones, deliver babies, hoof out shots, cure cancer, use lab coats, walk around with a cane - you know, doctor stuff.

However, that doesn't stop them from coming in and asking for help.

This fic is a kind-of sort-of parody to the many fics that include curing the many misfortunes/illnesses via Twilight Sparkle.

I am writing this in an attempt to get my inspiration back up at full speed. If this does well, I may do more.

Also, for me to get better development out of this, and because it fit, I'm using unicorn Twilight instead of alicorn

Sweetie Belle has discovered that there is a powerful magic in her singing voice. This magic that allows her to touch the minds of other ponies and pass judgment on those who cross her. With great power comes great responsibility, and Sweetie Belle does not posses the necessary responsibility. And so, with every song she sings, misfortune befalls another pony. Sweetie Belle does her best to rationalize it as justice or karma, but in reality, this power that grows with every song she sings is slowly driving her insane.
Each chapter has a featured song. After all, this is a musical. You can even suggest songs for this story. But beware, for these songs you choose will determine the fate of Sweetie Belle and those around her.

Shining doesn't feel very keen on having a foal or filly to look after.
He'd much rather have a niece or a nephew.
So, with Twilight being his only sibling,
and the only pony she seems to have a thing for is Flash,
(at least, that's what Shining thinks.)
The captain puts two and two together and comes up with one simple solution.

My step-mother has been living with me and Dad for a while now. I still miss when my real mother treated me how I should be treated, but Gold Digger treats me like I'm not even her daughter. It's just awful.

If you think you know what it's like to be so poorly treated after having such a wonderful loving mother, then you can't even comprehend what I've had to go through over the last few years. Let me see if I can properly explain why my mean old step-mother, Gold Digger, shouldn't even be in my life.
