Ever wonder what Equestria's past was like? How did Celestia and Luna come to rule? And what made their rule a time of peace? Well I may have had something to do with that.

Name's Zack. I appeared in Equestria over 3000 years before the show "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" takes place. For whatever reason, a few months after my arrival, I was transported to the modern day Ponyville. What happened? Are the Princesses mad at me for disappearing like I did? I only helped establish the greatest country this world has ever seen and then vanished.

That... sounded more innocent in my head. Uh oh...

Just to let you know ahead of time, this is a ponified human, 1st person story. If you don't like it, don't bother.

Edit May 24th 2017: IMPORTANT! I am currently rewriting the entire story and with that, many details and aspects are set to change. As such, it will essentially be an entirely new story, meaning this version of Past, Present, and Future is technically Cancelled. There will be no more chapter updates until I finish the rewrite, meaning that this version will not have a proper ending. If it's requested enough, I may do some kind of Cliffnotes version of how the rest of the story was meant to play out, but for right now just know that if you start reading this version, you will not get an ending. I will post an announcement chapter on this story and Blog on my profile when the writing nears completion and I'm about to start uploading chapters. I believed that I knew how the universe worked. That my purpose in life was to enjoy it to the fullest and not look back. Not a bad life if you ask me although it seems the universe had other plans. On one night all that I knew took a drastic turn. Not only did I find myself in completely different world separated from my quiet life I found myself in that world. Armed with my foolish pride, my hidden self, alien knowledge and the art of deception I took my first steps on a journey with no end in sight...

When the online famous youtuber, CaptainSparklez, receives a message about an Easter egg within the Divine RPG mod, he decides to make a stream video to show it. But as soon as he completes the crafting recipe and uses it, everything goes black. After waking up, he discovers that he has somehow been transported to the land of Equestria, and that the only way to get out is to find some Elements of Harmony amaduhicky, to create a portal back home.

Oh, did I forget to mention, that he looks like his own Minecraft Avatar? All I can say is. "Well shenanigans will happen."

Another HiE fic right? Yup. Spot on. Correct. Affirmative. No point denying it. In fact, it's generic as hell. Like, the only thing it's missing is a red and black alicorn and multiple inexplicable orgies. Actually, tell you what, before I kill my entire audience, read the rest of the description.

My name is Edward. And I am an assassin.

No. Not that Edward. And no, not that assassin. I mean an assassin/ninja/mercenary/thing. Get that? No? Well screw you, I have better things to do than explain it to you. Like explaining it to you.

Anyhoo, I digress. As always. Digress is such a weird word isn't it? Oh wait. I'm doing it again. Digressing. Is that even a real word? Maybe. Huh. I suddenly have ADD. Weird. Antidisestablishmentarianism. Got to love that word. Means being opposed to disestablishmentarianism. Longest word in the English language it is. Not really. That goes to Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis. I don't even know what that means. I'd google it if my iPod hadn't been fed to a dragon. Wait. I was saying something. Oh yeah, I'm in Equestria. How did I forget that? By digressing, that's how. Focus dammit. Equestria... Honored...Necronomicon... Oh yeah!

Well it all started on that operation...

Disclaimer: this is based off the world of Honored Service's story: the Equestrian Honor Guard, it contains gore, language, morals, some pretty dark underlying themes, sexual references, racism, sexism, Judaism, antidisenstablishmentarianism and some (kinda involuntary) shipping. Said shipping is heterosexual and has a reason for being there (and I can't just magic it away). If you dislike, please leave a reason for doing so. If you came for good writing and a well thought out plot, go somewhere else. This story is stupid. But it isn't (completely) random. Masks. We all possess them, whether we realize it or not. Some are thinly-veiled facades that we wear to get through our daily lives. Others are hardened shields forged through years of effort and practice. But every mask has its cracks, its chinks in the armor. And when those cracks finally show, the mask begins to crumble and fall away, and you start to see what lies beneath.

And it's not always pretty.

NOTE: While I appreciate all comments I get on this story, I would personally prefer if they could say more than the usual "Great chapter, keep it up!" or whatever. What do you like about it? Alex Harper's life is one spent alone, until he's thrown into Equestria and, literally, crash-lands in Twilight Sparkle's library. In his search to return home, Alex finds that some of this land is much more enigmatic then he first thought. While some moments are spent learning about this new world and its inhabitants, others are much more eventful then what Alex expects. Then, there's that bitter hatred he receives from Princess Luna.

With trying to return to Earth, a psychotic businessman hellbent on driving him insane, and an alicorn princess that wants to almost stomp his bones into dust, Alex is going to have to be prepared for anything this world throws at him.

Characters include (not enough check boxes): Mane 6, Spike, Equestrian Princesses, Discord, various background ponies, and other OCs and stuff.
Takes place after "Keep Calm..." and before Twilight's coronation.

Dan wakes up to something he thought couldn't possibly happen. He's in Equestria. He doesn't know how long he is going to be here for or if there may be some greater purpose for him. All he does know is that he woke up in a tree and fell out of said tree and that even in Equestria it still hurts...oh and the ponies are still adorable.
Who knows? maybe this will turn into a bigger adventure with romance and comedy and stuff...as long as he doesn't do anything too stupid first.

I wasn't supposed to be where I was now. Or at least that's what the light in my dream said to me. I was supposed to be a "creator of worlds" it said. I was to create fate or something like that, and manage the lives of millions. But what can I do in a world that doesn't need saving? What can I build with the tool gun to change my fate? But more importantly, why was I chosen to wield such power over said gun?

Once, Ford was just a human who led a boring and lonely life. But suddenly, his life is turned upside down as a mysterious golden light not only transported him to the magical world of Equestria, but has also transformed him into a Pegasus Pony without a Cutie Mark! Despite how much of a fan he is of MLP:FIM, he can't help but feel concern on what kind of consequences his presence might bring on account of his knowledge of a fictional cartoon show.

Now, under the identity of "Ford Mustang", he must face many trials ahead of him. Will he be able to blend in with the rest of the pony community? Will he ever be able to earn his Cutie Mark? Can he make it back home in time before the ponies learn the truth about him? And what happens when he starts to fall in love with a certain cyan Pegasus with the spectrum-colored mane?
