Author's Afterword

Hey. It’s been awhile, hasn’t it? To be honest I’m not even sure what to say.

…

Guess I’ll be blunt, then.

Thanks for sticking until the end. The story originally started off as a spur of the moment action when I was younger. Didn’t even have an end goal in sight. Which, as I am now, realize that was a very bad thing to do.

Didn’t last long until I eventually burned out and left it alone for a long time. Life interfering was just an excuse. Truth be told the story got dropped right around when I lost interest in MLP. If I were to continue it now I really wouldn’t have much of an idea to go considering that the last I even watched of the seasons was the end of season three.

With that, and the fact that I’ve more or less lost the touch of the characters as time went on. I wouldn’t feel confident that I would be writing the Mane Six as they should be and I would fear they would devolve into a whole ‘nother archetype.

Though that could just be a fear of mine as an aspiring writer still.

With that said, here’s the end game.

THIS story is officially completed. The likelihood of a sequel being written is very low. At the most, I’d put out some outtakes that I had plans for to be in the main story but can’t be written due to the completion of it now.

I’ll be around to answer any questions about the story itself or myself in the comments section down below. But not for long. As after this, my time in this site will become very sporadic.

Other than that…

Not much else I can think of at the time of this writing.

It was fun while it lasted...

And it feels nice to finally put this story to rest after three years...

I thank everyone who’s stuck with this to the end. And to everyone who is just now reading this after finding this story for the first time.

Neither.

To reiterate what I've said in the afterword. As of now the story is completed. The last chapter ended on a note that could be best fit as an, "Arc ending."

It's up to me whether or not I will write a sequel, and as of now. It doesn't seem likely.

Now. If you mean that during the time before I posted the last chapter was the story dead? In a sense; yes.

Too young to be enlisted in the military. Still got to wait two more years.

Dale, unfortunately, is my step-father. I say unfortunately because due to recent events, my opinion of him has changed drastically for the worse. Divorce between him and my mother occurred because of extremely complicated circumstances, and there is now a bench warrant on him since he hasn't paid his court fees.

He still has my respect as a soldier. But he's lost all my respect for him as a man.

Military wise i suggest infantry so you can get the rangers or delta contracts.

Reguarding dale, sorry to hear that.

Reguarding going to basic, take a family photo or 2, its a soldiers saving grace.
