Waking up on a clearing is a surprising thing, considering the fact I should be dead. I've been overwhelmed with diseases and died a slow death, leaving my family and friend behind. Now I must start off again in the land of Equestria. However i believe there must be another reason why I came here. But that's a bit cliche don't you think? Sometimes fate can be a lovely lady...Or a Sadistic Bastard.

The beginning is based on a true life event I had back in November 2013, although i did not die from these diseases, I was almost killed by the septic shock, the entire incident left me in a sour shape for about a month... I'm fine now and i decided to write a story on what would happen if i were to die from the diseases and was sent to Equestria. Somewhat of a self-insert, only has the major events like the changeling invasion, the marriage, and the coronation, etc. Any other episodes will be replaced with this storyline. First real fan-fiction, second attempt. Constructive criticism is NEEDED!

I'm a spiteful old man. I've spent my entire life trying to fulfill my wish. The same thing every one of us wants.

The year is 2070. I'm the last brony alive, 82 years old. But I did it. I created the portal. And I'm jumping through. No regrets.

After Nikolai and Kevin defeat Queen Chrysalis by slicing her horn in two, Celestia, Luna and Chrysalis have a talk. When they try to send her to Tartarus, Toby Mason decides to spare her, even after all that she has done to him and his family. Can she possibly redeem herself, or will she fall to her own emotions?

Sometimes we forget who we really are. We ignore things that should be important until we forget they were even there and end up locked away in forgotten places in our hearts. But no matter what happens, we can never hide from ourselves. This is the story of when people meet, even when they were never meant to do so. A story that shows us how alien we can be to other worlds... Or to ourselves.

Shadow is a genetically engineered xenomorph who lost everything. His hive was destroyed and he was tricked into going into trap that was to get him off the ship he stowed away on. He crash lands on an unknown world and sees an opportunity to finally live without the worry of WY. When he discovers a small cottage and discovers that there isn't a human living in it but a talking pony, his life flips upside down. These creatures treat him nicer than the humans and he vows to not let WY step foot on this planet. He will start his own hive and hope to find a way to have his species strive once more. Will he succeed or will he be captured and experimented on?

The residents of Ponyville are nice and accepting to all, they have had many encounters with evil creatures before so attacks are nothing new for them, if anything they expect it. But they did not expect for a masked human child to be dropped off at Twilight's doorstep, and they also didn't expect it when Twilight said she was going to keep him as a son. This follows the life of an insane Masked Human who is raised by Twilight.
I am using the thing where cartoon characters don't age but the human does to add some feels to it all.

There are some creatures that are forgotten or never known about, back when Equestria was just starting and the Princesses had just begun to rule there was another species unknown to them. The humans, they were an old race that had been around much longer than the ponies. However one day they were wiped out. Only one lives a young boy named Sean, the last human.

A 5-year-old boy, named Nathan, is brought from his orphanage in Texas into the Crystal Empire Equestria where he is found by Princess Cadance and Shining Armor. After spending a day in Ponyville then going back to the Crystal Empire, when he tells them that he doesn't have a family and has nowhere to go, Cadance and Shining Armor adopt him as their son.

Toby Mason is a six year old human child who wishes for someone to love him. One year earlier, Toby lost his mother Ashley Mason who died in a terrible car crash coming to pick him up from school one day. After Ashley's death, Toby was hard to console, but his father James Mason took the loss the hardest.

Feeling as his life ending along with Ashley's, James began drinking heavily, and in turn started becoming abusive toward Toby. Mostly verbally abusive, he would call Toby weak, pathetic, and blamed Ashley's death on him. Heartbroken by his father's actions, Toby would make a wish upon a star to find a new home, and find a new family who would love him and not be mean to him like his father.

How would the ponies of Equestria, especially The Mane Six react toward finding a lost human child in their land? Will the take him in and treat him as one of their own, or will they fear him and abandon him?

Two years has passed since Toby arrived in Equestria, and he is now eight years old. On a beautiful spring day, he is invited, along with his family to the Crystal Empire by Princess Cadence and Prince Shining Armor, his aunt and uncle. They give him a tour of the Crystal Palace where he stumbles upon a strange looking mirror.

The mirror entices Toby beyond belief, so he wishes to get a closer look.

To his surprise, the mirror's allure causes Toby to lose his most valued, his most prized possession.

Struck with sadness, and a sudden determination the likes of which Toby has never mustered before, the young boy must go forth...into the unknown, to get back the one item that has arguably kept him at peace with life.

Inside this whole new world, Toby encounters a majority of creatures. Not only do these creatures remind Toby of his own kind, but many of the beings seem oddly familiar to Toby.

Toby may seem to know these other-worlders, but how will Toby react when he finds out they know nothing of him?

Will Toby succeed in bringing home his prized item? Or will time run out, and Toby's "New Home"....will become his permanent one?
