I've been asked by several people what my thoughts on this was, and honestly I have no idea for sure though my head canon is a bit on the dark side. After Twilight was left in charge of Equestria, she tried her best but after losing one friend after another to old age she became disheartened and just wanted to retire for herself. Instead of putting the burden on another pony's shoulders though, she used the Elements of Harmony to restore the world to it's natural order rather than magic

Thanks, I do plan to have more of it in the next part of the story.
A past return was a good story . I rarely see the girls learning the lesson about how their behavior hurt sunset. They never think about it or try to talk about it. And putting Celestia in the story made it even better than the rest.
