Spring Mist, night guard of Everfree, is in love with the night and forever loyal to Princesses Luna and Celestia. Yet in wishing to be more, he will happen upon a series of events that will change not only his own life, but the face of Equestria for the next thousand years. As Luna is seized by the Nightmare and transforms into Nightmare Moon, Spring Mist will be there as a piece of the puzzle. But what happens when the Nightmare begins talking to him?

Starfall is a pegasus with a past he would rather forget, and a future that does not appear to even exist. His only true talent is a gift and passion for the stars and the night sky, a passion he has cultivated since he was a small colt. So when he learns of a chance to make this hobby a lifetime career, he travels all the way to Canterlot, desperate to make something of himself.

But during this opportunity, Starfall talent for reading the stars draws the attention of several ponies, including Equestria's royalty, and the alicorn who created the night sky he is so fond of; Princess Luna. What had started as a chance for a better life turns into an opportunity he could never have imagined, as the Princess of the Night begrudgingly takes him under her wing, teaching him all there is to know about the night.

But as Starfall adjusts to this new world he has been thrown into, complications rapidly begin to arise. Can the young, introverted pegasus learn to cope with the fame his new position will thrust upon him? Can anypony break through his defences, and bring out the pegasus he was always meant to be? And can he keep a secret from the Princess of the Night herself, as his feelings threaten to run away from him?

Jax wakes up in a forest. After a bit of confusion, he decides he wants to live, so he tries to survive.
Survival turns to living as he meets ponies, and although he tries to resist for a while, he finds out that ponies make great friends.
Then things get weird with magic, chaos magic, dark magic - pretty much all sorts of magic. Sombra makes a swipe for revenge, some sinister cult is working in the background, and somehow changelings are involved... or not?
It all leaves Jax pretty vexed. Luckily, he has Princess Luna to make him happy.

I'm Griffin, not much else to it. I've been bullied most of my life, which left me bitter and sarcastic. I'm a closet brony. What? You think I'm just gonna go out and tell a world that hates me that I watch a cartoon intended for little girls? I don't feel like giving the punks at school any more ammo. That's when cosmic powers decide I need to take a trip to my favorite fantasy land. But all is not sunshine and rainbows and it certainly won't be after I'm done with it. Equestria from the point of view of an extremely pissed off teenager, with a twist. The land of ponies is as everyone knows is a land of magic, happiness and kindness. It's all of the Ponyville ponies and Equestria, but what about those in Everfree? What if there is another Pony there, but using powers that nopony dare uses? Everyone knows of Manticores, a rhyming Zebra, Cockatrice, Hydras, and other such creatures, but what if there is something more then that? What if deeper in the Everfree is a stallion that no one dares cross or even try to harm unless they want to get cursed, hexed or even had a spell placed on them that won't come off until a lesson is learned.

One such pony lives in the woods as very few speak to him and vice versa. Though what happens when the said stallion comes to town every now and then for supplies? A few herbs, some food and of course what if they come to him for special needs? A hex on a bully or a potion for help in courage? Only if they can pay the price.

To the stallion, it's just another day for a voodoo Pony. Though what if one day, some ponies need to rely on such forbidden magic to save the day now and again? Well then, he maybe in business for something more then potions and voodoo spells. Or perhaps the Forest holds secrets, like deals that were made within their confines or some of the ponies are not what they seem?

Rated T for effects from curses and bad language mostly. Also all the ponies do have tech just so you know. Also there are going to be more characters encountered then just the five character's tagged, just so everyone knows. Also Tags maybe updated as time goes on, just be patient with me.

A new disease. Some sort of radiation poisoning, and at the same time, not. The doctors can't help me, not just yet. Into the tube I go. I'll see you in five years, my wonderful Sarah. I love you.

One last ship. A single set of coordinates. I have no idea where they will take me, but there isn't anything else left for me here. Although, the 'Magic of Friendship' is a strange name for a space ship. I'm changing that to the 'Millennium Falcon' the first chance I get!
