Well played.
Alright, now I've realized what's going on.
P.S.
Son of a!
Thank you so much for having Twilight's friends stick to her unlike what happened in the actual episode.
Finally someone makes a legit attempt at making the Mane 6/Celestia see some sense when it came to Cadence's personality shift. Yes, the episode made it so that the rest of the girls just thought this was Cadence's normal way of acting but Celestia had no excuse to not notice the sudden and drastic change of her niece's personality. Sure the inclusion of Cadence in the first place was a retcon made by Hasbro but the writers could have made a bit more effort in the reactions to Twilight's objections to the wedding. The Mane 6 had know Cadence all of 5 minutes and instantly took favor with her even when she treated them like crap during the prep for the wedding. Instead we saw my main nitpick that continues with the series when one character decides to question the status quo and then faces ridicule from their peers for doing so even if all signs are point to something being up.
Here we have a viable reaction from the rest of the girls where they don't crumble under the new "bright and shiny character's" entrance and stand behind Twilight's concerns. Each of the girls responses were spot on with their personalities we've read in this book and definitely didn't seem corny or overblown. Overall, this chapter was a blast even if Twilight still ends up being captured in the end for plot reasons.
