The answer would be "yes" if you asked one particular pony that recently arrived in Equestria. Because he's about to find out that this world will offer him new friends, some action in his life, and most importantly, adventure!

He's not considered royalty like the princesses. He's not powerful in friendship like the Elements of Harmony.

He's just your average (not really) everyday pegasus.

But Necromancy is extremely taboo, and very illegal. Equestria hadn't even seen a genuine Necromancer since the times of the fabled Nightmare Moon.

Substituting joy for dread, Light Flow knew that he would have to hide his especially special talent at any cost. Whether in his daily, mundane life as a bookish nerd, or in the heat of extreme danger.

Hello all! If you don't know me, then good! I'm a stranger, and it'd be weird if you knew who I am!

This is my first story, and basically my first experience writing something long-term. To that end, the beginning of the story is a bit rough, but I grew as a writer somewhat significantly as time went on, so it doesn't stay quite as bad!

The story itself has somewhat wavered from goal to goal as I argued with myself about what I wanted from it, though I eventually managed to settle. In its current state, it's mostly managed to stick to a strange blend of comedic tragedy interspersed sporadically with magical jargon and slice of life.

An added warning due to justified complaining: this experience can be very subdued. Not for the easily bored or angered. Personally, I tend to use Background Pony as a benchmark for a person's capability to withstand words.

Prepare yourself for lots of rants and barely coherent plot-threads!

He was Thanos, three of his manly friends were, General Grievous, Entity 303, and Rob Lucci. His womanly friends were Rapunzel, Sally (From Nightmare Before Christmas I recommend watching it.), and Supergirl. They were sent to Equestria balance the universe. After a huge war involving the whole world, they were defeated and banished for trying to bring balance to the planet. Now, "Thanos" returned with no weapons or allies, he has to get his Gauntlet and blade, find his stones and his allies, all by himself.

Samuel, or as he preferred to be called, Sam, was just a normal teenage guy who goes to school (prison) and watches My Little Pony. He then goes to bed and has a dream of being a pony and living in Ponyville, but little does he know his dream is about to become real when it gets invaded by a dream demon.

Two centuries ago, a demon known as, Nightmare, enters people's dreams and ruins it without their consent. Witnesses report the demon drags their physical body into the dream world through a portal. This makes it so that the demon can make their greatest fears into a reality, meaning it will not only damage the victims mentally, but also physically. Nightmare was then finally sealed away; however, it was only temporary, and he reawakens in a very weakened state after two hundred years. Nightmare must find a host to keep himself alive but who?
