And how will he react once he manages to transport himself and his wife to Equestira? How will Twilight react to seeing a double of herself from another world? And what sort of events happen after he and his wife return? What happens after the Princess returns to his world, requesting his assistance in helping to defeat Discord? And what happens next?

This story borrows from norspark's "What's Going On and Why do I Feel Fabulous" as well as my earlier story, "Twilight For a Day." Special thanks to norspark for allowing me to borrow his characters. Nick woke up as Rarity but didn't realize he was sharing her body with her. Needing assistance, he calls on Michael Walker, still in Twilight's body, via his girlfriend Jacquelynn who calls up Mike's wife Brenda. The two meet up and Mike works on a plan to get Nick and Rarity back into their own bodies with the help of Princess Celestia. Unbeknownst to them, a sinister force has other plans...

Humans, ponies, Gryphons and dragons...even the Changelings have found this harmony thanks to the efforts of the Mane Six and eight brave adventurers who stopped at nothing to right the wrong. To think the eight have settled down and had families after so long of battling wicked demons and demented gods of all things!

Those ten years have proven them quite worthy of the luxurious life of Equestria--with a few added obstacles throughout. What are those obstacles, you ask?

Children. Really needy children. And this is their tale, for all five share one story.

The sequel of sorts to Arcane Shadow. It will be labeled everyone as my first attempt at an everyone-rated story. Criticism is advised and strongly cherished. Dark things are applied but is said in a way that doesn't evoke the teen rating shenanigans. '---' is used to indicate changes in time (i.e, flashbacks); '~~~~~' is used to indicate some time later/at another place later; and '=====' is used for change in perspective. Story remains third-person, however.

Twilight's magical experiments are commonplace enough, but she's refrained from testing on living things for several reasons. When she finds herself with a spell that only works on the living, she's faced with a conundrum. Luckily, she has a cadre of people who'd be willing to volunteer. And, from that cadre, she picks a very significant other. Now, subjected to a spell that does more than he could've predicted, Icarus is forced to see the world in a vastly different light.
