This story is a sequel to Doctor Whooves: When Universes Collide

The holidays at Canterlot High are always lovely. Bells ring, children sing, and old friends reunite. Sunset and her friends are in good cheers when the Doctor returns for a visit. However, he discovers a crack in time leading to Equestria. Even when he closes it, the crack returns, and a swarm if Changelings comes out of it. With the TARDIS sent off who knows where, the Doctor is stuck between a rock and a hard place, as he must protect all of Canterlot High's students from the Changeling Invasion.

With Earth now combined with Equestria, everyone is switching between being humans, and being ponies. When Twilight tries to get Ponyville under control, she discovers that Equestria has a Doctor of it's own, and that he's one of the few people who can help. Once the real Doctor escapes the clutches of Omega, he returns to Canterlot High to discover what has happened to the world. With the help of his copy, The Doctor must stop Omega, before Earth collapses on itself.

Somehow, she makes it home, and finds herself doing something she rarely does: watching television. Early in the morning hours, she's awoken by the sounds of a children's show with a man who wears a red cardigan.

Somehow, this soft spoken man reaches inside her and gives her peace with just eight words: "I Like You Just the Way You Are"

Equestria had only heard of legends of the Gods of Old. They roamed the world before ponies, ruled it, claimed it as their kingdom before the New Ones took it for themselves. Before a time of nations, of magic, of even friendship itself… the age of the monsters was alive before it fell into a dark, deep slumber.

That age has awakened.

When the ponies of Equestria learn of these great beasts awakening worldwide, the balance of nature itself hangs on a thread as the Gods of Old rise up to reclaim what was once theirs. The holidays are fast approaching for the city of Canterlot. Snow is on the ground, carols fill the air, and the students of Canterlot High await release for winter vacation. However, its never peaceful in Canterlot for long. Right when things are looking calm, secrets start spilling around the school. With more being revealed each day, all eyes turn to Sunset Shimmer, the former bully of CHS. With the school turning against her and no clues to follow, can she possibly figure out the culprit and clear her name?

Of course she can. You know this story. At least, I assume you do. You're probably here because you want to see an alternate take on the event after all. A timeline can be altered drastically with nothing more than a single decision, just one choice, at the right place and time. So the proper question is: Can Sunset make it to her happy ending...and will the choice even be hers to start with?

Sonic, Shadow, and Silver have been sent to the world of Canterlot High along with the seven Chaos Emeralds by the Master Emerald after hearing of a prophecy about the fate of worlds. They will have to go through school again if they are to regain the seven Chaos Emeralds and saved the worlds from the eternal darkness, for the emeralds have been claimed by some of the students of Canterlot High.

The Life Aura Center is one of Equestria's top medical research centers, the producer of spells and medicines that have cured many once-fatal illnesses, and they continue to produce quality technology and cures. No one wants to think that they're doing anything unethical, but Celestia has her suspicions, so she sends Twilight to investigate.

One symbiotic pairing with an alien later, Twilight realizes Celestia was right to be suspicious. Now, working together with the strange creature inhabiting her body, Twilight will have to expose the center's shocking truth. And not get killed in the process. It's gonna be a wild ride.
