She... somehow knows she got wiped? Or at least she can tell something's up?
Good News Twilight Sprangles: You've made a new friend. Bad News: While Flash didn't quite correctly diagnose the source of your memory loss, he is correct in that you need to stop drinking the koolaid from an Egyptian River about your friendship with Wallflower.
I like that Flash has had enough girls have mental breakdowns in his car that he now keeps a supply of brownies on hand.
....... Holy sheeeeeet. Just drove off. Drove the FUCK off. Just.... wow.
When this started I had kind of hoped it would be Lyra that would come to the rescue, but Flash, especially how you write him is perfect. This guy is going to do well in life with how he knows how to speak to and read people. He's a good young man. I find that to be rare, especially among teenage boys. Hug herd... I saw what you did there. One knows the truth of the pony girl and the other doesn't and just goes with it.
Yikes, Twi was in a tough spot. No matter who she called, it was gonna result in a demand for an explanation and a negative disposition against Wallflower.
And once again, Flash is a lifesaver.
It feels nice to for Twi to get from Flash what she wanted to happen between Wallflower and Sunset.
Except Flash is a great guy, Wallflower is... not.
Wallflower is continuing to go down the path of final forfeiture here. When… not if… Sunset learns about this, there's going to be barbecued mustard on the menu (Wallflowers are in Brassicaeae, i.e. the mustard family).
Nice to see Flash being such a good person.
Wallflower for Flash is a good trade.
Flash, you trooper.
And that's five people you know that know Twilight. Considering it was just one not that long ago, definitely making progress there as well.

Indeed.

There is always that possibility. Equally possible: She has no problem outing those who ARENT her friends.

Aye. Unfortunately, Wallflower is a prime example (both in canon and in this story) of the average teenage girl in a high school. Petty, emotion-driven, catty, manipulative, and short-sighted, taking many things not meant that way as a slight to her person. Its...pretty common, so she's not that different from a lot of real teens out there, but given she's supposed to be Twilight's friend, it seems ten times worse that she is that kind of teenager.
Of course, evil magic probably isnt helping.

She knows she has a hole in her memories with no real explanation beyond the possibility of hitting her head, as she distinctly remembers telling Wallflower she was going to take some readings, then suddenly waking up on the ground, muddy, wet, and disoriented. The memory stone takes, erases, or edits OUT bits of memory. As far as it is shown, it doesn't put new memories in place or do some kind of Jedi Mind Trick thing.

She's working on it! Poor thing has a lot on her plate. But new friend Flash is nice! :P

Outside of his bandmates, I'm fairly certain most of Flash's friends are girls. (The human Mane 6, Sunset, Lyra, Bon-Bon....) He probably keeps chocolate on hand just for his own self preservation. Quickest way I know to mollify hormonal, upset, angry, or distressed females is chocolate. That he has it to use when one of them has a breakdown in his car is a carefully planned for emergency. Like a first aid kit but for feelings.

Yup. But...to be fair, I knew people in high school who did that to their "friends" when they'd have a fight. Just ditch them in the parking lot or whatever. Its shitty, but it happens.
Yes. Flash is a good boy. I dunno what teen boys are like now--as of this year, I graduated High School 20 years ago, so I'm a bit out of the loop--but I know there are actual nice guys like this in the teen and twenties demographic, or there were, when I was in school. I like to think of him as being a shout out to the fact that while there are plenty of toxic guys, there are good ones who are good people, and that yes, women notice and are happy to know them.
Yes, there was a horse joke there. :P

Flash is just turning out to be a really good pal for the ladies in the story, isn't he? I think this route is better than some stupid transferred and unrequited crush. More in character for him, in the long run, and he'll take his friendship with Twilight seriously. I'm sure they can bond over bad movies or something.

Sunset definitely won't be happy, you are correct. I wouldnt want to be Wallflower once she's had enough.
Huh. Plant facts I did not know. Neat! (I actually have a fondness for plants and a bit of a green thumb, but I never dug into them quite as thoroughly as I've dug into things like psychology and mythology and certain sections of animal biology.) The most interesting plant fact I know is the list of things we eat that are related to Deadly Nightshade (Belladonna). Sooooo many foods on that list. Oh, and I'm loosely familiar with some of the plants used for medicinal purposes. Played enough druids to have to go do reading on that, haha.

That seems to be the common consensus among the readership, lol.

Not all heroes wear capes. Flash did a good job.
Wallflower is still a horrible human and Flash continues to be the best
