When Twilight becomes determined to unravel the mystery of how poison joke does what it does, Fluttershy agrees to help since her reaction to the flower is the least debilitating among all their friends. Things don't go as planned, of course, and the experience changes Fluttershy and Twilight's lives in ways neither of them could ever have imagined.

My week has gone from bad to worse. First I get a horrible cold that leaves me bedridden and unable to sleep for the last two nights. Then, as I was listening to a reading of a fanfic, I suddenly find myself in the Everfree Forest, in the body of a Changeling, feeling like my whole body is on fire.

Worse, I've apparently got a egg entrusted to me by Chrysalis from before the invasion that's about to hatch and it's a Royal Egg.

Well, at least I don't have to worry about my cold anymore.

Man, has my day gone from bad to worse.

First, a guy at work whom I'm trying to get back on friendly terms with basically calls me the laziest ass in the factory, then I wake up and find myself in a clearing, feeling like I was in a brawl. Not only that, but I've become a pony, Trixie Lulamoon, to be precise and I've got this weird feeling in my abdomen, not to mention my new female parts hurt like hell.

Also, I can swear I see some Changeling drones fleeing as if their lives depend on it.

What the hell's going on?
