By day, Rarity works as an immensely talented fashionista with a knack for fitting customers into amazing outfits. By night, she takes on the identity of the fanficiton author extraordinaire known as 'SilentRainbows' on PISfiction. Silent, an obsessive fanmare of 'My Little Human: Progress Is Scientific', has a knack for steamy shipping, fitting characters into the most erotic situations. She playfully chats with her followers, but one other author in particular, going by the name 'The-Big-Humie' or TBH, has a talent for leaving sweet comments and writing tender scenes that leaves her swooning.

Rarity can't take her budding friendships and possible romance very far, feeling so odd towards these semi-anonymous users that still represent real flesh and blood ponies. She sets up a clandestine get-together between some of PISfiction's most prolific authors. She vows to herself to find TBH and turn these online erotic fantasies into a wonderful reality.

I came up with this fanfic out of a request by RandomPerson. It's currently rated 'teen' for 'not yet'. The excellent story 'The Moony Maiden' by Dubs Rewatcher in particular gave some great inspiration, as did many other stories, too many to name. Thanks for reading.

My attempt at a more serious 'Luna meets Neil Armstrong' storyline. What would really happen, both on the moon and on Earth? Inspired by 'The Eagle has Landed' by CyanBlackStone.

Princess Luna has found herself on a very different moon after some strange force interfered with her banishment. She doesn't know what the metal objects that keep orbiting and sometimes landing there are, but she wants to find out. Meanwhile, Neil Armstrong believes that being the first man on the moon will be the crowning achievement of his life. Hoo boy, is he ever in for a surprise.

Since her return and rescue, Princess Luna has been looking for some way to properly honor the six mares who saved her from herself, but nothing she has been able to think of has seemed meaningful enough to repay her saviors.

Nothing, at least, until she spends Nightmare Night in Ponyville, and gets to actually know the six ponies to whom she owes such a great debt. She realizes she enjoys their company, and wishes for them to spend more time with her, that she might grow closer to them.

So, in accordance with many fine and ancient traditions, and after thinking it over for a good...couple of hours, easy, she proclaims that she shall marry all six of them. Oh, and that Twilight will be marrying Celestia, too.

Now would be the appropriate time for everypony to panic.

They finally revealed themselves in the mid 21st century. After hundreds of years of clandestine observation and experimentation, they admitted defeat in their quest to prevent the genetic death of their race. Thus, they gave us their knowledge and technology in the hopes we could avoid their fate. But the gifts came with a responsibility: we had to assume their role in overseeing and protecting the various worlds they had taken under their wing, or in some cases, had outright created as experiments. Amongst these is, of course, Equis, the one experiment world with a full ecosystem complete with non-human sapient natives, and we can't exactly wear a body suit and expect to fit in.

And that is why I'm a mint-colored unicorn now, mom.

The pay is good, I get to see a new world, help protect innocents from the meaner denizens of the place, that sort of thing. ...No, mom, I am not still upset that you didn't get me a car on my sixteenth birthday. The Wandering Physicist is a mysterious traveller who just arrived in Ponyville. After establishing himself in the video game shop, he begins his encounters with the denizens of Ponyville. This sets off many ongoing adventures with his new friends. With a constant stream of visitors from around Equestria, friendship, family, twists and turns and legions of nerds are on the horizon.

Setting: Approximately a year after the end of the series.

To new readers: These were written as an ongoing serial. The individual story does not necessarily carry chapter to chapter, but the continuing story and events carry over. Idol Hooves holds a special place in Equestria. He's probably the only exiled changeling to serve in the Royal Guard, or at least, that's what he expects, as exiles don't really broadcast that fact. However, it's well known that Princess Celestia loves all of her little ponies, and her guards perhaps more so, and that makes it one of the best ways for a changeling to discreetly feed.

But how does a changeling even get there, let alone get exiled in the first place? For that matter, why would it ever go to Canterlot? Set a number of years before the series proper, before Luna’s redemption, Idol details how he was exiled, the ponies he’s met, and the series of misadventures that led him to joining the Royal Guard, and should continue a good ways into the series, as something of an alternate perspective.

Soon, he’ll have to deal with a boisterous new princess to serve and a royal wedding in the works bringing a third to power. Will his old instincts bring this new life crashing down around him? What precipitates Chrysalis’s ill-fated assault on Canterlot? Is it really so wrong for a changeling to enjoy good craftsmanship to an obsessive degree?
