Sanity is an evil lie made up by the rapists to get you to sit in a little office all alone with them for hours on end. Which technically would mean there's no such thing as insanity, since insanity is the opposite of sanity and means basically not sane. Which would mean we're all either sane or we don't exist.
So that ends up making sanity relative to the person viewing it. Which proves my point that sanity is a lie. Which mean that we should release all 'mental' patients because there nothing actually wrong with them. Following this any prisoners locked up for 'acts of insanity' will be released. Then the government will collapse from all the people opposing them with insanity, and we'll reinstall the constitution and start over, completely debt free since the united states would no longer exist, having been replaced by the United Territories. Then we'd install world peace. The moral of this story is insanity will save the world.
