Dylan Rider, a six-year-old foster kid, has been placed in Foster Homes all across the state of Massachusetts, and was hoping that one day, his parents would come and get him back. But one day on a hiking trip with some other foster kids, he got a little woozy and fell unconscious.

The next thing he knew, he was in a hospital, in a whole different world, in a whole different body. Dylan woke up as an alicorn filly, but that wasn't just the only thing that Dylan was put into.

This story is based on Living Nightmare by Autum Breeze, but a little more complicated.

Our dear human, Jason is one such being, but his drunk mistake has upped the ante by being with none other than Princess Celestia and by that action alone they are forced to marry soon by a law long forgotten from Celestia's teenage years. Raymond Dallas, a short, senior college student, gets caught in a dare with his two roommates, which he lost, making him take yoga class dressed as a girl with a rainbow wig, a pair of cyan blue wings sown to the back of the shirt, and a rainbow tail sown to the rear. He was embarrassed that he was taking that class, but things went so wrong during the class, he actually changed genders, name changed to Rainbow Dash, and nobody around him seemed to notice. Not only that, but his entire life was being rewritten, and he was the only one to know about it. And it turns out that the woman next to him during that class became his/her mother, and de-aging him back to Junior Year in High School.

Then when "she" arrived back at the apartment he stayed at, it turns out that he still lived there, but with "her" family and foster sister living there instead of his two roommates for college. "She" was trying to figure out what was going on while the reality around her was slowly changing around her. Especially when her own body was changing to one that's not human, but an anthro pony, but still aging like a normal human. Will Raymond/Rainbow find out what's going on with the help of "Rainbow's" six best friends; Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy and Sunset Shimmer, which they had an answer that "she" was not expecting.

Princess Twilight Sparkle, Spike, Nyx and Joshua were surprised when two mysterious creatures that fell out of some kind of portal in the Castle of Friendship's thrown room. Joshua recognized one of the two creatures, and said that he has come across him back on Joshua's home world. These two creatures were from the Sonic the Hedgehog series, but one of them is fan made.

Alex, an orphan boy that lived in an orphanage in Seattle, Washington, gets an unexpected turn of events after the orphanage closes after he was the only orphan left, making him being taken to a foster care system. That was until the car he was in gets into an accident and he blacked out. And when he came to, let's just say "he" didn't feel like "him"self.

A couple weeks after her first Nightmare Night in Ponyville, Twilight gets lost in the Everfree Forest all by herself, hoping to find a way back to town. As Twilight searches, she comes across a strange flower that sprays out some strange pink pollen. She inhales it, and gets a pain in her stomach. The pollen made her pregnant with a colt that looks like her male counterpart from another dimension (Dusk Shine from On a Cross and Arrow by Conner Cogwork).

Meanwhile, a kid who has been living with his abusive aunt and cousin make his life miserable when his parents are working in Europe. That young boy keeps getting treated like a slave, and barely gets any food. They even force him to clean up the house that they keep messing up, no matter if he was healthy or sick. Then one day, he gets really sick the day his parents come home, unexpectedly to the abusive aunt and cousin. He had a sickness that couldn't be cured. At least he saw his parents one last time before he passed. He then wakes up as the colt that Twilight Sparkle had given birth to.
