With only her mentor's cryptic word to go on, Sunset and the Elements of Harmony must solve the riddle of the Dark Regalia and stop the mysterious Vesper Radiance from rising to power. But the further Sunset goes, the more she feels like she's been through it all before.

Is destiny set in stone, or can Sunset shape her own future? Only time will tell.

Unable to take the cruel and wrongful accusations of her being the secret-posting blogger, Anon-a-Miss, by her former friends and the rest of the students of Canterlot High; Sunset Shimmer runs away vowing never to return. When the true identity of Anon-a-Miss is finally revealed, it is too late. The guilty and remorseful students of Canterlot High set out to find Sunset. Little do they know that their holiday season is about to get even worse. Their mistreatment of Sunset has attracted the legendary punisher of the naughty, the Krampus. Krampus and his helpers begin hunting the students one by one with the intent of giving them a Christmas in Hell. Can Sunset Shimmer find in her heart to forgive all who've wronged her and save them from a fate that is probably more than they truly deserve?

Twenty-five moons ago, an accident unleashed billions of nanoscopic machines called Nanites, which spread to every corner of the globe and infected every living thing.

Most of the Nanites are inactive. A lot of them aren't.

When Nanites go active, their host organisms mutate unpredictably, becoming dangerous creatures called EVOs. Some EVOs have control over their powers. Some remain intelligent. Some even just want to be left alone.

Some have more sinister goals.

And then there's the outsider. One teenage girl who is, in reality, a unicorn exiled from another dimension. Having turned her back on Equestria and fled through the mirror at almost the exact same time as the Event, Sunset Shimmer has become the most extraordinary, unusual EVO of all...

...and she has the power to cure EVOs.

But will a self-centered, power-hungry, arrogant former unicorn really save a human race she doesn't care anything about?

You've been friends with the main six for years. It was questionable at first, but they did get used to you and inversely. The last year has been strange when you hang around them. It isn't until Apple Bloom confronts and tells you about what is the problem. There has been a bet placed for you, each of the main six will have their way to make you kiss them, claiming the winner and taking you as their boyfriend.

In an alternate world, the Mane Six are master thieves known as the Rainbooms!

Sunset Shimmer's life has been on the up and up. She turned from her past, made new friends, and is now passing the magic of friendship to others, including this world's Twilight Sparkle.

Which is why, of course, this is all just a mistake. Things got a little out of hand, but it's over now. So now they can just move past this. Why, it'll be a funny story to tell in a few months.

After the events of Equestria Girls, Sunset Shimmer has had to adapt to her new normal life at Canterlot High. Slowly but surely, she has found her place within the school and her own circle of friends, becoming a very adept student in her own right.

But a new threat threatens to tarnish all of that for her. A power that seems to hold sway over the entire school itself, even Principal Celestia herself.

His name?

Superintendent Tirek. And he seems determined to make Sunset pay for her past mistakes.

Things have been a little rough for the trio that once got everything they needed by brain-washing people. Talking on the phone with Rarity one night, Sunset hears the latest gossip on the once-feared singers, learning that Adagio Dazzle is working a job that may cost her her life.

Her first shift starts tonight.
