The Racin' Brony

Welcome to my page!

Hey there, name's RoboRed. I like to hang here, read stories, comment, do an occasional pre-read, and usually offer music. I like many genres of story, but I'm a sucker for sad, tragedy, and grimdark. Lots of dark.

Myself, CamoBadger, and swicked are the admins of Cloudsville, an MLP forum. Stop on by to chat if you wish. You may also want to check it out if you are a fan of Fallout Equestria: Project Horizons. Somber and the editing team make their home there.

You can find the current story discussion thread here.

I forgot to mention, I've been seeing the AoS comic floating around on EQD for a while now. I should probably get to reading that since I've finished with the fic here.

Thus far, I'm not seeing any indication that things are going to get really dark. It feels like this will be a typical thriller with mystery, puzzle-solving, adventure, malevolent forces at work beneath the surface, and plenty of emotion, but with a bit of timey-wimey stuff thrown in the mix in this case. (I'm kind of a sucker for that.)

Of course, it's still to early to tell. Your story is definitely still in its opening phases as you said, and there's always the possibility for darker twists near the end. I'm liking what I'm reading so far and can't wait for more.

Thanks for your favorite on The Amulet of Shades. I came for a reply, stayed for the cars! Nice!
Incidentally, just curious: How dark do you think I'm going to get with Amulet?
It is sort of a tragedy, but with a twist at the end... Not that we are anywhere close to the end yet >.<

Thanks for adding Fairlight - The frozen heart to your favourites.

Hope you enjoy reading it, and the other four in the series (!)
