This story is a sequel to The Unicorn and the Stranger

Changelings have lived in Equestria for a long time, and have survived by staying hidden and keeping their existence a secret.

Driftwood of Portside, a changeling long residing there in disguise, broke that cardinal rule of secrecy when he met Rarity of Ponyville. When the Royal Guard discovered him, her intervention change his fate, sending him towards Ponyville by way of Hoofington rather than to Canterlot, as her involvement would mean that Princess Twilight Sparkle would be personally interested.

Driftwood is not a pony, and Equestrian law does not have provisions or allowances for changelings. He is a stranger in unknown country, and his fate is beyond his control, resting squarely with those who may have no reason to care what becomes of him.

So, what do you get when combine an Alicorn princess, a megalomaniac unicorn hell-bent on revenge, and a human stuck in the form of terrifying video game monster? Well, you get a mission. This mission requires cunning, tactfulness, and of course, not breaking down in a middle of a crowd. Twilight seems to have all of those things under control. Me? ...Let's just say I have a few.... Hello everyone! My names SCP Pinkamena and for the next couple of days and junk, I will be attempting to write a little spin off series based on A Thousand Tortured Scream My Name. It's actually taking place during the first movie and then hints and nods to the second movie as well, and that's going to be it's own thing along with the other 2 as well. This story will comprise of 5 maybe 6 chapters, but that's to see what happens. Also... This is gonna be a little difficult since I've never done a EQG story before.

The overlord is a powerful figure. He commands entire legions of devious and menacing imps who obey his commands without question. His age old deal with Beelzebub having granted him untold power, there's just one problem.

He's already conquered earth.

So when he gets his glowing red eyes on Equestria he travels there immediately.

Princess Celestia saves a pony from Rainbow Falls from stoning by her fellow townsfolk and gives her sanctuary in Canterlot. While investigating the matter further, she discovers of laws made without her approval and does everything in her power to remove the town's leaders from their positions.

Sometimes it's better to be judged by your actions rather than what you are; even if what you are is something never seen before.

But will actions be enough to overcome the fear of the unknown?

Transported to an unknown world for unknown reasons, one man will try to survive long enough to figure out if his lot in life has actually improved or if he was dealt another poor hand in the great game of life.

And considering where he came from, that would be saying a lot.
