Long hiatus. Unsure on when I will continue, although I am seriously considering re-writing due to the fact that I wrote this many years ago and the whole story could really use a good cleanup or reset. I will post updates once I get down to it but for now it'll stay in a hiatus.

It´s a snowy day in Ardennes; An American officer and his soldiers were keeping watch when a German attack commences. It´s the beginning of the 'Battle of the Bulge'. The battle goes on, he is soon taken out by a tank´s shot that fell close to his position. The moment he wakes up, the officer finds out that he is no longer in Ardennes anymore.... soon he learns something else... It is no longer Earth.

A German soldier advances against the americans as soon as he hears the order of attack. Explosions engulf all around as a tank explodes, making him lose consciousness. When he finally wakes up, he finds an angry American officer pointing at him, the sun high up in the sky, and everything green all around. That´s when the question arises on his mind... Where is he???

Hey, I'm Sweetie Belle, and this year at school is pretty much going to be the best ever. I mean, it has to be, since if it isn't, my friends will all leave me as soon as they get their cutie marks. Also, I have to deal with Diamond Tiara being in one of my classes, and she's pretty much as terrible as always. Plus, the teacher for that class is a big mean jerk. Oh! And apparently I'm not good at acting, making the list of things I am good at exactly zero. But besides the fact that my friends are probably going to leave me, my acting class hates me, and I'm not really good at anything, everything's great. It has to be. After all, this is the best year ever.

Spring Break. A time for sun, sand, and above all spending time with friends and family. The best years of any student's life. But for loner Bryce Smales he prefers to be at home, alone, completely isolated. This is because for people like Bryce it is harder to make friends.

When Bryce goes to the park one day with his dog, Corn, the last thing he expects is to be transported to Equestria, a land of brightly colored and overly friendly ponies.

Will Bryce be able to get past himself and find friendship? Will this be the best or worst thing to happen to Bryce? Will Bryce ever want to return to his world?

NOTE!!: This story is currently in the process of being re-written/heavily edited. Many of the flaws of the story will get fixed in the following months. The story ( while technically complete ) will be labeled as incomplete. I'm also adding a new scene and I'm thinking of adding non-canon endings but as of now, misspellings, grammar mistakes, multiple POVs, and any other areas that need fixing will be my main focus for this. Chapters that have been edited with be marked with an asterisk. Whether a chapter has been redone or not redone, I hope you'll enjoy the story either way. Young police officer with unnaturally colored hair and eye, goes on his first patrol after finishing his training to become a Dog Handler. Due to some unexpected events, he along with his dog companion named Mischief, ends up in the land of Equestria, where he has a pleasure of meeting the race of colorful and friendly ponies. Now he must survive within society composed mostly of ponies as the only member of his species in this foreign world.

Which with his luck and talent for getting himself into trouble that always end up with him almost dying or at least with some major injuries, is kinda hard considering this peaceful world is also inhabited by gigantic monsters and power-crazed lunatics.

A young man with a love of military history and MLP:FIM finds himself dragged into Equestria as war threatens the pony nation.

I got the idea for this story from my Civil War book collection and Altoid's Blood and Guts and Ponies story, as it involves a human coming to Equestria to aid in its defense, partly by modernizing it's military and leading its forces on the battlefield.

Just a warning; the main character is Christian and pro-Union. Just to give people a heads up.
