IRS Scammers. We all hate them, and in Equestria, it's no different. Once technology advanced to the point of phones and computers, scamming came with it.

Unfortunately, not everypony is as gullible as some other nasty people would like.

It's a ponified version of one of my favorite scenes from the 1987 movie Spaceballs. There's not much else to say other than I had a good laugh imagining this in the pre-dawn hours.

My roommate's name is Octavia, or "Tavi" for short. She likes vintage red wine, soft pillows, and long walks on the beach. But, more than anything, she loves music. She loves it with a passion that radiates with every burning color of the spectrum.

Each day I spend with her... or without her, I learn a little bit more about life, about the sick beat to which we all dance, whether we know it or not. I hope you don't mind if I say a few things about her. Just a few things. One can learn a lot from Tavi.

After all, she saved my life.

It's over. That's what Octavia had said to Vinyl Scratch. Nevermore would she feel the warmth of her lover's lips upon hers...but she would feel the cold sensation of the whiskey bottle instead.

Octavia a mare of class and of deep regret, has come to a decision to end it. She just has one last thing she must do. She must write her last letter to Vinyl. Then she can finally stop.

Vinyl Scratch has had enough partying for one lifetime. The endless beats of her music, the screams of her fans, and the drunken nights of her mundane life have taken a tole on her. She yearns for at least one peaceful night.
