Realy bad story my friend wrote... please give opinions

AU. Dusk Shine is the apprentice to the Shogun of Equestria. When an ancient evil threatens to return, Dusk must gather the only thing that can stop it: The Elements of Bushido. Now Dusk begins a quest that will bring him together with five other ponies.

Their journey will bond them together as brothers in arms for the rest of their lives.

Their adventures will make them the stuff of legends....

Currently rated Teen. May jump to M if the fic requires in later chapters. Crossposted on Fanfiction.net. While it isn't going to be grimdark, it is marked dark for certain scenes. Will contain a crossover VERY late in the story, so the crossover tag is in place. Human tag is for occasions in this story that feature the ponies in anthro form as well as actual humans who may show up.

Beyond Earth and beyond the Universe within which Earth exists there is a place full of love; the richest mine of love that can be found, as it is seen by those capable of utilizing it...

Within that place, specifically a part of it called the Everfree Forest, awakes one such creature: a Changeling; specifically, a Changeling who had been a human on Earth the day before. How will he survive in a body that literally needs love for nourishment, while in a world that is now wise to the Changelings' tricks and has branded them evil? Better question: Will he be able to change more than his physical appearance?

These questions are not the only thing that will plague him, for the hows and whys of his arrival and transformation are in a hurry to reveal themselves, and Equestria's heart will stop as it waits for its fate to be decided.

POV: MANE SIX

Josh Schwartz is a normal human with a normal life. He has his computer, his TV, his pet cat, his love of sports, the works. Naturally, he doesn't approve or enjoy girly things that are obviously made for girls. However, when a mysterious and unexplainable series of events takes place, he finds himself in Equestria, a world with no humans and only ponies...well, mostly ponies. How will this sarcastic human boy adapt to this new world? And how will its residents take to their new visitor?

Just a cathartic story for blowing off steam/guilty pleasure. Typical self-insertion HiE. Read at your own risk.

And yes, I am totally ripping off Through the Eyes of Another Pony. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, after all. So if despite my intentions your interest was piqued, go read CardsLafter's story instead, it's much better.

I'm Griffin, not much else to it. I've been bullied most of my life, which left me bitter and sarcastic. I'm a closet brony. What?
