A strange storm transports Equestria and the Crystal Empire to Earth, less than four days before Germany would have invaded Poland and World War II would have begun. Unfortunately, during negotiations with world leaders, an evil entity breaks free of its prison and causes the war, and Equestria is drawn into it. How will they survive this?

Takes place just under two months after the two opening episodes of Season 3. Events diverge from there.

You are about to embark upon the Great Crusade, toward which we have striven these many months.

The eyes of the world are upon you. The hopes and prayers of liberty-loving people everywhere march with you.

In company with our brave Allies and brothers-in-arms on other Fronts you will bring about the destruction of the German war machine, the elimination of Nazi tyranny over oppressed peoples of Europe, and security for ourselves in a free world.

Your task will not be an easy one. Your enemy is well trained, well equipped, and battle-hardened. He will fight savagely.

But this is the year 1944. Much has happened since the Nazi triumphs of 1940-1941. The United Nations have inflicted upon the Germans great defeats, in open battle, man-to-man. Our air offensive has seriously reduced their strength in the air and their capacity to wage war on the ground. Our Home Fronts have given us an overwhelming superiority in weapons and munitions of war, and placed at our disposal great reserves of trained fighting men. The tide has turned. The free men of the world are marching together to victory.

I have full confidence in your courage, devotion to duty, and skill in battle. We will accept nothing less than full victory.

A lone clone trooper finds himself waking up within the dark confined transportation bay of an L.A.A.T. he'd been riding on. He learns quickly that he's apparently the only surviver of a harsh crash landing, leaving the ship in heavy disrepair.

With nothing to gain by simply sitting there, the clone ventures out in an attempt to find civilization and hopefully make his way back to the Grand Republic, and the galaxy-wide war. However, he soon realizes that this task isn't gonna be an easy one, and this planet seems to host quite a few oddities and mysteries. From its population of colorful ponies, griffins, dragons, and tons more creatures, to its primitive technology and mystical ways of life.

But another factor is quick to present itself, for this entire planet and its inhabitants are blissfully unaware of the blazing war that's raging just beyond their skies. A war that could come raining down on them and destroy their peace in seconds...

When three fillies from the magical, peaceful land of Equestria are suddenly thrust into this living nightmare, they must adapt in order to survive. They will sacrifice everything they know and love in order to keep themselves alive.

While traveling through the magic mirror between worlds, Sunset Shimmer touched upon the realm of Chaos, her course diverted. Rescued by unknown forces, Sunset awoke on a world besieged by daemonic incursions. While running from a daemon, Sunset comes across a dying member of the Order of the Cerulean Chalice, an Ordo Minorus of the Adepta Sororitas. Entrusted with a holy relic, Sunset is given the choice of taking it to the other members of the order, or dying on the doomed planet.

Suspicions surround Sunset on reaching the order, many questioning her nature and whether or not she was sent by their God-Emperor. Some loath her, seeing her as a xenos at worst, or a tainted mutant experiment of the planet's deceased lord at best. Others believe her sent by a Saint, or claim she is merely some form of abhuman. But none of them fully trust Sunset.

To prove herself, Sunset is placed among the scholla within the convent, all while coping with the loss of her magic, and in a new body. There she'll make friends and rivals, and either prove her worth to the Emperor, or die.

Burn the Heretic. Kill the Mutant. Purge the Unclean.

The Imperium's Western Fringe Crusade discovers a remote planet and attempts to claim it for the Emperor. However, they encounter unusual local inhabitants, and they soon find that they are not the only ones who lay claim to this remote and strange domain....
MLP x Warhammer 40k Crossover

A young man with a love of military history and MLP:FIM finds himself dragged into Equestria as war threatens the pony nation.

I got the idea for this story from my Civil War book collection and Altoid's Blood and Guts and Ponies story, as it involves a human coming to Equestria to aid in its defense, partly by modernizing it's military and leading its forces on the battlefield.

Just a warning; the main character is Christian and pro-Union. Just to give people a heads up.
