Thousands of years ago, there was no Harmony. Chaos ruled the known world, and had driven all the surviving races underground. It had been centuries since the original reign of the three royal clans: Unicorns, Pegasi, and Earth Ponies, and two small Alicorn fillies find themselves caught up in a destiny that will take them on long and arduous paths. Can these two young Ponies find it within themselves to bring about the Founding of Harmony?

When Octavia gets bitten by a supposed werewolf it opens up a whole new reality to her. She even might gain a couple new friends along the way. (Currently on hiatus due to lack of motivation to complete.)

After a disaster leaves their colony homeless, a small group of changelings searches for a new place to call home, and they happen upon Ponyville. There's just one small problem: a rival colony recently invaded Canterlot, and now changelings aren't exactly welcome in town.

An archeologist finds himself pulled into a parallel world by Discord's storm of Chaos, and encounters the mysterious creatures that live there. How will a rational human, confronted by creatures out of mythology, and unable to find his way home, adapt to his environment? Only one way to find out.

After a week of recovering from her return Princess Luna seeks to return what was lost by her banishment and find the one pony she cares for the most... her daughter.

What happens when the Reds and Blues finally get Church out of the Epsilon unit? Caboose decides he wants a turn in the unit, of course! What happens next? Well let's just say he always did say he wanted a pony, now he has a world full of them.
