Scootaloo wants to be just like Rainbow Dash, and barring that, to be like every other pony. She's ashamed of her true nature, the one she must hide from everypony or be hated and cast out, or worse. She doesn't know what she is, only that she can't eat the same way other ponies do, and she has to keep the terrible consequences when she feeds too much always hidden and never seen. But when a pony begins to truly care about her well-being, Scootaloo finds out that being loved makes it harder to keep a secret than when nopony cares about you at all.

Harry Potter had the (mis?)fortune to fall through a portal to the Everfree near Ponyville. He was transformed into a unicorn, to his surprise. After being found, Twilight Sparkle took him in as an orphan, and to learn more about him as he learned more about Equestria. His adventures there are another story. This story is about what happens when he is pulled back to the human world by the Goblet of Fire when he is fourteen.

Finding himself back in the human world is bad enough, but also to discover he has an unbreakable magical contract to compete in a Tournament that is known for the deaths of the competitors is just icing on the cake. What else can go wrong?

I'm Rainbow Dash and it has been three years since I became a pony from a little girls show (Yes, I was originally a human). Many people ask how a human can become a pony, now I'm just going to tell them to go read this. Honestly, I have no idea why my DNA decided to go nuts, it just happened. A lot has happened in three years, I've had strange dreams about being a pony, my body has decided wants to be equine in nature, and gone on tons of adventures with my five best friends. Now stop looking at the description and get on with it.

Wow. Its been one year since I posted this. Looking back...yeah ok I was a newbie when I wrote this and it shows. Geez I have improved a lot. I cringe every time I reread it. I mean just...UGHHHH *shudders*GOD I was so bad its embarrassing. I could rewrite it but I think I'll leave it the way it is as a way to show myself how much better I've gotten. Twilight Sparkle's experimental interplanetary drive has malfunctioned, stranding Starlight Glimmer, Spitfire, Cherry Berry, a changeling and a dragon on a hostile planet in another universe. With limited food supplies, very little magic, no communications with home, and no way to leave the planet, they must survive until somepony rescues them.

Fortunately they crashed right next door to another creature with the exact same problem- a creature named Mark Watney.

They're going to science the buck out of everything- and do whatever it takes to survive Mars and get everybody home.
