When Midnight Sparkle opens rifts in the world around her, Sugarcoat falls through one of them. She lands in a strange new world, finding herself in a new, equine body, having also managed to fall back through time. How will she get back to her own time and place?

Newly appointed student president Starlight Glimmer has the brilliant idea of wearing uniforms to make sure everyone is equal. And while it seems to suit her well, for everyone else it's a living nightmare.

Coco Pommel is a fashion designer struggling to make ends meet. Trixie Lulamoon with a half-baked plan to put on the greatest show in Equestria. The latter gets the former involved in her scheme. Hijinks and romance ensue.

The mares and stallions of the Ponyville Police Department are sworn to protect and serve their fair community from any danger from outside and within. These dedicated officers are the only thing keeping order in the town, and thus are the first line of defense against any trouble or danger.

Well, usually. Most of the time. Actually, perhaps... maybe. Sometimes? On the off chance probably... not.

As it turns out from these recordings from the emergency dispatch center, the police really suck at their jobs. Who would have guessed?

After her curiosity gets her in trouble, a young Twilight is summoned to Celestia's study.
