This is the tale of the moment the Order of Makuta became more than just ponies and the victims that paved the way for them. This is in canon with the main story, also sets up some story lines for later parts. Blood in here but not gore.

On the Island of Mane Nui, Six heroes shall raise to face a long forgotten. With the great masks as their guide they are destined to change the world. Meanwhile Twilight, her friends, and the princesses try and solve the mystery of Six stars only seen when Luna first became Nightmare Moon.

Actually, this is a lot more complicated than it was before so let me be careful with my wording here.
Dusk Shine was born a mare; one of the rare, non-royal blooded alicorns that doesn't go out and completely expresses herself like a normal pony would.
This unofficial, rewrite of the spin-off follows the brilliantly smart-mouthed Twilight Sparkle: an antisocial, awkward, non-royal alicorn, unromantic bookworm, and (unbeknownst to her,) a ten on a scale hottie.
All Twilight Sparkle wanted to do was read, relax, and prepare for the never ending apocalypse as the never ending night that Night-Terror Knight will bring.
Much like any character you'd enjoy in King of Thrones, Twilight Sparkle's wishes are killed off when she is forced to leave her home in Canterlot because Prince Solaris sold her home in a game of Texas Hold-Em. Now she must live in a smaller town, named Ponyville, to watch over the Summer Sun Celebration and to make friends.
Unfortunately for her, each of the stallions she was instructed to be acquainted (and everyone else) with ends up falling head over hooves for the new librarian in town with the Canterlis accent.
Is this some sick joke or is Twilight Sparkle really supposed to make friends when everyone in Ponyville keeps fighting for her favor?

But victory comes only to the prepared, and the road to his dreams will be long and hard. It is world filled with all manner of mysteries, monsters, and rivalries. A world where a land is kept safe by the armies that it fields. And so Geralt will resolve to stand tall, to defend his lands and his people, and to see his banner flying forevermore.

You are a changeling lost in the Everfree forest a couple of weeks after the failed invasion attempt at the royal wedding. You're not the brightest changeling out there and you tend to be really clumsy. You only have two goals in your mind right now, one is to get out of this blasted forest, and when you do get out, try not to get captured. Your whole kind is wanted by the royal guard after all.

The Protagonist was just your average high-school graduate.
He was Average at math, at history and even average at making friends.
He was an overall average guy.

Waking up as a Pokemon in a big dark forest is not an Average morning.
And seeing as he's the only Pokemon in a forest of mostly regular animals is kind of a bad sign for him.
Our Chespin is going to try his best to live well in this strange world he found himself in while looking for a way back home.

Now If only he could get some peace and relaxation.

Story was almost cancelled, but then I realised that I still wanted to keep writing just a little further.
Just some forewarning though. This story is not for everyone. It is a slow-burn slice-of-life which lacks much serious threat. There is no big villain, and the storyline progresses quite slowly and you may get bored.
I am still new-ish to writing, so the writing quality (especially surrounding characters and dialogue) may leave something to be desired.

A story about someone with limited knowledge of the show, (basic facts on a small scale, no timeline stuff) wakes up as an alicorn (early-teen) in Canterlot. He is not happy about this fact.

General info:
No, they do not have OP alicorn powers. Yes, they are sort-of a foal, but not of baby age and this will not affect their personality or emotional-capacity in any way.
Gender swapping? No, I asked in the comments, people want a male alicorn.
Will this impact my other story (Clouds)? Probably, depends on if people want me to continue it or not.
