Sunset Shimmer almost succeeded in taking over Canterlot High, stopped the Sirens from taking over her new home, and managed to prevent the destruction of two worlds. She feels that she deserves a break and decides to return to Equestria during her summer break. Unfortunately, when she enters the portal she appears in a land that is different from the worlds she's already been to. Now she has to save this world before she can even focus on returning home.

Unfortunately, she's not the only Equestrian that's appeared in this new world, as one of Equestria's most dangerous villains is loose to do whatever he pleases. How will she cope with having to save this new world from Tirek?

Beerus and his attendant Whis find two young girls who don't know anything about themselves, save for their names. They quickly discover that the two girls aren't from their universe and, with the help of some of their 'friends', raise them with the intention of sending them back to their own universe one day. Until that day comes the two girls are stuck with Beerus, Whis, and their friends.

Applejack and Rainbow Dash will have to help save the universe from evil tyrants, genetic monsters, and a creature that should have been forgotten... while fighting along side some of the universe's greatest heroes.

It's been nine months since Twilight Sparkle got back from her solo sojourn to the Capital Wasteland where she met Ethan Smith, AKA that Crazy Son of a Bitch, AKA the Lone Wanderer and was changed forever. Now with Equestria teetering on the edge of a three way war Ethan is called upon to save Equestria, or at the very least to keep Twilight alive. But dark things are awakening in the background and all is not as it seems, can Ethan save Equestria? Can Twilight keep her friends on her side? Will these questions never stop? The answer to at least one of these is yes but can you find out which?

This story is a sequel to Through the Well of Pirene

Pirene stretched and emerged from her cave, shaking off the heaviness of her long slumber like a raiment. The fields of her home were saturated in sunlight, and her children played and laughed and sang in the light, their green eyes bright. Of them, one trotted forward to nuzzle at her, her mane thickly curled and black. "Hello, Mother."
"Good morning, Aurora. How are things going with Daphne and her friends?"
"I haven't checked the Well in a bit," she admitted, twitching her tail. "Our umpteenth-great granddaughter is probably in trouble, though."
"Let's have a look, then, shall we? It's been far too long."
With that, the two of them settled near the Well, and watched what visions poured from it, the stories, struggles, sorrows, and triumphs of nine and a half worlds that flowed like water, like imagination.

These are those tales.

While Twilight is testing a new long range teleport on the request of Princess Celestia something goes wrong and she is transported to a place where love and harmony is a thing of the past and killing is the way of life.

Now Twilight must find a way to get back to her friends in Equestria and survive her stay in the apocalyptic wasteland inhabited by everything that has learn to call this eradiated land their home.
