Tracy Maxwell is in a desperate situation: find somewhere to live, or lose the internship he needs to survive. After exhausting every property in the city, one last option appears the day before his deadline. Sure the agent selling the place is a little weird, and more than a little overeager to get the property signed off. At the worst, maybe there's a little mold in the bathroom somewhere, and he has to make do until the lease is up.

But then he steps inside and discovers things can be much worse. The property is in another universe, and while he's there he'll have to play by its rules. He's free to continue working his dream job, so long as he keeps to the contract. Even worse, he's got a roommate who has no intention of leaving him alone.

If he ever wants to escape, he'll have to read the Fine Print.

M-10, nickname Mio, is a Combat Medic Protogen, his personal task is to travel the unknown universe in search for various materials, herbs, healing agents, antidotes, etc. in order to expand the knowledge in medicine and in medical ways. Part of his personal task is to travel even the most dangerous planets, areas, and biomes, and even try to fight even the most terrifying of abominations just to discover, retrieve, make, and mass produce medicine and healing practices for the benefit of both the Primagen and the Protogen, as well as help peaceful species who need it.

During his travels, his field scanner was left occupied, and was unluckily hit by a stray passing meteor, unluckily hitting the engines, and unluckily falling into orbit in an unidentified planet.

I honestly just thought about this and decided to make one, Protogens are cool. Either way this is just something to make for fun.

Lyra, a simple pony with simple dreams. Dreams involving aliens, that is. Her fascination with them even got her a job dealing with them, though no one takes it seriously. Lyra hopes to one day be able to meet one, she just needs to believe.

In comes a human, whom mysteriously gets transported to Equestria. It's up to Lyra to show the alien the ways of her people! The power of friendship, magic, and hugs await her on this strange adventure.
