OK. I have had this idea for a while now but there is a bit of background that you are going to need to know. First, the OC's in this story actually come from another project I am working on called The Arcadian Chronicle. Bits of it are online here=>www.yootahwrites.webs.com and basically they are super heroes that live on a space station and are involved in an intergalactic war with a race called the Bluesuit. But the only bit that matters to this story is their developmental stage. In this story, Yootah, Spike and Caterwaul have all achieved their 'Final Releases' which mean they can use the full extent of their powers. Caterwaul (who will feature most frequently) is telekinetic and can change into a nine-foot tall werecat. Spike can mess with electricity and has insane speed with limited teleporting ability. Yootah can use Chaos energy, teleport and has two spirit weapons: Rael(the dragon) and Lisi (the wolf). That gives you everything you need to know about the naturally human characters.
Second, I wrote this because my friend (will not say his name, but he will probably leave it in the comments anyway) is a bit of a Luna fan-boy and I wanted a way to put the character i based on him (Caterwaul) and Luna in a relationship, and since this is a cross-over with my Arcadian chronicle story, it had to be in some kind of conflict. So I hope you enjoy my Anthropomorphised pony adventure into the world of space warfare and superheroes. It honestly is not as nerdy as it seems.

Princess Luna wakes up on the day of the wedding of Princess Cadence and Shining Armor, and soon finds a bigger problem. We find out what she was doing during that hectic day, and why she was absent for nearly all of it.

When Princess Cadance and Shining Armor travel to Ponyville for their first anniversary, the Changelings launch an assault on the unprotected city of Canterlot. Taken without warning or without word, the city's defenses fall and Queen Chrysalis claims it for her own, killing Celestia as a token of her victory. With its grand ruler dead, and Princess Luna's whereabouts unknown, something that had been inconceivable in Equestria for over 5000 years now begins to tear it apart--war. After growing up alone and discarded a young Chrysalis tries to fit into Canterlot society. Whilst growing up alone, she admires from a far a young colt, who she falls hard for after first sight. She tries more and more to see the colt, changing her form each time to get closer to him. When the time comes that they finally meet, she is too ashamed to reveal her true form, and hides herself away from him.

When a young mare walks into his life, Chrysalis is heartbroken, simply devastated. She makes up her mind, she needs to make sure he knows her, and steal the colt of her dreams away from this new threat. By. Any. Means. Necessary.

With the power of true love, Shining Armor was able to cast his powerful spell and ensure the safety of Canterlot once more. But as Chrysalis, Queen of the Changelings is blown away by this great magical surge, she notices something -- a presence revealing itself only to her -- that both scares and ires her.
